hahah :>) My guess is that it won't get cleaned up until QBID actually does something legit for its shareholders, or Frankie goes to jail for fraud.
I sure am craving a big ol' filet mignon right about now...
:)
it could be time. they've had so many things on the back burners for so many years, perhaps SOMETHING is actually going to happen. There's been NO news that I can find to justify todays massive jump in volume and price...so, for now, I'm patient and waiting to see if it really could happen.
jumpin' all over the place today...

uhm...no..they need a smart business man to get their product on the air, and some who can do something other than run a stock printing press.
I dunno..but the volume sure is picking up of late...too bad the price isn't moving.
I've been too busy hanging out with Courtney Love to care about Rush lately..

Compass Capital Continues to Meet Financial Commitments to 21st Century Technologies, Inc.
$650,000 Additional Funding Provided
Updated: 10:42 a.m. ET Dec. 17, 2003
December 17, 2003 - LAS VEGAS, Dec. 17, 2003 (PRIMEZONE) -- Mark Lefkowitz, Compass Capital's investment banker for 21st Century Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:TFCT) today announced that his firm has provided an additional $650,000 in capital funding to 21st Century as part of Compass Capital's long-term commitment to 21st Century. Mr. Lefkowitz said, "These funds and additional money in the pipeline for the benefit of 21st is our expression of both short and long-term confidence in 21st Century's future. We expect a great deal of market excitement in the near future, with concurrent increases in shareholder value. In addition, our confidence in the success of 21st's current effort with Homeland Security is high. The products, ProMag and SeaPatch, are unique and appropriate for the world in which we now live. Our plans include 21st Century as a continuing partner to participate in America's growing future."
21st Century manufactures ProMag and SeaPatch, high-technology permanent magnet powered leak and rupture sealing systems which are particularly appropriate for handling HAZMAT leak/ruptures quickly and efficiently. They are currently in use by many of the nation's railroads, oil companies and chemical manufacturers, including the First Response teams that service those industries. 21st Century is seeking funding from the Department of Homeland Security to provide ProMags and SeaPatches to the nation's 31,000 fire departments and other First Responders.

TXMC and TFCT both moving with volume and price
like, you expected someone to ANSWER???
they were probably out checking out the new fiber optic lines.
:)
All it has to do is reach .03, and I'm retiring :)
>you don't tell a been there done that person it can't be >done unless you have a very good reason for it and prejudice >is not an acceptable reason.
agreed. I hope that she sees SOMETHING the rest of us don't (probably because the lack of communication from this company to its shareholders is LAME, PATHETIC, and INEXCUSEABLE).
We'll see what happens on the 22nd, eh?
you're correct about the US enviroment compared to the Canadian and European ones (ours sucks. no pun intended). Bible thumping boneheads everywhere trying to legislate morality. but..that's ANOTHER story :)
Outsourcing and distribution are great, but you have to have content that someone is willing to air. Look at Dish Network and Direct TV. All of them have PayPerView Adult content. I am MORE than convinced that one of them would carry a gay-oriented channel if the content was worth broadcasting.
I give the PR a "C". Lots of properly worded fluff to explain the fact that there was a hemorage of money and no income.
I've held this stock for 3 years or so now, fyi. It is indeed a great idea who's time has come, but I just think someone else is going to do it.
I understand completely. I work in an industry that uses satellite uplink services on a regular basis. Anyone with money to pay for the uplink (and someone on the other end to downlink and air the product) can participate.
My point is that QBID has tried for 4 years now to get and develop content, and get it aired. They have failed to accomplish that goal. Either because nobody is buying, or nobody wants to do business with them. I'm opting for the latter. Bravo is proof that there is a market.
The Canadians have it working. The Europeans have it working.
Yeah..if Frank just wants to be in the gay porn industry and provide content for that, that's fine. Just admit that's what's going to happen.
uhm..nice to see your optimism, Skunk..but..read between the lines, pal.
QBID PR TRANSALTION INTO ENGLISH:
We lost our lease. No legit satellite/network company was interested in doing business with us as a broadcast company because of our horrible financial position and bloated O/S.
We moved into a tiny, small studio/office to 'create content for distribution' (make gay porno movies).
IMVHO...QBID is done, dead and gone.
hope you're right..but it sure feel like the Same Old QBID song and dance.
'new direction in delivery"?
http://www.networkteleports.com/
ROTFLMAO.
nice
nice volume bump today.
hell..might as well do it now and take the tax loss.
DNAP...hellooooooo...ya'll are paying attention, right????
come on guys...take the political crap elsewhere. It's bad enough getting reamed by QBID let alone realizing how screw up our political system is.
uh..I don't want to wait till I'm dead :)
4 years ain't enough for you?
Everybody needs to go to the SEC website and write about their experiences with Frankie giving them insider tips and promises, then back that up with hard copy mailed directly to the director - preferably Registered Mail.
Copy to your state senators is also a good idea.
or it could just be the address of a Palm Springs Gay bath house.
(just a little humor, gang...)
who here is in California that can initiate the class-action suit? I can't do it from Seattle.
let me know when we can get started on the lawsuit. Enough is enough.
It's time for the investors to band together and persue whatever legal action is possible against QBID. How do we proceede?
WTAI...up over 40% today. might be a good pop.
