We may be stating the oblivious based on the L2 but .0030 is the resistance. Break .0030 and we see a very quick return to the 35-36 area which was the area we were trading at and expecting a break-out to 50-60 channels before all this business about share count.
By the way this little detour IMO has helped the stock and once we break through it will be easier to make gains and reach higher support levels in a very short time.

There is no question that Super Rad Industries acquired all of Super Rad Cooperation’s assets.
I’m a little unclear what exactly that means since we don’t have a list of assets, does this include all of the company’s assets? Ooh Wee Media, which was part of SRC and more importantly Earloomz which are partners with SRC. Both of these companies have a well documented history with SRC. Sid is the key here, he owns of is part owner in all three companies which were part of SRC and there is no doubt that these are considered assets and I don’t see how they could be excluded without some sort of documentation.
Both Ooh Wee and Earloomz are private companies which were either solely or partly owned by Super Rad Corporation and IMO are considered assets, which is what I’m hearing. Also since they are not specifically excluded as part of the deal then they must be included.
Everyone has been talking about the toy company since this is what we associate with the Super Rad Cooperation but they did have other assets before becoming Super Rad Industries and since seeing the 10-Q I'm convinced we don’t know what SRI got as part of the deal. Again the 10-Q doesn’t say all assets excluding company’s X, Y, and Z it does not exclude any assets or holdings of SRC before the payment on 11 Aug 2010. My guess is we are going get a huge surprise when we finally see a complete disclosure of assets when the deal was made back in AUG 2010.
PK, I'm am not in contact with Chris and I know he said he could not give specific information; can you ask him to comment on Lady Gaga, Star Trek and Hello Kitty? Sid landed Earloomz marketing deals with all three of these and I noticed Earloomz was on toychestnews.com with a new Star Trek release. Super Rad Toys and Earloomz shared a booth at SDCC 2010 so makes sense that if Sid was working deals for Earloomz he would try to bring the same names and licenses to SRI. I know Tyson Summers signed with both at the same time and with Sid being so closely tied to both company’s I’m sure something is happening on the toy side of the house as well.
Expectations for today. I expect to see a PR about the share buyback. 10 Business days is what they said. Still no change at OTC Markets.

EVDR is one of my plays as well. Got in the day they announced share buy back and been adding since. Holding about 800,000 and following DD Guy. He's got a good handle on things and waiting on news to send this up for a nice payday. Don't worry about the bashers, their just trying to get chepps, next PR should do it.

If Mark where to issue Warrants as a way to raise secured non-toxic financing, at a estimated PPS of some sort of future valuation would he? 1. Not have to have those shares in the treasury? 2. Not have to restrict those shares for the term of the warrant.
Just thinking of different ways he could use these additional shares.
Warrants seem like a logical way to raise secured funds without diluting. A increased OS is not necessarily a bad thing if those share will be bought back in the future and returned to the company. Only reason I’m saying this is because with the current SS maxed Mark’s hands are tied when it comes to issuing collateral.
I may be way off base just wanted to get some opinions.
Where are those folks from the other day that said stuff like “typical of a pinky CEO, increase the AS and then go hide somewhere without a word" or “at least Mark should be man enough to say it happened".
We'll they got what they wanted. The PR has put out as requested and I'll bet those were the same people who were upset this morning. Sometimes it's easy to forget we're not the only ones invested in TYTN, some people invested have never even heard of iHub and I guess the PR was for everyone’s benefit.

You’re right about the old guy.
Two other things I wanted to talk about was all the speculation about what the increased AS will be used for and how and the Chinese credit issue. First, the only person that knows either answer is Mark and for now he is not letting the cat out of the bag and sure it’s for a good reason. Second, all this talk about the credit issue with the Chinese is becoming almost laughable. If anyone on this board has ever sold a company for over $450 mil and has had the type of experience dealing with the manufactures associated with the production of Tytan tractors and accessories that Mark has, please give us your insight.
This is not any other company that has been mentioned on this board this is Tytan Holdings we are talking about. Each circumstance is different and each company has different brand recognition and balance sheets. These types of financial decisions are made on a case by case basis and have everything to do with the current state of any particular business seeking financing/credit. Of course Mark’s reputations will help but when it comes down to making multi- million dollar decisions you are only as good as your last Q’s balance sheet.
With all that being said I would love to see Tytan finance in-house and I am hoping that the AS increase is going to be used to bring either the Chinese or some other financial entity on board. Financing their own products would be bigger that big and this is the news we all should be looking for. Just like any other retail outlet they want you to use their credit card to make payments because they know they’re going to make more $ from the financing than they are from the cost of the product.
TYTN would, without a doubt, make more money from financing operations than they would from sales. Sure would make it a lot easier for the average Joe to take home one of those tractors we’ve all been talking about and 100% in-house financing, IMO would quadruple revenue in a very short period. We know the filing date was the 14th buy more importantly Marks signed the DOC’s on the June 1st. Was this not exactly the same time he returned from his trip to China? My guess is that we will find out very soon that this is directly related to some sort of business aspect related to the Chinese.
First question that will be asked: So if Mark knew this was going to happen 15 days ago and he intended to raise the AS since 1 June, why did we not receive notification. Could it be legal reasons and the final details of whatever deal still needs to be finalized? I read a post earlier saying “at current share price” the additional share were worth 12 Mil or something like that. If he dumps 5 Billion shares into the OS he would get only a fraction of that and would not even be able to sell them all before they were worthless.
No my guess this a strategic well thought out plan that was necessary to continue to grow Tytan and guarantee a long and success future for this company.
-27% is a good beating. When I say strong stock my assessment is based upon the argument that increasing the AS by 5 times could of have sent many a stock into tZs the first hour. Judging by the amount of excitement by the posters who loaded at this level the general consensus is we see a rebound and this is a bargain. Time will tell but I can say this, I was one of those buying at .0025 and believe that one way of another we are going to see a major correction from this point and if I didn’t think if was going north guess I wouldn’t have been adding all day along with the rest of the folks.

Here's what happened; they released a pr stating they were going to reduce the A/S-O/S back in OCT 2010 to help to stock and then in Nov 2010 they changed everything back.
Looks like they have started making some money and are expanding. It appears they need to sell shares so they paid $12,500 for yesterdays promotion and then the after hours news gives them another oppertunity today.
With all that said, still think this is way under value.

SAVW on Breaking Bulls Watch List!!!
SAVW-This Bull is on watch due to a few significant factors. One factor we like is the solid consolidation this Bull has seen recently and it`s current uptrend on the chart! Secondly there`s a ton of interest in this Bull as you can see from the consistent amount of volume this Bull has produced over the last few days. When this Bull gets a jump through resistance of .003 we`re looking for gains of at least 20-30% here as it can produce solid profit potential. We`re watching this Bull very closely for that jump and will pounce on the opportunity when it`s given.

Ridiculous, MM’s Have computers now, they send these things called emails. The whole signal thing is a complete fallacy. Retail on the other hand may use these types of signals if they have news not yet released and want to draw attention but most of the time it's just someone having a little fun and trying to get a reaction bringing the price back up to the ask looking for someone to buy. Believe me when I say the MM don’t need to post 911 trades as signals. I like WOLF’s pizza idea better, we should see how many of these we get around lunch time. GO SAVW
That 911 trader has been all over the place, BY*D, BR*L, FB*D. Read one of his post making fun of folks who actually believe it means something. I guess if you do it enough, 911 buys, you’re bound to get lucky. We knew we were getting something soon; many of us thought it could have been as early as yesterday and many said no later than Monday.

Does anyone think that the delay in the Grand Opening has anything to do with the new partnership with Bladensburg? It says the partnership will create 25-30 jobs and I think that was the same number for the facility in Baltimore. Bladensburg is right outside the state capital which is keeping in the reported support from the State of Maryland. This really is a big deal for the state considering the federal money up for grabs and the positive PR for politicians associated with the green movement. I also mean the fiscal green movement, meaning saving money and receiving federal grants is high on everyone’s agenda considering the economy.
The town is much nicer then inner city Baltimore and makes more sense logistically and for increased exposure to visiting VIP's. If their facility was closer Annapolis politicians and other business exec's considering following Bladensburg lead could tour the facility with ease.
The city could have also given them some sort of incentive to relocate in the “partnership deal”. The postponement was announced almost exactly the same time we found out about this deal, so I’m thinking connection. I apologize if this has already been covered.

SAVW: Confirmation of yesterday's rumor
6/3/11 SavWatt USA, Inc. (OTCBB: SAVW), pioneers in LED lighting and the Green revolution, announced today that The Town of Bladensburg has signed a letter of intent to partner with SavWatt in the implementation and build out of the Town's Green Street efforts. It is anticipated that this partnership will place a number of LED lights along the Town's Green Street as well as possible other locations, significantly enhancing the current lighting in the area while reducing the overall operating cost by about 50%. We called the city of Bladensburg and they confirmed the project. They already have $5,000,000 to get things rolling. Not only were talking about replacing street lights but also commented about installing Eco-poles, opening a 12,500 distribution center that will create 25-30 jobs.
Bladensburg is taking the lead for local municipalities converting to green energy. City planners want their township to be considered at the forefront of green energy conversion. The goal to reduce energy cost by 50% is a win-win for both SAVW and the city. Bladensburg receives millions of dollars in tax savings by a smaller electrical bill, gets federal grants to pay for most of the project, creates new jobs for the community, and of course all of this is great for the politicians doing “wonderful things” for the city.
SavWatt in return gets a new manufacturing-distribution center, guaranteed revenue stream, a independent energy savings report free of charge and of course invaluable exposure to local/ national government agencies and corporations.
Bladensburg was chosen for a reason and IMO its location says it all. Being located in a heavily populated central location just outside of Washington DC it is easily accessible to politicians and business executives from all over the country. According to local press the project is being considered a beta test for a long list for surrounding cities, towns, other private entities all after federal funding for the mandatory lighting upgrades and the opportunity to save their tax $$$ in their back yard as well.
IMHO: This could turn out to be the project that catapults SavWatt into the national markets. The city is leading the way and has something to prove since this whole idea was pitched on the premise it will equate to reduced energy expenditures and will pay for itself over the next few years. The number one plus for SAVW has to be the city will release the beta results guaranteeing credibility and laying out a road map for others municipalities to follow. Dear Mr. Haug:
The Town of Bladensburg is very pleased to announce that it is partnering with SAV-WATT USA, Inc. organization in the implementation and build out of the Town Green Street efforts. Formally located between the 4600 to the 5600 block of Annapolis Road (Md. Rt. 450), it is hoped that this partnership will place a number of LED lights along the Town’s Green Street as well as possible other locations, significantly enhancing the current lighting in the area while reducing the overall operating cost by about 50%. The creation of this partnership will develop an eco-hub bring about well over 25 jobs in about the Town of Bladensburg community, as well as spur on economic development in the local region.
Beyond the projection of future opportunities, the Town, to help the partnership move forward, will install four to five eco-poles on its new generation green parking facility. This new synergistic build-out will clearly demonstrate the example of effective practical use as well as the wise planning for the impact of our environment. This pilot project could result in the installation of 100 eco-poles in the community over the next 2 years.
The Town of Bladensburg strongly believes that our community’s futures rests equally upon the fulcrum of the desire for increased economic development and thereby the creation of jobs, along with the responsibility to preserve and protect our local environment. It is with pleasure that we found a partner in SAV-WATT USA, Inc. who exemplifies our values and commitment to both aspects. Wanted to address your concern about the price of SAVW’s products and “WHY” people would buy them? I have to disagree with you about the market and while $7000-10,000 may be alot to us it's a drop in the bucket to many.
The answer is it’s all about money and showing the public "we" are doing our part. These products are Energy Star rated and up to 40 % of the cost can be tax deductable. Tax deductions, energy savings, and the green movement make LED’s very attractive. The government has issued lighting upgrade mandates, along with hugh tax incentives, and they will be in the forefront of issuing large retrofit contracts for government buildings all over the world. Baltimore is only 30 mins form Washington DC, these two cities and the surrounding area have large concentration of government buildings in immediate need of this type of product to meet energy reduction guidelines. Geographically this location make perfect sense for SAVW”S warehouse. Government agencies and large cooperate entities are already issuing contracts and the prices you mentioned are a drop in the bucket when you conduct a cost benefit analysis.

Silver Spring, MD—More than 2.2 million of the nation’s 2.7 million older (pre-1980) commercial buildings have been using the same lighting for the past three decades, the National Lighting Bureau reports, citing data published by the Department of Energy’s (DoE’s) Energy Information Administration (EIA). The Bureau estimates that 3 million or more commercial and other nonresidential buildings are candidates for money- and energy-saving lighting-system upgrades.
NLB Chair Robert W. “Rob” Colgan, Jr. (National Electrical Contractors Association) said he expects the pace of lighting-system renovation to accelerate because of what he characterized as “carrots and sticks.” The sticks include a federally mandated phase-out of older, inefficient technologies, like magnetically ballasted T12 fluorescent lighting, as well as rising energy costs that make energy waste that much more expensive. The carrots include federal tax incentives designed to encourage lighting-system upgrades in commercial buildings, as well as a variety of state and utility-company incentive programs. “But the biggest incentive has to be the money owners and managers can save through lighting-energy efficiency,” Mr. Colgan said. “Just replacing outmoded T12 fluorescent lighting with T8 or T5 fluorescent lighting can cut the ‘light bill’ by up to half. And because the new technology is far more easily controlled, occupancy sensors, daylight harvesting, and a variety of other energy- and dollar-saving control strategies can be applied, generating paybacks that can easily equate to 30%, 40%, and higher annual returns on investment.”
