Good Morning Fast. Are you expecting any news in the next few days.
Have you traded any other companies that had a q and it was dropped? Have you traded a company that was in bk proceedings and held on to the q. What were you expierences with them. There obvioulsy must be something to these plays because if you check out the opening page on ihub you will see that there are quite a few Q companies on the most visited list. Seems like lots of them are having good runs. I was interested in your personal expierience if any with something similar to what we go here. TIA
Another question for you. Maybe i'm lookin into the future to much but I would like you opinion on this. Once the q is dropped does the company automatically uplist. You literally have a billion dollar company trading on the pink sheets, is that do to the q. I have to believe that once the q is dropped that the public will assign the real value to this company and im sure it wouldnt have any problem meeting any requirements. I just wonder if there is some rule that says, "you have a q, you know trade on the pinks". And if that rule exists, does it go the other way when the q falls off.
Alright, thanks vlftraders, the help is greatly appreciated. You have given me a greater understanding of the bk, court, and our future. Again this is what makes this board great. Any of you out there that have come from boards where you have to go through 25 garbage, bashing posts to find 1-2 unbiased informative posts will surely appreciate this board and its posters. Thanks again.
Can you explain the os and the courts. I guess as someone on this side of the computer who doesnt understand, it would seem to me that a company goes into the court and says, fidelity just paid us xxxx amount of money, took a bunch of debt off our hands, we still have a bunch of divisions that are huge and worth big money. Why does the court look at os. In the worst case senario if the os comes into play what happens with a company. What does the court do.

Im with you. Im sticking it out one way or another. Im not placing any bets on the q coming off but rather placing my bets on the fact that this is a good company that sold portions to fidelity, has lots of money, a low float, good core of shareholder etc. By that way, since the float is so low I think the chance of this company having some type of big drop off after a huge run is unlikely. I say that because while me, u and a bunch of others got in cheap, you have to figure that there are probably lots of shareholder out there and bought in high and have followed this all the way down. Its probably not a stretch to say that at each dollar level in the last few months that new core share holdes were added. If you bought at 5 bucks a few weeks ago, you probably looked at 4 as a great average down price. If you bought at 4 you probably loooked at 3 as a great re entry point. You have to figure that the original longs are not going to be gettin out at the sign of 1.00 or 2.00. They are looking for big money to at least break even. If that holds true, then you have to figure that most of the shares are in the longs hands and therefore we shouldnt have a problem of moving up quickly. Theres a lot less shares for the mm's and shorts to be had.
Yes it helps quite a bit. Let me make it clear, I believe the q will also get dropped I just dont want Monday to come and go and the q is there and all of a sudden you have the bashers coming on this board pushing there agenda. Which in return leads to uniformed stockholders selling out, which in return leads to a drop in share price. Maybe im just talking out loud, but its something that I wanted an opinion on. So thanks for sharing, I do appreciate it.
Fast, can you explain the process in having the q dropped. Is there some type of formal process that a company has to go through or can the q just be dropped. The reason I bring this up is because I hope we are not setting ourselves up for disappointment. If the q can drop with no formal process then great but what if it take time and lawyers to get it to drop. I think we all need to take a step back on talking about any kind of time frame for this q dropping. This company with or with out the q is worth a lot more then what the sp shows. What scares me is that a lot of new investors are coming on this this board and they are getting lots of info in reqards to the q dropping. The q getting dropped, while it may happen today, tomorrow, next week, whenever, its not what should be at the fore front. I get a little worried that all the great dd that this board has done is getting pushed to the back and instead the q getting dropped is what is talked about. The reason that scares me is because a lot of the new investors who do not know the story of this company and are in this company for an event that we as shareholders and posters on this board are putting out there. We know what happens when dates come and go and precieved happenings dont happen. The share price drops because shareholders sold out because there day came and went. This company is worth more then a quick in and out and I think it would be wise of us to instead be talking about all the great things this company has to offer and let the event of the q coming off happen on its own. Everyone is doing a great job and I really enjoy reading this board. Keep it up and hopefully the future brings up lots of news and more money.
Hi rebel, sorry for not getting back to you earlier. I was at work and while I read your post a few hours ago, it was only now that I could respond. Thanks for the rec, as you know we both got in at the same time a few weeks back and obviously we are doing pretty well. So again thanks. On a side note, I think the other situation will turn out alright. Might take awhile but I think it will be worth it. The difference here is that, with the other company we are dealing with a penny stock and a penny stock company owner. It would be like me you, any regular guy running a company and calling it publicly traded. The differece here is that we are dealing with a billion dollar company that went through some rough times with the financial market. The trading public over reacted and the the stock went into the pennies. Landamerica still has the same people that made it that 40-50-60 dollar company running it. (For the most part) Now throw in the fidelity deal and while I wont say that we will ever get back to the price we were once at, I dont think its a stretch to say that this company will soar from our current levels. Its gonna be a fun ride and I'll say it again. This might be one of the most informed, up to the second, best dd available board that I have ever seen. Awesome board hopefully everyones hard work pays off. Sure would be nice to talk about being in the dollar range sometime in the next few weeks.
my l2 is going nuts. These guys cant stand still. 15 15 15.5 16. 16.5 17. going nuts. I love iiiiiiiit.
nite at 14.5 ask
good morning everyone. 105 bm's woooooooooow.
Question for you vlftraders. Whats the process that a company goes through in order to drop the Q. Is it as simple as the company comes out and says we did x x x and therefore the Q is dropped immediately. Or does the company have to put in some kind of formal request that in return takes time. When I first go into this company the q getting dropped was just something thrown out there. I think most of us thought that this company would make a nice run based on the fidelity deal but it seems now that there is a good shot that the Q might get dropped. Im interested in the process. In a dream world, could it be as easy as bammmmmm, Monday, the q is dropped. Thanks.
Yep those sound like the significant ones that I remember reading. I really can only check in when I get home as far as posting goes but I keep ihub up during work hours to check for anything significant. Again, this board is awesome for posts like the one you pointed out to me. Not to mention that we are up to 90 plus book marks, so you know the word is getting out. I remember coming onto this board a few weeks back on a tip. I read the posts on this board in about 30 minutes. There were under 20 book marks and under 200 posts. Now we are in the 1000 range and 90 book marks. Right now it seems that the mm's can hold this in check a little bit. They are wise to keep it contained. But what happens when some type of news breaks, are what about if the q gets dropped. The mm's wont be able to hold on anymore and this sucker will run.
Hi everyone. Just checkin in. Nice to see some nice action today and in return and nice increase in share price. If what I was reading today on the board is accurate then it sounds like we are well on our way. I forget who posted it, but someone mentioned that the bank they deal with is again accepting Landamerica once again. This board does an excellent job of keeping everyone informed. From up to the second news updates and personal accounts, to the best chart guys, this board is top notch. Lookin forward to tomorrow and hopefully we can see another positive day.
Very interesting quote you have there Grumman. Common sense would say that since investors assumed that the company would go into bankruptcy because Fidelity dropped out and therefore the sp dropped, then wouldnt it only be natural for the company to go back to those previous levels since Fidelity went through with the purchase. I really cant wait to see how this thing turns out. It should be a nice ride to the top.
Can someone comment on the short position here. In the past with other companies I have dealt with there was always a question of how big or small the nss were but there was hardly ever a question of the legit shorters. It was pointed out on this board that there is a legit short position with this company. Is there any correlation with these little sells and the shorts. I am watching my l2 screen and it seems that most of the sells are seconds after an uptick and usually for 250 shares, 402 shares, and 534 shares. Whats the message with these sells. Selling 402 shares at 0.09 is 36.18-9.99=26.19. Who in there right mind would sell for the kind of change. Can someone enlighten me here. Thanks in advance.
gm everyone. eom
Yeah amazing how much attention you get when you get those kind of days.
No problem Rebel, again I appreciate the tip. I'm still with bihc at this point only because I have already lost so much. My average is much higher then todays price so I'll just wait it out. I believe Cris is legit but he makes a pretty bad ceo. O well. Looks like I can make my money back and then some here so I look forward to seeing what is going to come out of riding this train.
Good Morning everyone. Crazy to think that we were at 100 posts on the 20th and today we have 65 bookmarks and close to 1100 posts.
Question is, at what point do shorts have to cover. Im not really familiar with shorting because its not a part of the market that I really deal with. Could a short have bought this stock 5 months ago in the 20's and just rode it all the way down to this point? If thats the case, then whats the incentive for a short to cover at these levels when they have so much room to still have a profit. I guess im just trying to understand how the short position would work for this company. Thanks in advance.
Hey Rebel, I just personally wanted to thank you. It was because of your rec on the bihc board that I am here. I got in Monday cheap and have been riding my shares ever since. Big thanks to the board members, especially fast flyer for all the great dd. Fast flyer i appreciate all your help and I would recommend that you post your pm's here on the site. They are very insightful and helpful. If you choose to keep them private, that is perfectly fine. I just know how big of a help they were for me and I could only imagine that they would do the same for others. This really feels like its just the beginning. Tomorrow should be interesting as well as Friday with the delisting thing looming. I really dont think te delisting will be an issue because the company can put in requests that take time for the sec to actually act on. Until then it stays listed. But we will see. It would be nice if some of the fnf shareholders started buying at these levels. Good luck to everyone and cant wait to do it again tomorrow morning.
Fast Flyer, looks like its gonna be slower ride to 15 just because of the ask levels. Doesnt look like there is any real gap in the different ask's. Looks like there is pretty good support at 10. Every once in awhile someone is able to pick up shares below the bid. Not sure how that happens but it seems to pop right back up. This one is gonna be fun. I cant wait until it really picks up steam.
I just got a little bit @.1
Wow this thing is gonna roll today. L2 looks nuts. I wonder if the people selling dont have l2 because if they did they would pull those asks cuz the buyers are chasing all the way up. I did a wire transfer from my sharebuilder to tda and today i find out that sharebuilder messed and the wire didnt happen. Kind of bummed cuz i wanted to add today. Oh well, guess i'll go with what I got.

Gm All. Fast Flyer i was wondering if you had a chance to look over my post to you (post 631). Good luck to everyone, lets make some real money today........
I read all the posts, chatted with Fast Flyer, and read the pr's but the one thing that I didnt do was check the historcial quotes. To be honest i figured that this was another company that caught up in the financial craze of a year ago maybe 2 and that the price had slowly just gone into the toilet. It wasnt until 5 minutes ago that I checked the quotes and to my surprise this was 20dollar stock in September. For godsake it was a single digit stock just 1 month ago. To me it just seems like a boxer that never had anytime to regain his composure after getting knocked down. All the boxer needed was some time to clear the cob webs and get his wits about him and he was back in the game. Thats how I look at this company as far as share price goes. It seems after filing for bk that this company didnt have anything going for it. It dropped from 20bucks to 4 cents just a few days ago. Can it make the same climb in our favor. I dont know. But man it looks way undervalued here. You have Fidelity coming in a dropping a bunch of money on them. That cant hurt. It seems to me that after gettin beatin down for the last few months that this boxer has regained his composure and is ready to fight. Glad im in it. This one looks like its gonna get wild.
Makes sense. But with the delisting hanging over there head wouldnt it be smart on there part to get some attention to get this pps rising. I realize that in the long term keeping things quiet is the smart move but what about now. I for one want this to stay quiet for another day so I can add but I wont cry one bit if this sucker moves the way it appears it can.
Question for Fast Flyer
I got in this morning at .059. I was ready to jump the gun first thing morning but I was waiting for the sale proceeds from another stock I was in. Good thing cuz I would have been buying at 75. Not that it makes a huge difference in the long run, but it helped add shares that I wouldnt have had at 75. Anyways, I looked over your pm that you sent me last night as much as I could and I think I have a decent understanding of this company now. Question is, did the pr's that came out today meet your expectations. Was there any type of hidden clause in the pr's that spooked you. Anything that really grabbed your attention. Or was the pr everything you expected. Any idea why lfgrq doesnt release a pr of there own. It seems like they could draw a lot more attention if these released something. I used to invest in this company that had a sub that traded under a different ticker symbol. If one company released a pr, then the sub also had the same pr released. Just wondering why they dont do something like that to draw attention. I know that everything just happenend today so maybe its coming, but its something that I wondered about. Also, I have picked up from this board that this company is close to being delisted. I think the date I read is the 29th of this month. Doesnt that really just leave us 2 more trading days. Is it possible. I mean, if this sucker hits a buck in 2 days then great but is it realistic. Or is the delisting warning, just a warning. The kind that the company gets and then has a few months to remedy itself. I think thats all for questions, any insight would be great. O and by the way thanks to the posters on this board. Almost everyone here has done some really good dd and maybe it easier for a newbie to this board to understand. Heres to big money in our future.
Gm everyone. Just wanted to say thanks for those replied. Fast Flyer, excellent job of breaking down the company to me in your pm. Guess i'll just have to buy this morning. Good luck to all of us.
I guess i cant pm him because i have a free account. O well, moderator if you have time it would be greatly appreciated if you could give some insight in regards to this company.
Thanks Arnold for the help. I'll do that.
Im new to this board. I was seeing a lot of buzz surrounding it and someone on this board recommended it on another board im with. I went through all 200 plus posts and read as much of the pr's as i could. Is there anything else you can add to help me out. A lot of the filings are hard to understand and some of the pr's are easy for those that are already involved in this company but for me its difficult to understand. What are the odds that this deal with Fidelity goes as planned. Any chance that since stewart withdrew its offer that fidelity might now play hardball with Landamerica because there isnt any competition. I think one way or another I am going to buy tomorrow because there seems to be to much upside but I am curious what you longs might think. Thanks in advance.
Kimi, we have traded some emails back and forth so I trust that you take my comments with the idea that im and just throwing stuff out there and would like your opinion on those comments. That im not attacking, but just asking questions. From the email that I read that you shared with me, coupled with the share structure being changed last week, to the share structure being changed on a Friday, to the forum being shut down and finally to a Sunday night pr being released, it would seem that this deal fell apart not to long ago and thats where I have a problem. I read Cris's email to turbo and after reading that email, cris gives me the impression that this thing fell apart sometime last week, maybe even last weekend. Cris brought up the credit crisis amoung other things but my question is, we're these not problems 1 month ago, 2 months, 3 months. What in the world happenend in a weeks time. Again I go back to your email about a big pr as soon as the deal was signed. And lets not forget all the questions Cris answered on the website, talking about the intentions for deal to be done by the 31st and a divy paid out. How do we go from you email, the website being updated, and a changed clock to a shady pr in the middle of the night and an email to angry shareholders instead of putting out an offical release. It just all seems so odd to me. I have a feeling that Cris knew last week sometime that this deal wasnt going to work and increased the a/s to give us shared in a stock split to calm us down. He needs to clarify everything because a pr in the middle of the night that no other new outlet picked up just seems fishy to me.
Turbo, I am kind of surprised to see that he responded in that fashion to you. I guess he got a few more credibility points with me but I guess we will see what the rest of the week brings us. Are you pretty confident that we are going to get a pr. I am not so sure and was interested in your opinion. 1 reason I dont think we will see a pr tomorrow is because if he had something good to tell us, then why didnt he put it in Sunday nights pr. Why let the company lose 40 percent of its value in 1 day. I think the only thing we are going to hear is that we will get some kind of stock split. But as for some pr that states that Bihc is merging, or buying, or whatever, I just dont see that pr coming because he could have put it out last night.
Oilstrike, sorry about the delay I was in the shower. Anyways, 2 names that come to mind are Rdailey and turbo.
