.01 today, .10 after confirmation of the merger.:)
Somebody hit the ask. Let's get closer to fair value.
Good morning dolls. One day closer to news on the new operational company here.
You probably have the right idea. Going through the state of Nevada probably makes more sense.
Interesting, same guys, different site. Except that guy at the bottom of this site is not listed on your site. Mike, the new legal counsel for Digital Info Security, is the guy Wes told me to call on Monday to get info about TDRPQ. The director of the Asia region was removed also.

The pinksheets number doesn't work. I actually sent the SEC a message yesterday about TMXU. Apparently it's illegal for the acquirer of a company to not file a form 15-12. So I'm hoping that the SEC will press Ken Eade to remember who he sold the shell to.
I just read the electronic response from the SEC. They have received my e-mail and someone will be reading it and deciding on whether it merits taking action or not.
So that's where my search stands for now.
Most shells don't have corporate law firms working towards a reverse merger for them. Agreed?
Great to see you here fringe. Your presence is always a sign of good things to come.:)
The OS is around 50 mil, AS is around 250 mil per beandog.
He said next week at the latest.
We're just getting started here. Once Andrew hooks us up the party will really get going.
DTGP up 150%. Reverse merger is in the works.
DTGP is now a shell. Ottolaw, their corporate counsel is working on a merger on their behalf. An update is expected soon.
Andrew is in the process of getting the exact share structure up to date. That is the figure I got from beandog. Another poster had it at 42 million.
DTGP is in the process of a merger. I spoke with Andrew from Ottolaw. Ottolaw handles merges and acquisitions as a part of their specialties. They brought DTGP public through a reverse merger a couple of years ago.
When Mr. Doll died soon after, the company basically went dormant. The remaining board members resigned and enlisted Ottolaw to get an operating company to fill the shell. Andrew said he would issue a PR updating the progress this week or next.
See the FCCN chart. The merger isn't completed yet, but it ran from .002 to .065 almost 3 months ago while millions of shares were being dumped. It turned out that the OS, which was thought to be about 70 million, was actually over 900 million.
They still did a over a 30 bagger, and we don't have that kind of problem with the OS here.
Good to see you, bean. This is where FCCN started it's run to 6.5 cents from, with (we later found out) 10 times more shares.
It means that we should have an operating company coming in soon to fill this $100,000 shell. Doll hit 8 cents back in May. Imagine how high we can go if we merge with a company with a few million in revenue.
You're welcome. I'm excited to watch this unfold.
He seemed confident that the process would be pretty quick, too.
I just spoke with Andrew at Ottolaw. He is going to issue a PR on the changes at DTGP sometime next week at the latest. He said that there is still a possibility that Doll technology would continue with a different group in control, but they would also be open to bringing a new company public through the DTGP shell.
It sounded like the latter was the more likely scenario. He said that the old board members resigned, and enlisted Ottolaw to get the company going again. Doll technology went public a couple of years ago with the assistance of Ottolaw. Mr. Doll died shortly after the reverse merger, and the company apparently died with him. He said that the departing board members still hold many shares, so they're anxious to see a deal get done. The new board members are in no way connected to the previous company.
Ottolaw specializes in corporate law, and that includes mergers and acquisitions. Andrew has conducted numerous mergers and is currently in the process of getting corporate records up to date with the state of Nevada, getting filings up to date with the SEC, and getting the share structure updated with the transfer agent.
He anticipates being ready to entertain offers once he has everything up to date, which he expects will take two to three more weeks.
So get ready for some news and a new group moving in soon.
It looks like there were only a few million sold below this level, tops.
This is on pace to become the highest volume ever traded for SHWK. With the impending RM it will likely be a short-lived record.
Okay, I just called Mike Smith again. He doesn't seem to answer or call back. It doesn't appear that Mike is going to help, but I left my number again.
Thanks for the heads up on SHWK, Ed. I was glad to get some cheapies too.:)
Thanks Marc, this is great news. I've been meaning to make some calls on this one. I'll try to do so next week. Can you give out any numbers to call? I'm anxious to learn more about this one.
Intriguing. So this isn't a shell. What was the change in the board all about, and is a cash infusion coming via ottolaw?
So our two doctors buy 9 million shares of CSBR stock in January, with these two drugs already tested, and who knows how many more in the works. Then CSBR acquires the rights to the drugs.
They have spent many years on scientific advisory boards and BODs. The standard for getting a drug licensed is much more clear cut than actually taking a drug through the FDA approval process. Sidransky and Hidalgo have had years to examine that standard and the going rate to license a drug. They also directly advise a number of biotechs that might be interested in getting a promising cancer drug approved.
So what will our next piece of news be? Hmmm.
Great buy. With a market cap of about $60,000, I think it's safe to say you got in at or very near the bottom. Just think, it will take us a 20 bagger just to get to a market cap of a million.
Come on, Kip. Now find us a winner!
Nice move today. This is a nice hedge play for METP. They're still waiting on the RM. The OS here is tiny at 7 million. Once METP is done, we're next.
Kip is apparently looking for companies with $10 to 30 million in revenues. How high can this go with that kind of a company? I can't wait to find out.
We can move up quickly on news and volume. But when?
Thanks for the great suggestions champs. There will still be a few good prospects in pennyland after CSBR flies out of here. :)
I keep searching for a company as clean as this one in pennyland. Please let me know, fellow champions, if you have one. I'd love to build a penny portfolio with a bunch of these.
Is this the $10 million rumor?
Try .01, see what happens.
AEGP currently at .006.
It was a joke, spark
I'm not buying it righty. They're going to have to produce the goods first.
I'm not getting a call back from Jim. The last time that happened, he was in the process of acquiring the first two drug candidates. Maybe we're in another quiet period before news...
