This is a reply I got from Frank about spin-off.
Any spin-off will be in addition to holding shares in WNSH. Winsted's business model is being developed/refined. Trying to obtain necessary financial information from Mark Ellis to begin filing the 10Q's and 10K. No PR to be released until we have something to report.

Frank Manzo
Wow, things are starting to move fast now.
Wish I could buy more, but I'm maxed out now, cause I bought some FFGO- check it out.
loved that video
Thanks firerat
1 share?? What the heck is that?
Either an insult or a signal.
Yes, that would probably make sense.
thanks lightweight.
Short interest posted early? Normally on this pink sheets site, they post short interest every month, with last one on Sept 27th but now there is a posting for Oct 9th with 1. Seems odd doesn't it?

Click on "short interest" tab.
Got 1 mil at 3 yesssssss!!
I hope so!!
Question- what is the difference between the outstanding shares and the total float?
Is the total float all the shares issued and the outstanding shares the ones that are common shares for trade with the difference between the two being preferred shares? In this case 454.

Yes, I agree. I have an order in at 1 million for 0.0002 without the AON. As you see this morning, someone got 200,000 shares at 0.0002, which most likely was a partial fill.
GLTA!
Question- Can anyone put in bids in online? I tried and it told me to call my broker, TD Waterhouse Canada. I called and when I asked why, he said that "TD Waterhouse has taken a proactive position on this stock and that because of the potential risk of fraudulent trades, they request client to call in and make trade to identify the trader".
Just curious, he still put my request in, but I just thought it was odd that they do this. According to him the have a list of a number of symbols that are in this situation.
An Ellis after effect?
"Pink Sheet company needed". Maybe Frank should use this website to get our reverse merger. LOL

incorporated in Delaware for everyone to see, meaning the Florida dissolution is effectively moot. So much for all that jazz.
What do you mean? This is good or bad?
2's are back
I don't think buyback has started yet, based on what this website lists. I think if any were bought, they would have shown up here at some point. Look under "insider transactions" tab.

Oh, I see where your talking about 911 trade. duh, I'm a slow learner, but gettin' there.
yep, it's there now.
Any current bid and ask? Mine is coming up "unpriced".
Yes, they update everyday and also if you click on the "Insider transactions" tab it will show inside trades. Currently it shows some for 2007-Jun-30, but doesn't say who (other than officer), how many shares, or at what price.
Right, and what about the spin-off. Not many do that and fade away. Speaking of spin off-- If ya sell now, do you miss out on it?
Thanks, doesn't seem that easy though.
Wish I knew how to read charts. Any easy way to learn?
3, 4, 3, 4, 3, 4, 3... What is this USXP?
Inside Trades! on 2007-Jun-30, amount unknown.
see link. Click on "Insider Transactions" tab once there.

Double WOW!
Please explain this to me. The Form 3 says "I" for indirect ownership of shares with "Nature of indirect beneficial ownership" as Appletree BDC Inc.
However, remarks state that "Appletree BDC Inc is the direct owner of the listed shares of Winsted Holdings Inc.
Who owns what and who has the majority of the votes?
TIA
Hey, where is everyone?
Email from Francis! I had asked a few questions, and he answered all but the Grandfather clause one. Here's my questions and his response.
Francis

> When subsidiary is spun off , will we keep our WNSH shares and have additional shares in new subsidiary or will end up with only shares in the new subsidiary? Is there a time frame for the next press release? With grandfather clause now published, will there be any affect in this regard with WNSH?

If company was in buyback mode, wouldn't it show up here?

Once on website click the "Insider Trans" tab.
I sent an email today. Most likely won't get a response, but you never know.
I know pps will go to 4 decimal places, but do they usually report market cap to 4 decimal places?
Just noticed that the market cap is reported kinda funny with .689 as cents. Should the period be a comma or is it common for them not to round up to .69. If it's a comma then what does pps work out to? 1,448,096,689 is it about 0.33 pps?
Estimated Market Cap
1,448,096.689 as of Aug 13, 2007
Has anyone seen this from http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=WNSH&tabValue=3#getCompanyInfo

I got 1 million shares. Wish I could buy more, don't have any money, oh well.
Couldn't find the "what ya' got" post", so replied here. GLTA
Is 6 new base now?
Question if WNSH is short then why would we sell now to shorty- if shorty is covering at the moment then they're getting at a steal of a deal. Shouldn't all of us hold out till we get news of buyback being completed, reverse merger, and then valuation?
I think it won't take long as the company plans on buying back up to 360,000,000 shares in the open market, which will only cost $216,000 at 0.0006. That could happen in a few days. Also the company is currently working on becoming current with their quarterly and annual SEC filings. This could happen in the next 2-3 weeks. IMHO.
Holding long 'til penny comes in. She'll look mighty fine when she does.
