Hedgy,
IT IS ONE'S OWN FAULT!!!!!!
What part of that do you not understand?????
A bunch of crybaby losers who just want to blame someone else.
Did Stocktiger put out the company PRs? If, as Fishpert stated, this was a scam fraud from the outset, was Stocktiger part of the planning groug?
If this were a scam from the onset, I have to say their attention to detail was excellent;setting up the license agreement with Global, getting approval for import into Russia, purchasing 50% of ATOLL-a company involved with supplying to nuclear industry, making and paying for an initial one metric ton of NuCap from Global. Hey, mgt even conducted a CC to explain the company situation. All of those acts had to be part of the plan.
I don't think they were just flying by the seat of their pants to execute such a masterful scam, if, in fact, it was a scam.
If all you guys want to blame Stocktiger, Scorry, King, or others for your losses, have fun. You know who punched the buy or sell button and made the trades.
You are foolish to call me a "tool". Understand that!!!!!
Hey, Bat,
Did you notice the question? Did you provide an answer?
Ah, ah,
So you did follow your leader and you lost. Too bad. He sucked you in. Huh? Stocktiger made money and you lost your butt listening to him.
You have no one to blame except yourself...Get over it...
Fish,
Maybe Stocktiger didn't sell those shares of "his biggest holding". If he did not sell, he took no loss.
You and some other posters seem to be saying you bought NNRI high and sold at a big loss. Too bad. Why are you blaming Stocktiger? Was he your investment advisor? If so, why don't you just sue him for giving you poor advice...
What a bunch of sore losers!!!!
So what flavor are you serving today?
LMAO with saltines?
Here is the real problem.
I'm certain all the backslapping guys knew long ago the world economy would collaspe and take NNRF down.
"Last month, as Russia's stock market fell and the credit crunch took hold around the world, Russian companies spooked by memories of previous bank collapses scrambled to protect what cash they had.
Venture capital dried up virtually overnight"
I think on the CC it was stated the company was looking for financing. Not a chance. ATOLL may also be feeling the crunch depending on cash flow on existing production.
I'm down near $15K here just now. Depending on gains elsewhere, I may need to take a loss here. If not, I will hold through 09.
GLTA
So no one here knows anything at all.
Of course that has always been true.....
Outstanding shares???
Does anyone have any information on near current OS? Six months since the last update figure in the iBox....
Gib,
Since you had all the correct answers since Day One, would you be willing to tell the world how much profit you took on the way up and on the way down???
As sharp as you and Bat have been, you should own most all the OS by now....LOL
Bat,
I agree. Nothing here means anything. It is just some traders buying at .07 and selling at .08/.09 and even selling a few at 100 share clips at .10
So we have to admit that someone is sitting up there at .10 hoping to get some buy action to take more out at that level.
There are a few willing to sell into the lower bids but not many. Are you going to push it down to the sub-ruble level?
By selling, I mean???? Which MM is at the .05 bid?
Wow!
Another 100 share paint at .10. Someone is standing on that sell offer at .10. How many does he have?
Gibbon,
I'm very naive. What is the answer to my question? Maybe I'll be gullible enough to believe you.
JV,
Who are the painter dudes? What is the purpose?
Bat,
It took more than a few paints to keep the days average at .0854. Admit it. There was some buying and some selling..
That's a fact for you....
India waiting on the U.S.
/biz.yahoo.com/ap/080926/as_india_nuclear_business.html
Hey, Bat,
Can you believe it..another paint at end of day. The ASK still stands....woweee!
But you will be selling into the bid to make sure it
doesn,t go up. Right?
GIBBER,
It hasn't looked good for a long time. You must have noticed before now.
I'm still holding with a mental lower stop out. Haven't decided to sell yet.
Not dreaming.
Asking you a question about who do want the buyers to be. Just other bagholders or someone with a real interest in accumulating shares??????
Gibson,
From 8726, "thank god the other buyer(s) showed up to take my shares from me."
You never answered my question on who you want the buyers to be. You keep telling everyone to sell but there must be buyers. Right?
What if they are stranded in Iowa??
Ran out of gas money. They tried a few ears of corn in the tank but it didn't work...LOL
JRI,
I had to find out for myself about McQuade's relationship with Eurotech. He was on the BOD from Jan to Dec, 1998, but was not the Chairman. The filings don't show that McQuade had any influence on Eurotech during that period. In fact, the company did very little for the entire year except restructure some debentures.
I also do not know if RW did anything at Eurotech similiar to what has been shown here in his promotion of this stock. As you know, the toxic financing from Woodward did in Eurotech and that was after Verdi/Handfeldt took control and after McQuade had left as a director.
Perhaps it is not a coincidence McQuade made his way to NNRF. If he was of help to Eurotech in 1998, maybe folks at NNRF thought he might be of help here as well.....Can he help now. Maybe?
Have a good weekend.
JRI,
I am not defending management. They may have known and looked the other way as RW pulled his scam act with IM/ST. At this point, it is what it is.
I read the comments from the SEC on the filings. Those were not lies. The SEC had questions and answers were given. The SEC gave approval for NNRF to be fully reporting and, in fact, told the company earlier to begin with a 10Q. The agreement with GBMR was not a lie but it no longer exists. The other techs held by NNRF also exist although Radseal is somewhat questionable. I also believe the dividend pymnts from ATOLL are factual even though for limited dollars.
What happened with the uplist is still a mystery. It certainly appeared that movement to the OTC should have happened. I also believe the reporting issue should have been settled long ago.
NNRF consists of two elements, NuCon-RF and ATOLL. I don't know what funds are needed to keep the company afloat. ATOLL is profitable. NNRF can use shares to pay for svcs and NNRF payroll. They will need cash to make SEC filings but those can be deferred.
Will they be successful in any of the NuCon-RF activities? Who knows. I own shares at an average cost of .24..I may lose it all or I may not. I'm holding for now...
Johnnyv,
Your chart was meaningless. Anytime there is an unfounded meteroric rise in share price, everyone knows there is going to be a pullback..What really brought it down at that 4.85 level early July was the 144s hitting the market. As those sales took place, others having bought at retail followed the down trend.
Also, there was no follow up on previous PRs to keep the sp up at that level. Had there been, ST would have been right and you would have been wrong.
So why do you keep bringing up your differences in opionion with ST? It is all past history. You were right. ST wanted the sp to stay up there but it did not happen. Scorry may have agreed with ST. So what? I read Scorry's 4430 and I find no fault in her assessment and her surprise at how far and how fast the pullback.
Instead of talking about what happened last year, why don't you tell us where the sp is going from here?????
JRI,
McQuade wasn't at Eurotech, at least not in the beginning. RW and Chad Nellis were there from the get go....
And they have been here from the get go, as well. It certainly seems the same scenario played out with both Eurotech and NNRF. I'm trying to find out if RW's relationship at Eurotech was terminated before or after Handfeldt's brother brought Woodward onboard as prime lender...
JRI,
I have no idea what went down but the Q1 delay was announced on 20 May and 12 days later, Wall was dismissed. Did they finally learn that RW had been involved in illegal action in his capacity as Promoter and Consultant? Did they learn that the Q1 report they planned to submit was so full of mis-information that they could not submit? Was the Russian audit firm being fed mis-information? Whatever happened, Wall was dismissed.
I agree mgt should have known about the lack of veracity in all those extravagant PRs early on regarding use of NuCap. But those were not the prime cause of the move from .55 to $10.00 in just about three weeks. The big move came after the 50% acquistion of ATOLL. We know now that IM and Stocktiger were promoting the stock at that time. It has been stated that IM received 1.7M shares from RW to promote the stock. The filings show no record of any issues of that stock. If RW did that using his restriced stock, it is possible the BOD was not informed.
The only thing important now is where does the company go from here. Sinclair and Smith now have to get things done or the company is done. We shall see...
Scorry,
I suppose I need some direction. I can't find any information showing RW as a Founder of NuCon. Can you help me out. I only find him as a consultant on the merger with SFDE.
Bat,
For a bit more info on Halliwell, go to iTradeFinance.com.
It appears he has been working since he left Citibank. Interesting information. Do you suppose he might be helpful to NNRI in securing financing?
Do you know the current OS?
Scorry,
He has you going again. All of the shares issued through Sep,07, approx 47MM were identified in the 10SB12G/A. An approximate number was reflected in the 10KSB as 4/8/08.
It would appear that RW received either 400,000 or 750,000 shares as compensation for consultant services. In addition to pymts for services, other issues were made to pay loans or to acquire funds through private placements and 4MM were issued to ATOLL. The largest issue related to the Merger with Stafford...
FRom 4/8/08 to 4/29/08, it seems an additional 4MM were issued. I'm not sure what those were for but with the share price being what it was during that time frame, they may have been simply for services rendered or consultant fees.
loodnar,
You may also note that Bat continually attacks company management and calls the company a scam but does not directly make charges against RW. In fact, in his last post, he states the company probably doesn't have a case against RW. Now why would he say that?
He recently posted information from a Eurotech SEC filing showing RW had loaned over $100K to Eurotech and that loan had been repaid in full. Nothing wrong with RW's making that loan. He did however, get 200,000 EUO shares in the bridge process. Nothing wrong with that either as many other investors, including Nellis, acquired units or partial units in the bridge financing.
Was RW a short player taking hugh profits at EUO since he had shares in hand to cover later? Was the same scenario followed with NNRI? Just conjecture......
Scorry,
From Bat's post:
"I would think the investors would be interested in getting their money back."
That would be hard to determine which investor lost his money to RW. Let's see. A specific buyer bought a particular share sold by RW. That buyer then sold that share to another buyer at a loss or a gain. Other buyers bought and sold until finally I bought the share at .10. Each buyer that sold at a loss might establish a claim in a Class Action but the distribution would be minimal.
If the company was successful in getting RW to return a sizeable amount of his profits, the company could use such funds for company purposes which might have a fleeting postive effect on share price. Very doubtful that such funds would be distribtued to shareholders.
So why the heck is there any inane discussion going on about shareholders wanting to get their money back through a lawsuit? What a waste of our time. Bat is good at that pusuit.
J,
The 10K contained audited financials. Are you suggesting the 10K was ficticuous? Who knows? You may be right. Perhaps the numbers may be a figment of someone's imagination but not mine.
Also, perhaps everything about NNRR, Inc. has been just an imaginary story. I just find it difficult to believe they could include so many people and other companies with real names as part of the fiction put upon the unsuspecting public.
I suppose we will soon learn if the company will or will not survive. The Russian/U.S. political situation most certainly could have a definite bearing on the future of NNRF, Inc. JMO
roi,
I'm not talking about NNRI shares or the price thereof. I am talking about ATOLL shares. NNRI does not have control of ATOLL. If the Russian govt wants NNRI out of ATOLL, that can be done without any purchase of NNRI shares.
Just for speculation...Do you know how many of float shares may already be owned by Russian investors? In theory, if any individual or entity owns over 5% of the OS, a disclosure should be made of that fact. But who really knows?????
GIBBER,
The political situation has changed. Relations beween Russia and the U.S. are being strained. You were postulating a different reason; greedy crooked Russians with intent to take over NNRI and gain the position stake in ATOLL, and working hard to get the NNRI sp down to a cheap cost.
I am now saying something quite different. The Russian govt, if they want, could provide whatever financing needed for ATOLL to buy back the shares held by NNRI.
ROI,
Could be a bad situation brewing. A low ball, take it or leave it offer could be made to NNRI for the ATOLL shares now held by NNRI.
If things get worse, do you think Rusia will allow a US company to continue to hold a major postion in a Russian company whose primary business relates to Russian nuclear industries?
ATOLL could be told at any time to send NNRI packing.
Scary. Huh?
roi,
You misunderstood my point.
It is public knowledge that the Qs have not been filed. Mgt provided no additional clarification about the cause of the delay(s) than had already been stated.
We are in the same position on that issue as we were prior to the CC. Perhaps they believed a 10Q would be done prior to the CC but it did not get done.
I wasn't pleased or appeased. Were you?
Why would you think they needed to appease anyone?
Do you think they are really concerned with a bunch of low ball disgruntled investors. Are there any among us that own enough shares to cause them any concern? Just two institutions with very limited holdings....
Will they do another CC in a couple of weeks to give an update on progress about anything?
Well, well..
We were wondering what you were doing lately. And keeping very quiet about it, at that. Thanks. LOL
JRI,
How large a buy would be required to move it up to .20..It appears a 20,000 buy order at .20 limit would still get filled at the ASK, now .11...
Best volume day in awhile...Buying interest is being met with selling interest so no movement.
Why .20?
Easy loading at .10....
