Equititrend was the intermediary that introduced AERS to MDGC. No wonder the last pump failed with that MDGC vacuum cleaner salesman CEO involved! HA!!
The chart is heading for an epic waterfall in about three trades on the greys. First trade goes off at .0115 is my guess. Second trade breaks the penny forever, in the wrong direction.
Not only all that but Val has had another fresh and up to date tax lien against him:

Dead is what Pinkyland has pronounced with certainty. This thing has slipped right off the Most Read board. Everyone knows dead when they see it, no matter what desperate rhetoric is applied to attempt a reanimation. Nothing is more dead than a dead scam!
LOL There is no need for linguistic gymnastics with these suspended issues. They are dead. Grey = dead, or do you need to see the skeleton first? HA!!
This scam was suspended for fraud issues. The rest of the wording is boilerplate.
Here is some corroboratory DD on Ray Vuono and James Rose. Everyone everywhere agrees the management at Medlink is scum.
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=64095483
James Rose of Medlink, formerly Western Media, was tagged eight years ago when CitronResearch named him as part of fraud going on at Interpharm (since drained, dumped & defunct, naturally)
http://www.citronresearch.com/index.php/2003/10/
Same lazy rats, different torpedoed ship.
.0010 or lower is logical for a bounce. Then comes the cellar box, AKA Val's parlor.
Peterson claimed to have graduated from Golden State University which he said is now called Stanford. LOL Since Stanford never acquired or merged with GSU, we then naturally see glimmers of cracks in the crackpot's story.
In his Bio, every single business claim ends with a 'my dog ate it' excuse for the fact it FAILED!! LOL
'Dr.' Pete 'My Dog Ate It' Peterson. Yes, sir! HA!!!!
There's always more. But a couple more tidbits will do for now:
For stocks that trade in the over-the-counter market
(also commonly called the “OTC market”, which
includes the Bulletin Board and OTC Markets (f/k/a
Pink Sheets)), trading does not automatically resume
when a suspension ends. Before OTC stock quoting
can resume after a suspension period, SEC regulations
require a broker-dealer to review specific information
about the company. If a broker-dealer does not have
confidence that a company’s financial statements are
reasonably current and accurate in all material respects,
especially in light of the questions raised by the SEC,
then a broker-dealer may not publish a quote for the
company’s stock.
.....
If the suspended stock resumes trading,
why is it trading at a much lower price?
The trading suspension may raise serious questions
and cast doubts about the company in the minds
of investors. While some investors may be willing
to buy the company’s stock, they will do so only at
significantly lower prices.
.....
What happens when the ten-day
suspension period ends?
The SEC will not comment publicly on the status
of a company when the ten-day suspension period
ends because the company may still have serious legal
problems. For instance, the SEC may continue to
investigate a company to determine whether it has
defrauded investors. The public will not know if
the SEC is continuing its investigation until the SEC
publicly announces an enforcement action against the company.
Of course, as another poster indicated from experience, 100% of such shredded stocks bleed out and die. E O S
.
Here are a couple of juicy blurbs from the SEC itself on the subject of trading suspensions:
Why would the SEC suspend trading of
a stock when it knows that such action
will hurt current shareholders?
The SEC suspends trading in a security when it is
of the opinion that the suspension is required in the
public interest and to protect investors. Because a
suspension often causes a dramatic decline in the price
of the security, the SEC suspends trading only when
it believes that the public may be making investment
decisions based on a lack of information, or false or
misleading information. A suspension may prevent
potential investors from being victimized by a fraud.
....
No broker-dealer may solicit or recommend that an
investor buy shares in a stock that has been subject
to a trading suspension unless and until FINRA
has approved a Form 211 relating to the stock. If
there are continuing regulatory concerns about
the company, its disclosures, or other factors, such
as a pending regulatory investigation, a Form 211
application may not be approved.
Why would FINRA approve of this scam ever trading again?
.
FINRA Rule 6490 went into effect a few months ago to prevent just that slight of hand trick from happening. This Scam is crushed.
Big seller? More like a big cellar, as in the MMs have this pegged for a trip to the cellar box. They'll make a bundle on this before it vanishes.
Not to mention the stock AERS is worthless since all rights to any technology were stripped out of AERS and transferred to a private company.
When have you ever seen an SEC target survive for long, especially a pink?
Well, unless the SEC decides to pull all the junk associated with KA, IDCN included. The HUGE hit he took on A--- should be totally devastating. Maybe the Feds managed to take him out with that blow up. Karma!
Many months ago DD was presented that the management was unqualified to bring any of the touted projects to fruition. Many were shocked to learn that MDGC had landed in the lap of a 58 year old vacuum cleaner salesman. Someone who claimed he had wanted to be a neurosurgeon but instead spent most of his life pushing Hoovers.
Is there ANYTHING more ridiculous than the unvarnished truth about the management here? A few strokes of a pen and the last one to run MDGC into the ground turns out to be a vacuum cleaner salesman!
Oh! And how about a few of the other names associated with MDGC? A guy who bankrupts everything he touches? Another old guy, a fake 'Dr.' Peterson, who turned out to be a ludicrous crackpot?
Really! This stock has to be the laughingstock of Pinkyland! Maybe that's why every PR fails!
Never doubted this day would come
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/ANWM/quote
He practically turned white (over the net, even) the day I mentioned new FINRA Rule 6490. This scam was never passing muster with FINRA. Too obviously NOT!!
Ray Powers has a proven track record of bankrupting every company he has ever been associated with. MDGC is simply another in a very long line of destroyed companies his name has disgraced. HA!!
This blurb from that site is most indicitive of the kind of scam ANWM WAS
I know that Ken Ash was planning a vacation. I don't know if he is on vacation now or just unavailable. I tried calling him and his phone appears to be shut off. Don't know what is going on from that angle. Will update the forum here if/when I learn more.
Every time Val PRs some new hoax about his vapor ware or bogus projects the story is easily shredded on the spot. That is why we are here at the cusp of trip zero land. Vacuum Val, Tweeter Extraordinaire, has zero credibility. Period.
It's obvious there never was a real company. MDGC was started by people with Chinese ties as Wytec, was repacked a couple of times over a decade until here we are: an original China Scam that has offloaded its worthless stock and defunct and vapor ware tech onto the broken back of a vacuum cleaner salesman, our CEO, who is some dope that has exaggerated and lied and strung folks along at every turn. HA!!!
Yup. We're down to watching for a chart play (unless another huge dump ruins it). There is no company, just pink stink hot air pouring out of Val's mouth, vapor ware tech and a trip zeros future. HA!!!
Warnings that included substantial reasons were given here. Both the first and second managements fell from the same rotten tree.
A refresher course on the MDGC fraud:
There is no Boise Project. I contacted the Chamber, CIO of the City of Boise and the Mayor/Town Council's office. The next day response was "there is no such rollout", "never heard of these entities", "never heard of a so-called Boise Project". Remember all the bullet points in the slides in those ridiculous videos? How can the city possibly not know about a municipal rollout? How much clearer can I be about this? Multiple people have done ACTUAL DD, not just the huge leaps of faith and dot-connecting, but real investigative legwork. Anyone who digs beyond the PRs and Tweets sees the same thing - it's a scam.
The random hodgepodge of equipment has been outed as the obsolete and random junk that it is. Scam.
SO, what would a logical long or potential investor do when confronted with real DD that shines a light on what appears to be a scam? Well they would look into it themselves of course! Not just parrot PR and tweets and talk about what a great guy Val is - you know, the guy who has 2 current and over a dozen past liens against him. I've never had a lien against me and I don't even personally know anyone who has. Certainly no geniuses who are about to revolutionize telecom. Over a DOZEN liens! And that's just Idaho.
If you don't believe me, try exactly what I did. It was very easy. Call or email the city, Boise BBB (they also have no record of either entity), chamber or whoever you think is a credible 3rd party who should be in the know. Then show pictures of the equipment to REAL telecom people. Ask them what the stuff is and what its role is. Call the FCC - none of that Wytec crap is licensed for use in this country. What a huge Scam.
The CEO, naturally.
Trips on deck!!! LOL
It is a well established fact that a Pinky CEO can sell at will. Val is selling hard and fast. No one ever beats a Pink Stink CEO to the exits!
Val could dump out every share he owns at .0001 and recoup his 8000 plus another 42000. LOL He'll have his chance to do so by Thanksgiving.
MDGC CEO Auction
Val Westergard's 1994 Suburban has been seized for nonpayment of taxes and will be sold at a public auction on May 27, 2011.

Cassandra found this.
The knife sure does keep falling. I sort of thought we would bounce but now I know trip zeros are in the cards. GO VAL!!
HA!!
.
Yup. This is the type of thing you look at once it hits the trips. MDGC is almost there. Trashed over tech company some vacuum cleaner salesman got a hold of. That's why LOL
MDGC
You can give Val Westergard a big poke with that pitchfork. LOL
Cassanda:
Doesn't anyone find it odd that Val Westergard hasn't issued a press release announcing such apparently astonishing revenue that no one was expecting as well as the source(s) of such revenue???
IMO, it is bogus revenue.
He reduced "finished goods inventory" by $57,475 and used $58,532 as "cost of goods sold," which implies that what he claims was sold came from that inventory, however there has never been an explanation as to what that inventory actually is.
The fact that no payment whatsoever was booked also makes the revenue suspicious. If legitimate, why wouldn't there some payment upfront? Why is the amount shown as accounts receivable larger than the actual claimed sales of $474,686?
Normally one would look to the notes accompanying the financial statements regarding the company's revenue recognition policies for more information. However, Val Westergard's notes on page 8 of 14 only address revenue recognition policies for the former MediaG3 subsidiaries of Oriental Media and the Little Sheep children's clothing businesses, both of which were sold to the former CEO in January 2009 in exchange for debt he had advanced to MediaG3.
Val Westergard does not state anything about the current revenue recognition policies of MediaG3.
In fact, virtually all of the notes accompanying the financial statements still pertain to the former subsidiaries with nothing about Val Westergard's claims for the last 1.5 years.
There are also many other material irregularities in the financial statements.
IMO, Val Westergard is committing blatant fraud.
Interboro is excited to announce that we are entering the next phase of our implementation plan to help practices achieve the full benefits of EHR and Health Information Exchange! We will be reaching out to each of our participating practices over the next few weeks to begin training on the VHR.
In addition to other statewide initiatives, Axolotl powers Rochester RHIO, HealtheLink, the Western New York clinical information exchange, and the Interboro RHIO, in New York State. Clinicians electronically receive clinical information directly into their EMRs or Axolotl’s EMR Lite, a cost effective, web based application with ePrescribing and ordering. Axolotl’s Elysium Virtual Health Record (VHR) allows providers to share records across institutions and practices, making patient information available wherever and whenever needed, to provide the best care.
This punches the lights out of the MedLink IX solution. LOL
.
The market, being forward looking, could care less about the past (except for the scam-a-licious past of the management). As you will soon see, with little to no future Long Island business.
Medlink dropped from Interboro Rhio. eClinicalworks will be the sole provider.
As a first step to joining the RHIO, Interboro is providing financial assistance to qualifying community physicians implementing electronic medical records. However, the deadline for receiving this assistance, June 10, 2011, is approaching fast and participation is limited. To assist providers in joining this program before the deadline, Interboro RHIO and NYCDOH’s Primary Care Information Program (PCIP) will be hosting an open house on Monday, June 6th from 5:30pm to 8:00pm, in the Auditorium of Elmhurst Hospital Center at 79-01 Broadway, Elmhurst, NY. At this event, Interboro RHIO and PCIP staff will be available to answer questions and help doctors with the required paperwork. For more details and to register for this event, please visit our Registration Site.

More? All the CEO did was uncrate, markup $475k and 'sell' some decade old junk to another company he controls for some fake, debunked photo op project of his. Val selling to himself is not revenue. Not one cent changed hands, it's all accounts receivable, never to be 'collected'.
Say... How many times does this stock have to be removed from the list?
LOL Profit? No one was paid a cent, it's all A/R. No one will ever see the receivables collected. Why? All Val did was sell from himself (MDGC) to himself (Mesh Global) the junk LMDS equipment for the 'Bosie Project'. Val takes $58,000 worth of junk electronics with a real market value of zero, marks it up like a vacuum cleaner sale, and sells it for $475,000 to Mesh Global (plus the consulting fee and fees for unpacking his own junk).
Selling from MDGC to Mesh Global is simply Val selling to himself. The junk was photographed to try to make the stock run. That failed. So the useless LMDS equipment sits there unusable because it was never manufactured for use in the United States. The FCC confirmed that fact.
Oh, all this information now proves that the junk for the Boise Project is indeed the worthless decade old Wytec equipment which came tossed in as a bonus with the MDGC stock scam Val bought into.
Some spot-on DD I came across:
the company's stated mission and projects change overnight every time it misses a deadline or when it's proven that they have nothing to deliver: no next-gen amazing batteries, no groundbreaking phone, no Boise Project. so now it's back to patent stuff and faked revenue.
if those insiders selling off huge thought there was ANY value to MDGC, why would they sell? they know what a sham this company is, otherwise they would never walk away from this goldmine you bleat about.
the sellers know there is nothing behind the curtain at MDGC. it's a sham. it's always gonna be "next week".
the City of Boise and the Boise Chamber confirmed directly to me that there is no municipal WiFi rollout. there is nothing known to them as "The Boise Project". and they have no knowledge of either MDGC or Mesh. call them yourself. anyone who bothers to actually make contact will get the same answer. just because Val retweets the mayor doesnt mean the mayor will give him the time of day. mediag3 is a pox on boise.
