Apparently Riastrad LLC (Ryan O'Leary) Dennis's son, is no longer working with BVTK MAP LIBE.

Tom's connections go very deep with a group of people who are currently under federal investigation. This is much more than just a penny stock scam, IMO.

Actually... He's tried with QBRICS but it's a non-starter.
And $LIBE tried with "BitWhisper" and "Whispercoin" but went totally silent on it shortly after announcing it as the SEC is looking very closely at ICO scams. I suspect that actually brought too much attention to them and may be part of the falling out the CEO of LIBE & Tom had...

Best bet is always a PR 8-K announcing a MAP/JV/SA with another pinkie shell that can be easily discredited with 5 minutes of google-fu.
