How come, when I click on "Return to Mailbox" in a folder in the folder management section, it does not return the kept message to my mailbox but deletes it instead?
Art,
Have you given up on GWDL? Is it dead in the water here?
Thanks, Skunksyard, Mr. Ed, and Capt Nemo. That was quite interesting. As best as I can tell GWDL split 1:3000 in April, 03 but it does not show up on charts, only on Pink sheets. Then in Nov they issued more shares, 2 billion shares. When they did the S8, it appears, is when the price dropped precipitously to the sub level. I'll go over to the new board for more discussion. Thanks for the rundown.
Did GWDL (Gateway distributors, not Gateway computers) do a RS in the last 6 months? If so, can someone please give me the date and a few of the details like how many shares were taken away to make one share, etc..
Haw far do you think this PR about distibuting enzymes will take the price per share?
Thanks a bunch. Great advice and I will make this my rule #1a.
When you say "These folks are great at this game, very very great", Are you talking about the MMs or the folks on this board?
You are certainly correct. However, when I first started trading, 4 years ago, I put stop losses in most of the time until 2 or 3 times a stock would be trading at say 7.50 and my SL would be at 7.20, and the MMs would rapidly (within a minut or two) move the stock down until they hit my SL and then shoot it back up to 8 or 8.50 within SECONDS and it would never come back down to that SL price, much less, the 7.50 range. They were getting ready to run the stock and scoped out anyone with a sell order in so they could get available cheap buys and manipulated it to where they could basically steal my shares. I felt very ripped off, and after the third time, I decided I never wanted to let them see my stop price again. Now, a lot of good that has done me, lol.
My problem is I have not yet figured how to develop your rule #1 because every time I think I might have something, I get caught up in MM manipulation and I get quite frustrated with that.
Hello everybody. BB got me to check this board out. I have to say I have no idea of how to trade stocks less than 5 cents a share - I am scared of the bankruptcies because I have been in mora than a few companies that have gone that route, and they were $5 to $15 when I first bought them. So, I really need to figure this out first.
Anyway, I have seen GWDL posted here and on 2 other IHUB boards as being primed for a run, and I was wanting to know what you guys thought of this prospect. I got in GWDL about 6 to 8 months ago at .09 and have hefty losses, obviously. Is there a chance it might run a little to the .008 to .01 range and offer me some of my dollars back?
Now, after you quit laughing, please answer with your thoughts about its prospects and any suggestions you may have for me about which way to play this loss, lol, lol.
I have owned a company for a couple of years that had a nice run in June but has dropped back. They have done some creative financing a couple of times and I believe S-8s have been part of it. They have a VERY low float, but keep doing PPs and warrant deals that always concern me about dilution. The company is NTWK, and they have been really struggling, but keep promising that they are turning around.
The reason I am posting here is that there has been some mention of an S-3 that is getting worked out right now. There is specualtion that this will cause a major run within the next month once the shares become unrestricted, however, I do not know how this is being worked out. If anyone could explain this situation to me and if the rumors make sense, I would love to be educated. It is trading now at 2.30 after a 5:1 RS a few months ago and the investors in this S-3 agreement (Maxim group) are evidently in at 2.76.
Speculation says that once these shares become available, which is supposedly sometime before Feb. 1, this stock should run to around $4. I'm not sure I believe that, and I was hoping some of you guys here could look at it and tell me if you find anything of interest. I'm in at a pretty big loss right now. If this is not the appropriate board to address this stock, could someone direct me to the best board on IH?
Where do you suspect GWDL might go to?
Is there an easy way to add links to your "Favorite Links" section without having to type the address of the link. I have tried copying and pasting the link and it will not copy. If someone could enlighten me on the best method, I would love to set up a set of research links but I sure hate to have to type in all those jumbled up addresses.

Problems with their rent?
Whiz has made a point on the Yahoo board about this being a big increase in rent for only an increase of 400 square feet. Now could they have been thrown out of the other office space? Very likely.
I have heard that there has been some problems in the past with rent and debts not getting paid on time, and I have heard they have had to leave other places before due to tensions builing over such late payments - I hope that is not what has happened here but Whiz has made an excellent observation.
I KNEW IT!!!!
Yesterday, I knew the MMs would paint the tape at market close. Just 30 seconds before market close, 100 shares at 2.289. It is interesting that this is .001 cents below the best offer/ask, so that the MMs can do this manipulation without actually buying from someone who is willing to sell. They are not willing to give real participators their order fills until the MM's have had made rediculous profits by manipulating this price to extreme levels. Be very careful with buying and selling this stock right now.
Y 13379
I suspect the MMs are keeping these sells between themselves so that they can manipulate the price to their advantage while we are suffering with the price swings and drops that the MMs set up. Like I say, we need to watch time and sales and bids/asks at the time orders go through.
ME, from Yahoo board: "It seems that in the past month there have been several quiet developments that all require larger financial commitments or a bit more financial layout. This appears to me to indicate that NTWK is gearing up for a growth phase."
+1) Now, obviously it is good news to me to get the impression that the company in which I am invested is gearing up for growth. However,
-1) I sure hope they are making enough income to cover these expenses. I am quite concerned as of yet because they still have not showed us that they have all their debt load under control. Are they getting overzealous and getting ready to lose more of their money with minimal profits? I am forever cautious until they can show me they are earnings poitive. Again - show me the numbers and the contracts to back up such expenditures!!!!

Discussion: I agree with JnJ on the positive appearance of the words coming from Mr. Ghauri and her comment below - quite a positive statement can be made regarding the approach of management:
"Our new contracts and sales pipeline require faster deployment and a larger pool of skill sets," said Naeem Ghauri, NetSol CEO.
"We believe we can most effectively develop the added infrastructure we need in India and the added offshore capability and diversification, in turn, could drive additional business."
this from JnJ on Yahoo. "I'm extremely impressed that not only has Netsol's management been busy in obtaining new contracts but also in taking necessary measures in order to accommodate and expedite the future business they see ahead."
However, some negative thought do come in:
Just as Whiz stated that he did not know if India would allow the Pakistani Ghauris to buy a company in India - this may present as quite a challenge - one I am sure the Ghauris are up to. However, once they overcome the obstacles to buying a company, how much resentment will have been built up by radicals so as to make them an even stronger target for the terrorists? Then add that little bit of history regarding the Ghauri name and the Indian sentiment toward such - WOW!!!! I do hope the Ghauris are spending an very large amount of money to protect that beautiful new campus from terrorist attacks. This little article has raised the hairs on the back of my neck regarding how truly close this company is to the emotional drive for the conflicts between Pakistan and India. Makes me quite nervous being invested in this company so completely.
I am now here on this board to have any serious discussions regarding NTWK, BOTH Positive and Negative. I would like to challenge any and all deciding to participate here to find one or two positive responses to every negative post and one or two negative responses to every positive post. This tactic, I believe, will stimulate true and extensive discussion to help educate us all on this company's situation. This will also deter anyone from purposely running off other posters who happen to carry express opposing views, but instead will encourage every one of us to look at both sides thoroughly and thoughtfully.
Hoots_Toots, here is the info about which we are talking
Sharpsbc@yahoo.com
Jens, Where have you been? I really would enjoy hearing some of your perspective regarding the last 2 weeks' occurrences with NTWK. Have you quit posting? Have you decided this company is down the tubes? If you don't want to post, at least give me your opinion by private message if you don't mind. I've read one or two comments you have made on RB or Yahoo but you certainly have slowed down in your input. I hope everything is OK with you.

Bloomberg had a report release on June 27 that stated (I paraphrase here) that the Navada court ruled that the receiver will stay in place indefinitely. Now, as best as I understand, Bloomberg is a paid-for service and is quite pricy. It may even be limited to only being available to investing firms and the like, I'm not sure; I just know I cannot get Bloomberg! Does not seem like universal disclosure of information to me. Us individual investors are at a HUGE disadvantage here and I do not like it at all. By the way, this story was released on Bloomberg around 8pm on June 27 and there was a lot of dumping by someone who knew there was negative info during the day on the 27th. Why in the world is this information being allowed out only to certain people? We do not get a chance to trade out our shares until after the select group gets to dump all their shares and drive the price way down. This is totally inappropriate and I agree someone at the SEC needs to look into this.
However, I think you are off base about Ting getting info we cannot get. I have watched him on these boards for over 8 months now and he merely is a wiz at knowing how to search the net and is kind enough to search for stuff to help us be as informed as possible. I wish you guys would get off his back because he has been the main contributor to the NTWK info search that stays level-headed and neutral as opposed to the hypsters and the downtalkers that make these boards so very colorful and interesting, but not always instructive or accurate. I desperately need the info Ting works to dig up, noone else is willing to give it to us. And NO, I'm not Ting under a different alias, believe me.
"To be proud about ones investment - having it clean from odd types IMO is a target."
Exactly, I certainly agree with this statement. This clean business model should be one of the primary considerations. After reading the last day's information regarding the boards goals and the possibilities of what the NTWK-LLC goals and dealings might be, I have begun to rethink my direction of support. Thanks for such clarification, both by you and another poster. Now I have a better picture of where this company is trying to go.
KR, Charlie
"Steve agreed at that time to be a consultant to management as a rep for the large share holders. This was done with no fee to anyone. Jan 1st of this year he took the role of Financial P.R. Advisor to NTWK. The company knew at that time he was still alligned with the large shares holders and would do what he thought was best for NTWK. If it meant going against current management that`s what he was to do. Remember he is a middle man between management and the share holders."
This explains very well what my impression is regarding Steve's position from what he told me. In my opinion, he has performed these duties as best as possible in the current atmosphere. I only feel bad that I have caused a problem for him, when he was merely trying to keep me informed as I asked him to.
"As for Sandy looking for proxies , who knows? She may work with Steve but has no ties to the company."
You types that know the ins and outs regarding investing know better how to interpret this than I do. All I know is that she was doing what I asked - keeping me abreast of what was happening, and letting me know what my support might offer for the good of the company. Noone from the other side has taken the time to get in touch with me and inform me what good the opposite position does for the company. I'm only left to assume that it keeps the Ghauris egos intact in that they maintain more complete control of their company. If this is going to be good for my investment dollars, I sure wish someone would reveal such line of thinking so that I can make a more informed decision regarding which side I should support.
But, at this juncture, the Ghauris egos have only lost thousands of dollars for me, so I am ready for a change. Either by supporting a change to the structure of the board or by a change being proposed by the present board which will enhance revenue stream and profits, AND CUT SOME OF THE LOSSES AND DEBITS. AND CUT OUT ALL THESE STUPID LAWSUITS - I hate my money going to support or defend a lawsuit instead of developing or promoting a product/service. Whoever ends up on the board, get all your damn ducks in a row and start executing your deals correctly and by the book now, and go out and make some money. After all, that is why you get paid these rediculous 6 to 7 figure salaries, isn't it? If you cannot do this management right, lower your salaries to reflect your true level of competance. If you started making $40,000/yr because you couldn't get the company's deals right, or couldn't hire the appropriate people and instill an adequate level of loyalty to the company, maybe you would be spurred on to get it right so you could make your big bucks again. Go out and make me some money, and I will support you living better than you really deserve.
Anyone is quite welcome to foward THIS to the Ghauris also.
I am really tired of all this mess and desire a company that does good work, puts out an impressive product, markets their talents well, and is something that I can be proud to invest in.
Jens;
I need to clear up a couple of things.
1) It was Sandra who called me, not Stephen. When I wrote "Stephen", I had NO IDEA it could make a difference as to who actually made the call. I just said Stephen because I figured that it came from Stephen since they both work out of the same office and I get the "impression" that Stephen runs the show and that Sandra is Stephen's assistant of sorts (may be wrong). So, when I heard from her, it was just the same as hearing from Stephen to me, just Sandra passing on the message as someone's secretary might do. Sandra is much more than a secretary, I do not mean to diminish her position, I just do not know the structure of their positions. I guess I was wrong in assuming that what Sandra communicated was essentially Stephen calling me and I am so sorry for misleading you. I assumed it did not matter WHO it was that actually talked to me, but that it was just the office from which it came that mattered. I never would have imagined that this was any kind of issue.
2)Stephen and Sandra have always expressed that their main purpose is to PROTECT THE INTERESTS OF THE INVESTORS, however that might need to be accomplished. I got the impression that Stephen somehow worked in some way for NTWK (again, maybe I'm wrong). This work entailed handling PR and getting information to investors that had questions so that the brothers could focus on their strenghths in leadership and not have to be bothered with investors all the time. But again, they have always been perfectly clear that their purpose was to protect the investors interests, not just cow-tow to the NTWK leadership. I honestly think that they feel that this NTWK-LLC BOD arrangement is best for all intersted in NTWK - the investors, because their focus is to get the stock prices to go up again with more diversified board input;
and for the Ghauri brothers because it will help them keep their company in step with appropriate strategies for a company being traded on NASDAQ. I really believe they are trying to help the Ghauris by pushing them to do something positive for their company. They have NEVER said anything negative about the Ghauris, only that they are trying to help them make their company better and more competitive. In fact, they have said MANY positive things about the Ghauris.
I am very sorry if my e-mail to you mislead you, like I said I am a novice and I was merely telling you the things I knew about the company through my communications. I had no idea of the unwritten insinuations that my writings carried with them.
Please forward this to Najeeb so that he will have a little more clear picture of what actually transpired, because I believe Steve and Sandy are trying to do good by him (granted, this may be quite naieve in my thinking), even though it may be a hard pill for Najeeb to swallow. They MUST get the stock prices heading upward again or everyone will quit putting money into the company. I'm certainly tired of my investment going nowhere fast but down. If that means to broaden the board, then so be it. The fact, that someone is actually trying to do something to achieve this is the only thing that has kept my investment there. So, if it works for one investor, how may other investors is it keeping for the Ghauris company?
Regards,
Charlie
Jens,
The name mentioned is Cowler not Cowley.
"someone called Adrian Cowler and Surrey Design Partnerships have lodged a law suit through the UK high Courts"
NTWK did it again on Friday 3-30.
3:00 EST rolls around and the stock plummets. Is this some money managing fund or funds bailing out of this stock? If so why, what do they know that we don't know?
If this is due to massive shorting, how do we counter their impact?
I am long with 1200 shares and I am getting really fed up with this. Anything that has come out on this stock (5 releases) since mid-February has been nothing but positive. Why can't it get it's footing and start moving up and staying up? It seems to be proving that it is in the process of turning itself around BIG-TIME. It is time for it to get moving.
OT - Ting, the picture is a GREAT touch. Adds a bit of atmosphere to the board. Now, please tell us what the picture is of? How did you get it to post?
Charlie
Ting, Thank you for the link. I am completely inept at finding such information and, to be honest, I depend on you and a couple of other posters to find this info most of the time. Anyway, after reading the S-3 filing I understand exactly what this is about. In addition, I called the PR guy and questioned him in case I was wrong; he confirmed my thoughts.
This filing is only the final paperwork for the deal with Deephaven that was publicized in early Feb. If you recall, the deal went through in 2 traunches, the first million at 5.55/share and the second million to be settled at a later date. This settlemetn date being approx Feb 21 and the settlement price per share was to be determined by the stock price running 10 days prior to and 10 days following the settlement date. Well that was finalized around March 14 and this S-3 filing is just the paperwork outlining what price was established for this second traunch. It also is the necessary paperwork required to release those shares from being restricted shares any longer. Just thought I'd follow up with the answers since I posed the questions.
Charlie
Ting, What did JJ mean by this comment?
"I'm not for these types of funding at all - whoever makes the connection - The recent S-3 on Deephaven selling, sort of clear that situation on a rather short term, as I see it."
Is there proof out there somewhere that Deephaven was actually selling NTWK when the news was out that they were buying. I searched for weeks to get the information regarding the financial deal with the second traunch with Deephaven, I even wrote the SEC to see if they would clarify. Was very frustrating, but finally got the information early last week. They assured me that Deephaven was prohibited from shorting or selling the stock to drive the price lower for their deal. They said this was specifically prohibited in the deal. Is there some information out there to show that something contrary to this happened and that Deephaven manipulated the stock prices to their advantage?
By the way Ting, I finally got here as is obvious by my posts. I had to write IH to get them to get me set up, not sure what the problem was. Anyway, I have to say that I greatly appreciate the very informative remarks and links you have provided and continue to provide. They have been extremely helpful, thanks.
I believe the "New Man" you are talking about is Stephan Cella. I talked with him and his partner, Sandra Foglia, last week. They were very positive on the company. They said that the change was made to to get Najeeb and his brothers away from spending so much precious time handling the PR. The brothers are now going to get back to focusing on what they are skilled at, managing the development of software and establishing/maintaining relationships with the companies require their services. In addition to focusing on the appropriate direction that Netsol will take the next year.
