Email from Francis! I had asked a few questions, and he answered all but the Grandfather clause one. Here's my questions and his response.

His Response-

Any spin-off will be in addition to holding shares in WNSH. Winsted's business model is being developed/refined. Trying to obtain necessary financial information from Mark Ellis to begin filing the 10Q's and 10K. No PR to be released until we have something to report.
