Salt Lake City, June 29, 2016 – Great Basin Scientific, Inc. (NASDAQ: GBSN), a molecular diagnostics company, today announced it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with institutional investors to issue $75 million of senior convertible notes (the “Notes”) and related common stock purchase warrants. The transaction will be structured as Original Issue Discount (“OID”) convertible notes, with the Company receiving $68M in cash proceeds and no additional interest accruing during the duration of the Notes.

There's also a part of that devil deal that obliges the so-called company to make market of at least $100000 for the lender to sell those shares. Lol. This company is the worst of the worst. Now, don't forget that when this $14 million crook finishes selling, then the new crook for $75 million will started. Remember the $75 million CONVERTIBLE PREFERRED they announced in three months ago. This stock is not even worth One cent but they will keep it low to get more suckers to buy. That is the only incentive for these lendings to a WORTHLESS entity.

This lender started shorting before rs and quadrupled after the rs at $5.60. when they announced that phoney pr that they will sell staphylococcus kit in us...the lender took it to $5 and dumped even more on the idiots that bought that pr. Now look at it. What will happen today is that they will pretend to take it up a bit to make all the sideliners believe bottom is in. Then they'd send it to $0.12 and covert some 53 million shares and use the shares to offset all the shorting. Next round of lending would then begin. Lol

It all depends on any big shareholders and the MMS if they want to defend the stock. But if this thing closes under $0.30 today and on Tuesday then it may hit $0.13 some time in the next week or so..... possibly $0.10. At $0.30 x 5 days VWA x 85 percent, that $14.1 million will convert to over 50 million shares. So this ride may get worse if the stock is undefended!

If they can close it at $0.30 in the next two trading days, they'd convert to about 47 million shares. So, since no one is defending the stock, it is headed to $0.15

I'd buy under $0.20 tomorrow or Tuesday.... GUARANTEED

If these guys aren't greedy, selling the company for its parents and products would have served shareholders well. I was reading about the AMPED patent they received in June and noted possible use in Agriculture to detect proteins in PCR testing situations. The management however don't think further than taking loans and doing reverse splits....leaving the innate value to rot. Simply destructive and ipso facto indolent.

If this closes at about $0.30 to $0.40 today and tomorrow...you must see $0.14 here before the next RS which is the only thing the so-called management knows. I sold that 5000 at $0.31. No one in their right senses would touch this stock. I was wondering why they fraudulent sellers stopped selling here and discovered that they want to slow down to gain full advantage of the five day VWA agreement. We only have one day at $0.33, then $0.74 and everything else is Above $1 or two. So, to covert the entire $14.1 million under $0.50 they are trying to pretend to slow it here and trade at this level the next three trading days. Because there are no serious buyers here that understand their game I suspect this will hand here for next three trading days before they convert. So, I am out....and buying more RGSE. Great Basin Scientific is the kind of fraud that makes it hard for honest and real companies to play in the stock market. From fraudulent operators to even more fraudulent market makers and those that give them money. I know how to play with such.
