So, does Firecreek hand over 1.15 million in shares over to Mondial? How many shares is that?
Whatever happened to the hype here. Just like a twister, here one minute gone the next. I guess all the touts today already blew their 10 to 50 dollars worth. Unless VIIC releases some new news these shares will not be going anywhere.
Mondial is broke. Where are they getting the bucks from for the well reclamation projects. I want to see EFIR do well just like everyone else who has shares here but how do they keep stepping their feet in crap.
Close conections here with PDGO/Efir/Mondial. Brian Kennedy is CEO Cubo and Nx Petroleum. He was also the ceo of PDGO. You cant tell the actors with an incomplete dance card.
Whatever your firm was paid to pump this stock it wasnt enough. Nothing can help drag this stock up and investors will not be fooled by almost 200 pumps from a number of companies in just 1 day. Obviously the payee ISNT TO SMART. Why didnt they have the pumps come out gradually over a period of time instead of all at once.
It will be interesting to hear what role Initial Investments LLC has to play with VIIC.
Thanks for getting back to me. Maybe you could ask the payee what the details are for the 27 million dollar contract. Release of this could be considered good news by some.
I am sorry but I do not believe you. You have almost 22,000 posts on Ihub, that is too many even for an every day trader.
Are you a paid tout? So far today 99.9% of board messages are from paid touts. Unless there is new info. from this company since last news two months ago these pumps will do nothing.
Are you a paid advertiser as well?
Your company was paid for advertising this VIIC. How much were you paid and by whom?
Does anyone know for sure if Firecreek Global is still a division of EGPI Firecreek?
The pps was about 10 cents two or three months ago. What makes you think it will be back to those levels in the near future?
Website is outdated, when do you think they will get their act together and release news that isnt three months old?
Something has prompted interest here all of a sudden! Has there been some new news/financials or promo here?
Yes this looks good but I would feel better if the contract details were released. Does anyone know the contract details?
The bid/ask are not the problems here. The problem is the lack of basic information. Ok so Violette was quick to get crappy new management and he was quick to get rid of them but who has replaced them. He has said on his website he has addressed the management thing why doesnt he just announce who they are for some positive info. for a change.
Do you class factual information as negative kharma that actually reduces the pps? This company has at least six or seven unsigned letters of intent issued in the past 2 years. Do you have some FACTUAL positive info. to pass along to the rest of us?
I believe you are confusing facts with negativity. If you have insight on something positive maybe you could share. Instead of just saying the pps will go up please advise what makes you think so.
Its been quiet because Vern Wilson is asleep at the wheel.
The only good news here would be if this company actually started pumping oil instead of letters of intent. No oil equals no good news.
Almost matching 52 week low here now. A 27 million dollar contract is driving this price down? What a joke! Where are the details of that 100 truck contract? This sounds just like one of those sub penny oil stocks that keep piling up unsigned letters of intent.
I guess CCAJ cant find a lawyer to sign off on those crappy financials. 1st and 2nd qrtr financials are also due.
New website. Thats news. I actually liked the old website better, it had more info. on it.
Who actually owns this company. The last I could find was an unnamed third party took over share majority. Maybe this would be a good question for the PR firm to answer. As this is a public company this info. should be available.
I dont believe there is a regulation that says you have to release LETTER OF INTENT details. The only reason for a company to do this would be to pump the price. In these sub penny oil plays even if these letters come to fruition there usually isnt any oil anyhow.
When you invest in an oil company in the U.S. such as Todd Violette has done he will receive from the Fed. 70-80% back within the first year and the balance of his investment back over the next seven years. This why there are so many players now in the old well recovery business.
Just maybe there isnt any oil?
Give me a break. Part of the new AGRT management team is the supposed owner/operator of the property in the Tenn. deal. It should have been a no brainer for that agreement.
I guess Violette got tired of talking to himself at the coffee shop this morning so he called the meeting off early. Maybe for this company no news is good news, who knows.
A bad sign here are the letters of intent. The company has used these to pump this stock. Try and find any real info. on the companies they say they are dealing with. Nada, nothing, a bunch of non descript socalled owner/operators.
I couldnt agree with you more but these type of cheap oil plays still at least need to release truthful factual information from their high paid management teams.
In the case of AGRT all we have so far is deception.
I havent seen any bashing here. I have seen some messages that include factual information and I have ssen a lot of touts that contain no facts at all.
PDGO is not an emerging company. They have been around for at least 9 years.
Anthony Maye of LHPT is also the CEO of Hull Energy. They havent updated financials for 4 years either. Violette sure can pick good management alright.
No problem. AGRT has purchased more paper(Burke lease report) than they have oil.
AGRT. Great entertainment here. Give me some positive FACTS about this company and even I might be interested in buying.
AGRT does not own anything yet! They have 4 unsigned letters of intent though.
Some facts on AGRT:
They have no oil(or tools).
They are broke(they owe).
They now have four letters of intent(what happened to the first one).
The current price per share is way too high(its not worth a plug nickel).
The current management teams historical performance is very suspect(not one of them has moved any oil ever).
Whats to like about this stock?
This is the only cheap oil stock I continue to own and wish I didnt. All of these sub penny oil stocks are garbage. Charts for these types of stocks mean nothing. If you do DD none of these sub penny plays can get any money from real banks. They are all funded by private toxic lenders. Efir has a few toxic lenders one of which is Southridge. For stocks like these buy on rumour and sell on news.
