Could be a bad situation brewing. A low ball, take it or leave it offer could be made to NNRI for the ATOLL shares now held by NNRI.

If things get worse, do you think Rusia will allow a US company to continue to hold a major postion in a Russian company whose primary business relates to Russian nuclear industries?

ATOLL could be told at any time to send NNRI packing.
