Kimi, we have traded some emails back and forth so I trust that you take my comments with the idea that im and just throwing stuff out there and would like your opinion on those comments. That im not attacking, but just asking questions. From the email that I read that you shared with me, coupled with the share structure being changed last week, to the share structure being changed on a Friday, to the forum being shut down and finally to a Sunday night pr being released, it would seem that this deal fell apart not to long ago and thats where I have a problem. I read Cris's email to turbo and after reading that email, cris gives me the impression that this thing fell apart sometime last week, maybe even last weekend. Cris brought up the credit crisis amoung other things but my question is, we're these not problems 1 month ago, 2 months, 3 months. What in the world happenend in a weeks time. Again I go back to your email about a big pr as soon as the deal was signed. And lets not forget all the questions Cris answered on the website, talking about the intentions for deal to be done by the 31st and a divy paid out. How do we go from you email, the website being updated, and a changed clock to a shady pr in the middle of the night and an email to angry shareholders instead of putting out an offical release. It just all seems so odd to me. I have a feeling that Cris knew last week sometime that this deal wasnt going to work and increased the a/s to give us shared in a stock split to calm us down. He needs to clarify everything because a pr in the middle of the night that no other new outlet picked up just seems fishy to me.
