1. In your shareholder letter you implied that Hrct will be able to use the entire revenue and profits from HuaQing in it's filings..Is that the case?..Will Hrct be able to use the entire projected 77 million for 2003?.

2. Why will HuaQing grow so much better with Hrct than without?..In other words, why would HuaQing allow Hrct to buy them?..What are we going to do for them that they couldn't do by themselves?..Is there an unknown that will drive them forward or is it just the fact that Hrct will assist them in expansion?...

3. Is the deal completed at this point or is there still a chance for cancellation?

4. Will HuaQing be a stand alone company or will it be combined with AI Asia companies?..

5. I am curious about the two titles, HuaQing Corporation Development Co. Ltd. and HuaQing Economics Development Co. Ltd...Are the two companies only business computer related or are they in other areas as well?...Finance?...Something else?

6.Is this news the BIG news you had hinted at a while back? Is there more to come in the near future? The news sounds great but with nothing else to back the news up HRCT share price will sink right back to .06 and play right back into the hands of day traders and bashers.Thanks again for all your hard work..:0)

7. Does this cmpany have a website? If not, how can a company in the computer business proclaim to be top notch without an on-line window to it's customers?

8. What, exactly, does the company do? Do they operate brick and mortar stores? Do they sell fully assembled computers as well as computer parts? Since they don't have a web site do they offer direct sales via telephone orders?

9. If they sell from retail stores, how many stores do they have including the following subsidiary? "It also has a subsidiary company based in Hangzhou, of the neighboring Zhejiang province." How large are the stores? (500 square feet? 20,000 sqaure feet?) How many additional stores are planned for the next 6 months?

10. The following info is from the HRCT web site, - "the company has developed into a leading provider of IT products, electronics and digital products, logistics management and other value added services." What kind of products do they sell? Specifically what electronic and digital products? What type of "value added services" do they offer?

11. What are the addresses and telephone numbers of the existing stores? Do the stores operate under the corporate name or do they have a business name different from the name of the corporation?

12.HRCT can we get clairification on the wording in PR today..Is it a done deal of is much work yet to be done..This is my concern with the PR's that sound like a done deal but are not done deals..Then we see the share price dump back where we started b/4 PR..Some one is making money but not us longs who sit tight..

I'm taking a risk here that you will think I'm picking at you or others. I truly don't mean to do that - if you knew me well you'd know I'm very friendly. However, I and many others read these news releases with a different "lens" than you and some others do. So we don't understand the same things from our reading as you do...

Hence when i read... www.hartcourt.com, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase 45 percent of HuaQing Corporation Development Co. Ltd. and HuaQing Economics Development Co. Ltd.
i see that we signed an agreement that we will purchase the shares, not that we have already purchased them.

and I read:
First and foremost, Hartcourt will be the biggest shareholder of Hua Qing with the control of the Board of Directors.
Note the words "will be" - I do not see the words "is now"


I'm just not as confident as you and others that the deal is 100% done yet. Agreements to do something, and signed contracts to actually do the deal are not the same thing...
I truly hope the deal gets done (I assume here that all due diligence by our great leaders has proven this is a good thing to do) and that we see the revenues and profits fall to our bottom line soon.

1. With all the China Stocks doing so well, will Hrct have a PR program to go with the new acquisition so we can get some exposure?

2. How is the Hartcourt TV plan going?..We've heard about Bloomberg now entering the mix..Will that affect Hrct's plans in any way?

3. Is an E-Education announcement still planned for Q1?

4. When all is said and done, will the Sinobull companies, AI Asia and Hartcourt Capital be one integrated group?..Or will they be in different fields and directions?..

5. Is there any possibility that Hrct could find itself on another exchange in the year 2003?...That is if all goes according to plan..

6. Is there a "projected" timeframe for the next shareholder
spinoff ? Can you provide details ?

7. HRCT website continues to be dated....and....needs to be
updated. ETLK is still showing as a 'portfolio company' !

China to Launch Crewed Spacecraft in 2003

BEIJING (Reuters) - China is expected to launch a crewed spacecraft in the second half of this year, state media said on Thursday, describing a move that would make the country the third to put people in space.



Preparation for the first crewed spacecraft has entered the overall assembly and testing phase, the official China Daily newspaper quoted Yuan Jie, director of the Shanghai aerospace center, as saying. He gave no further details.


China has already launched spacecraft designed to accommodate people but they have not had anyone aboard. The fourth such launch took place on Monday in what is probably a final test before China sends its first astronaut into orbit around earth.


Shenzhou IV, or "Divine Ship," has already settled into its course around earth, state media said. All experiments carried on Shenzhou IV has been running well, the newspaper quoted the Beijing Aerospace Command and Control Center as saying.


The vessel, which boasts a complete system needed for human space flight, will orbit for a few days before landing, state media have said. Like its predecessors, the spacecraft will circle the earth once every 90 minutes.


China's space program is a test of national pride as the country, long mired in poverty but growing fast after two decades of market-oriented reforms, seeks a place on the world stage alongside great powers.


China aims to become the third nation in the world capable of putting people in space. The Soviet Union first accomplished the feat in 1961, with the United States following the next year.


Chinese astronauts -- dubbed "taikonauts," taken from "taikong," the Chinese word for space -- had fighter pilot backgrounds and were absolutely capable of making their first voyages to outer space, the official Xinhua news agency said, quoting an official for the crewed flight program.


Shenzhou I, the first spacecraft designed to carry people, was launched empty in 1999.

Honestly I think HRCT has moved out of the realm of potential and into one of pure gamble. See at 7 cents it would be a good speculative potential winner if it were drawing new investors to it. The company has simply kept all of us recycled bears/bulls in it. Most are upside down and have average down by putting much more money into an investment like this than advisible(sp)...

As for the elephant...who knows? It had less of an investor based than HRCT up until the restrictied distribution. Which pretty much bothers me, even if it doesn't anyone else.

After all the charm and all the letters and all the meetings what is HRCT all about? What's the core business, who are the real partners, what is the benefit to shareholders by spinning off losers and restricting the sale of them? Who benefits from that?...It is all an elaborate game, even if the players are sincere...

1. The 5 million newly issued shares paid to consultants. Is this the severance pay that was talked about earlier? Can we assume these folks are no longer employed by Hartcourt? If not, besides the attorney (lol!), what thoughts and opinions from these people could possibly warrant a bonus $300,000.00+ pay out?

2.In a previous Q&A, it was implied that shareholders would know the direction HRCT was taking by the end of 2002. Since it appears that this time frame is no longer realistic when can we expect the revelation?

3.Mgmt has stated a few times about a BIG deal/merger in the works. It is hard for me to buy more HRCT or tell new ones about HRCT till we get some news about this BIG deal.Don't just talk about it make it happen.David can you give us any new info on this BIG deal? Will it ever happen? 1 month..1 year...5 years Please don't promise something then change direction later.

I'm Not happy with RJT..They charge inactivity fee every 4 months.I want a cheap online broker with no inactivity fees and a set rate for limit orders and one that will not nick me for a penny per share for orders over a certain amount.So far i have not been hit with the inactivity fee but many of my family and friends have that use RJT.
