Jim: I think Technical is the problem, and not an "alleged" e-mail he got from a friend. Posters like him,and those who defend him, really undermine the credibility of this board. There was also no need for the continuing silly pirate routine on serious matters.
Mickey: Did you read Technicals Post #7768? If you did, do you have a comment? Should someone cut and paste material from another source to a legitimate article, and then post in on this investment forum? My post rightfully called him a liar, and you had no cause to attack me.
Mickey: See Technicals post #7768 where he falsified a legitimate press release with a cut and paste from Bill Dalglish's web site. BTW You of all people should not talk about posting relevant and truthful information. Be careful who you pick on.
Your pirate stuff was entertaining at first; but since you have revealed yourself as a liar, it is now very boring. Please go sail off and find yourself a good typhoon.
JKJ: See last sentence of article. It is most unusual......

He looks like a decent guy:http://efqmforum.absolutions.fi/speakers/svanberg.asp
Does it matter? Based on the provision as well as prevailing business conditions, I'm sure he can project a second quarter profit as early as April 8. Not to the penny, of course.
I would say the second quarter since he assumes control on April 8. He could start off with a flourish.
Does anyone know how Harry became connected with the company? Did he ever work for the company before rising to the position of part-time COB? I know he was/is in the dry cleaning business. Seems strange that he would go from dry cleaning to a high tech venture.
AMS: By reversing an excessive patent infringement provision, or a portion thereof, charged as expense in a former period.
OT: Data...You forgot the"Dang"
More like the Caine mutiny with Captain Quegg (Harry) trying to find out who stole the gallon of strawberrys (ERICY)?
Counter with lawsuit;their coffee shop is not essential.

Croth: Could be the same reason that Rambus was up over 100% last week. Took everyone by surprise. I think many on Wall Street have buried IDCC after the Motorola decision. When good news comes, it won't take them long to jump on the bandwagon. But for now, we wait. Good news could come today, or tomorrow.
GAB
Jim: Make mine decaf.
GAB
Jim: Your last two links did not work.
GAB
Bill Dalglish: I know IDCC is a speculative stock; but do you really believe it is a "hugh" risk per your post?

Osoesq...All we need is the same jury. LOL
GAB
GHS...Sorry I missed the connection..should have said that F&J was the local contact. Do you think that IDCC would enlist Bunsow, if needed?
GAB
Quartzman: One thing was certain...Henry Bunsow won again!

New Material-Harris vs Ericy:

GAB
Teecee: If damages have indeed already been trebled and attorney fees assessed by the Court, then ERICY would be very very foolish to proceed to a trial with IDCC. This adds greater weight to the latest speculation of a probable settlement. IMO
GAB
Spencer: F&J was also the firm used by Harris. They, in turn, hired Bunsow as lead trial attorney. It stands to reason that they would do the same in IDCC v ERICY, since Bunsow is one of the best in IPR cases.
GAB
Dishfan: I'm sure Bunsow's "ethics" reference, inflamatory or not, affected Judge Lynn, as well as the jury. Good night.
GAB
OT: Bill Dalglish: Glad you liked it.
GAB
Mschere...Lets hope that Bunsow does not get involved..as that will surely signal a trial, and not a settlement.

Thanks

Teecee:
Is that good, bad or neutral?
GAB
Redhot:
How does HC have experience with Supreme Court?
GAB
I attended the last shareholder meeting and Harry was really pressing for a trial date and an end to the ERICY saga and all its implications. IMO its highly unlikely that he would have postponed it unless serious negotiations were under way.
GAB
Is he the patron saint of rumors? Are you a recent convert?
GAB
Could the lack of a recusal request by ERICY indicate that they do not intend to take it to the trial stage, but will, in fact, settle before?
GAB
Care to elaborate?
GAB
Loophole:
Way out of my league here, but, if Judge Lynn renders a harsh judgement to ERICY in the Harris case before any IDCC trial/settlement, could ERICY request a change of venue due to a perceived negative image in the Dallas area. Also, could ERICY request that the judge disqualify herself in light of the Harris verdict?
GAB
Jim: Make that 1/1/2002
GAB
Wireless:
Thanks. I had hoped that the legal firms would be the same as the current ones in IDCC vs ERICY. That, I think, would have given a greater probability for a settlement.
