Well if you were watching that day, he put through an order to buy 100 shares. Then he picked up the 1 million shares. He then put through an order to buy 200 shares, followed by the 9 million shares.
You just have to know the MM signals.
And you should also know that I'm joking.
This word..."inconceivable"...I do not think it means what you think it means...
You'll find that in just about every 10-Q if there is no significant cash flow.
Look at the TRDY 8-k from 9/16/10 it might be similar to what you're talking about.
Quite the wide spread here.
When someone says "One MM at .0034, .02 after that!" have the MMs (who are at .02 in this fictional ferinstance) ever not dropped their ask to close the gap?
Has there been a bumper crop of post-split pumps lately? Every other ticker that they were shouting from the rooftops today had a D at the end.
Pinksheets is pretty much a joke. They can be handy as a jumping off point for DD, but other than that, they're useless. Their "tiers" hold about as much water as the terror alter color levels.
Fickle traders :) . Seriously there are two (or three) things that I can point to.
First is that this stock got the hell beat out of it by PSC. I don't have any reason to believe that the company had any involvement in their activities, but I think it still left its share of burned and therefore wary traders.
Second is the fact that they have work in progress, but there has been no indication (yet) of what kind of revenue will be coming out of their properties.
Third (and this one is perhaps purely speculative) we had a third party compensate a promoter recently. Odds are they were selling as they were promoting since I don't have reason to believe there were any restrictions on the shares. Are they done selling? I honestly don't know, but if it were me I'd hold a fair amount for the future. Production numbers will be coming eventually.
What I'd like to see next week:
-Increase in volume (obviously)
-News update on the Canadian deep gas well
-Update on progress in Arkansas
I'll take any one. Barring any of the three coming to pass, maintaining this (admittedly low) volume and the channel that this seems to be in right now would be acceptable. I'm still seeing .04 as the main support/resistance level. The bollies seem to be starting to tighten as well (I'm usually looking at a 3 month daily chart).
Long term I'm still bullish, and I can see where some more talented traders could make some flips here, volume permitting.
If Wingett or any of his cronies are involved, its probably a share printing machine. Nothing here has given any indication that he has any desire to be honest or forthcoming and I doubt there will be much of a difference at P**X.
From what I'm seeing the only hallmark that is missing (so far) is the R/S after the massive dilution. So you probably still have that coming down the pike.
They are in Oklahoma, let's hope the bastards get taken out by a tornado.
Well, that gets my vote as most cryptic message of the day.
Now lets see CSTI and NITE back off so this can go.
That's interesting. Unfortunately until we know why it's just fodder for pro/con speculation.
It's been quiet so there hasn't been much to comment on. Aside from the slight run in late October and early November it's basically stayed between .65 and .75. Other than watching the chart, I've been out of the loop here. I'll have to read through the last 10-Q and last two 8-ks to get back up to speed.
The phase 2 results might give this a big.
The "MM signals" has always been one of my favorites. A buy of 100 means "I need shares", etc.
Why would they show their hand like that rather than, oh I don't know, use a text message or IM.
Just to let the other 9 of you who are paying attention know, I took over the moderator position here. There have been some updates to the Ibox and I'm still digging around to see what (if anything) might be happening.
I see CSTI quite often on OTC stocks. Looking at and interpeting which MMs are trading a stock, at what bid/ask, and why is admittedly one of my weaker areas, but I haven't seen anything to worry me. Thanks for bringing it up though. Sometimes you miss the 600lb gorilla!
Reporting status is dark. The inbox is horribly out of date. We don't even have the right ticker up top.
The recent ticker change is interesting.
Seems to be some action here, still trying to figure out why.
It's encouraging to see someone here on purpose. Most of us are still holding shares from the IAS fiasco. Holders of the last pump I suppose (pun intended).
Well, we took a bit of a downward turn there. Right now .04 seems to be the resistance to break through. I still think there is quite a bit of potential here. Someone needed shopping money for tomorrow and dumped a pile of shares it seems.
I'm just going to come out and call that a lie. How the hell can we have trading opportunities when WE DON'T HAVE SHARES TO TRADE???
Yeah, that was them. I'm still keeping an eye on this, its just easier to keep track of things in my portfolio when I pare it down a bit.
You could probably find a Stan and Doris Larson living in just about every state of the union.
It'd be nice if the Stan in question had a great track record, but aren't we sort of missing the forest for a single tree here?
Yeah, I know the bid hasn't gone to .20 recently, but when I say months, I mean since the spring. Obviously we're talking about housekeeping that'll net me about $10, I just find it odd for shares to sell at .20+ and mine sit.
You know, I have 100 shares left over of this from the TSXT days. I sold the majority of what I had and kept that for a lotto. Here's the weird part, I've had the shares up for .20 for months now and they haven't sold. Friday I even dropped to the bid. Nothing.
I've seen pinkies with floats that look like numbers you tend to see in astrophysics which means the PPS looks like a number you'd see in quantum physics.
I guess weather or not the float is 64 million is the 64 thousand dollar question.
I've been watching the fireworks over at the RN*F board this weekend since picking up a small position when the merger rumor emerged. If the document that everyone is pointing to is real or not, who knows?
Now, onto what made it relevant to this board. I looked into the address on the "leaked" document (it matches Renewal's last address on Edgar) and it led me to the ownership for IVI Communictions:
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/own-disp?action=getissuer&CIK=0001140878
You'll find that Marks is the link between IVI, Titan Holdings, and Renewal.
Then I found this:
http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0EIN/is_2008_Oct_1/ai_n29469908/
While it doesn't involve Renewal directly (although I think YA still holds shares), these guys are already in bed with YA Global. Mark Uram is in the mix here as well.
If the rumor is true, I don't think its as much of an issue as I can't see any involvement with the other company. If it's fabrication, this is going to be a bloodbath with YA dumping piles into the mix, if they haven't already.
IVI Communications is next door.
All I see is that Titan let their CFO go and there is an ownership connection between Titan and RNWF. Someone has to be CFO for the two entities, but Titan hasn't said who yet, and RNWF (as far as I know) doesn't have to because of the 15-12G. It could be Don Johnson or Reggie Jackson for all I know.
I'd like to get some official word on all of this, but until then I'm finding the Wall St. CSI game here to be pretty entertaining.
No. He may be the interim CFO of Titan global holdings as well as RNWF. Purely a guess on my part based on the links in my earlier post.

You need to trace through who owns/controls what and take your best guess. We won't have anything to go on here besides speculation until there is some sort of official word from CPV or RNWF.
Maybe this will clear up the "is this RNWF or a chinese take-out place?" debate. IVI Communications is listed at that address.
Looking at insider transactions for IVI:

Remember folks, Edgar is your friend.
Not the volume that I would have liked to have seen, but not a bad day. It's nice to see that 10,250 shares brought us right back up to .0498 whereas yesterday almost 200,000 couldn't drag us below .04.
****MULTI****BOARD****PLAY****WILL****BE****DECEMBER****FIRST****
Really? Folks are still at it with the coming announcements? Not only is it obviously frontloaded, it looks like a V1@gra spam email.
I'm thinking there should be awards given out with various categories like the Oscars...
The Golden Pump
It is a head scratcher as to why anyone would still buy here, but you see it in Q stocks fairly often. I don't think there is really any fate for the shares here other than being eventually canceled.
Why that hasn't happened yet or if there is any other possible scenario here I really don't know.
The only reason I bookmark this is because I watch presumably dead issues just to see what happens as it winds down. Sometimes you learn interesting things in odd places.
I could possibly suggest buying this if you were into a nasty divorce. "You'll get your half, I promise. As soon as my sell order goes through...".
I've had this in my back pocket for a while now. There is some interesting trading and actual volume lately, so hopefully something is about to happen here.
