Why shouldn't they sell? It's in the best interest of the company to get the share price higher...so Discovery can sell for a profit...it's not all doom and gloom...they want to make a few shekels too..why shouldn't they?
The company was never implicated in any wrongdoing and so the SEC investigation has nothing to do with the company. Trying to direct and change the narrative of the investigation is just more fantasyland nonsense.
A material event?..the investigation centred around JF and not the company.
Fact..the company wasn't implicated in any way..
Had they been..there would have been further action..
In fact, the company was completely exonerated as to having any responsibility in what JF did...
So you see this as a material event?
Only in Fantasyland.
That isn't even close to the truth. The original seed money for the company came from Itschak Shrem and his company in Israel.
He put in several millions of dollars at the beginning..He was also in attendance at the Boca meeting in 2017...
Whatever did or didn't happen at Friedlands house came after the fact and had to do with Friedland's scam and nothing to do with the company as evinced by the fact that the SEC didn't do anything to the company or it's management...period.
Only in Fantasyland!
not at this level...
Lol...it's meaningless...
Not sure why you're so optimistic....The market cap of Comm has fallen below 3 billion and the stock is crashing...They are responsible for indemnifying the 13 MSO's that have been sued by Chanbond/Uoip for infringing on their patents. When Comm bought the company business from Arris they would have known about this liability and should have planned for it..This lawsuit has the potential to bankrupt Comm and you'd best be aware of this fact rather than singing about a 40 dollar share price down the road. They will be lucky to survive.
We should expect some forward movement very soon...in the next few weeks..
Onward!
People that can be patient and have the ability to focus on the company and filter out all the noise and bs will be rewarded..imo
I have never given up on this company.
I have disagreed with certain ways they have done or not done things as far as we investors are concerned.
However having the same unfounded negative stuff regurgitated daily has made absolutely no difference to my holdings in this stock.
Hindsight is always 20-20...and yes I along with many others could have sold for a 6 bagger or more 2 years ago..we didn't and that's on us as we were all emotional about the stock and unable to do what we should have done at that time when it was soaring.
It's too easy to look back and be critical when viewing in the rearview mirror...
I could care less about anything being peer reviewed...at this point or any research being published...everything is being done properly and updated in the clinical trials data base when necessary.
I know for a fact they are working on things and we will reach some milestones very soon..
Sit tight and ignore the negative bs.
The company took an aggressive approach in their comparison of GW's product versus OW's...
Some may look at this and think it was a ridiculous move.
Actually it's quite brilliant for many reasons which will be borne out very soon.
Sit tight.

I never use a market order...always a limit...
A market order can sometimes be of use when one needs to get out at any cost...Under normal circumstances the mm's are supposed to execute your order at the best possible price....but not on the greys....there is no inside bid and ask and no regulation...as we all know.
The stock is moving on up...interesting to watch the movement of the market makers on level one....it certainly looks like a concerted effort to move the price higher today...but why?
3.6 million shares traded already and the market is open for one hour...hmmm
We just traded at .019!
An opinion...from a shareholder....
What will Discovery do now? Aside from owning the vast majority of shares, like any other shareholder they will want to capitalize and profit as much as possible from the shares that they do have. In this respect they are no different than most of us. But they do have the potential to manipulate the market. For us the task is to recognize it as such.
Concern has been expressed on the fact that Discovery will have a controlling number of shares. I personally think what will ensue is a cat and mouse situation between the Company and Discovery. The Company still has cards up its sleeve that they can play:

Blank check preferred stock
Our amended and restated certificate of incorporation provides for 20,000,000 authorized shares of preferred stock. The existence of authorized but unissued shares of preferred stock may enable our board of directors to render more difficult or to discourage an attempt to obtain control of us by means of a merger, tender offer, proxy contest or otherwise. For example, if in the due exercise of its fiduciary obligations, our board of directors were to determine that a takeover proposal is not in the best interests of us or our stockholders, our board of directors could cause shares of preferred stock to be issued without stockholder approval in one or more private offerings or other transactions that might dilute the voting or other rights of the proposed acquirer or insurgent stockholder or stockholder group. In this regard, our amended and restated certificate of incorporation grants our board of directors broad power to establish the rights and preferences of authorized and unissued shares of preferred stock. The issuance of shares of preferred stock could decrease the amount of earnings and assets available for distribution to holders of shares of common stock. The issuance may also adversely affect the rights and powers, including voting rights, of these holders and may have the effect of delaying, deterring or preventing a change in control of us.
There is one other Israeli biotech that I know of right now, Vaxil, that is based out of the Weizmann Institute in Rehovot that is testing a cancer vaccine to treat MM along with many other cancers and they have orphan drug status.....so don't say cancer can't be cured...these guys are in phase two and the results are staggering...OW better get their act together and soon...

I still think my call of $3.25 is the number or close to it :)
Finally got filled today...at 2:37pm at .014 for 25700 shares....
I called my broker to complain and suddenly I get filled...
Hmmm..
I am in Canada and trade through Scotia Itrade...they then route the order to a jitney broker in the US...I already have a nice position...but never tried to add while on the greys.
last print was at .014
Not filled yet...:(
You supported Smallville who put up some incorrect math on the conversion price of stock Discovery has...
Both you and Smallville claim the numbers I posted were not correct when in fact you both made the same mistake...
Each preferred share is valued at $10,000....multiply $10,000 by 67 to get $670,000. Now we are getting to advanced math because this $ amount now needs to be divided by a huge number..47,000,000. Doing that gets to a number that is less than 1 1/2 cents....or less than $0.015
How about an apology...I won't hold my breath.
We have checked our math and it is correct....
It's really not that difficult to divide...
You obviously have trouble with decimal points....
LOL....wrong.....Not even going to respond further to you.

This latest occurrence should come as no surprise. Over the last couple of months several of my posts outlined several scenarios of what might happen.
1. OWC could have simply repaid part of the loan with cash on hand but the problem with that scenario is that they were a bit short of cash and even if they had the cash it would have left the company with no money whatsoever to carry on.
2. They could have carried on and continued to pay the monthly redemption and conversion of the preferred shares in cash or issuance of common shares. The problem with this scenario is that by the end of the year the company would have run out of either money or room to issue common shares.
3. Discovery could have easily carried on to try and suppress the share price. The more successful, the more shares they would be issued upon conversion. The conversion formula became that much more appealing to Discovery because of the triggering event in the loan agreement. The reason Discovery did what they did could be an indication that they were becoming uneasy with potential good news that might be in the horizon.
Why accept fewer shares when there was potential for more? Consider the following:
Quote:
As of May 17, 2019, the Investor converted an aggregate of 67 shares of Preferred Stock into an aggregate of 46,865,656 shares of the Common Stock at the conversion prices in effect on the respective conversion dates and in payment of dividends on the Preferred Stock.
The above shares were being converted during a time when the share price was considerably higher than the current price. The conversion of the 67 preferred shares translates to $0.01371 per share.
The conversion of the remaining 433 Preferred shares translates to $0.01681 per share.
For me the positive is that the Company no longer has to deal with the negative impact of the outstanding loan and with the uncertainty as to what Discovery might or might not do. Could the outcome have been better? Of course it could have, but what is the point of focusing on what might have been. What is done is done.
What will Discovery do now? Aside from owning the vast majority of shares, like any other shareholder they will want to capitalize and profit as much as possible from the shares that they do have. In this respect they are no different than most of us. But they do have the potential to manipulate the market. For us the task is to recognize it as such.

Maybe all this is just a "glass is half full" point of view.
GLTA
DR. Baruch and DR. Jacoby Zeevi have absolutely nothing to do with running the business side of the company....They are involved in the science only.
I spent most of my time with Yehuda and he is mostly clueless about the business side and also..I spent an hour speaking with Zeevi..and she said if the company had more money then everything could be expedited and they could develop more of their patents at the same time.
But to indicate that she is in control or could control getting rid of Hirsch and Bignitz is really a non starter.
I hope you weren't being serious.
Since when is this a cancer trial Gary?
I appreciate your comments but frankly let's stay on topic...this is not a cancer trial so what relevance is their in comparing what happens in phase one of a cancer trial and a trial establishing safety in healthy patients with a disintegrating tablet that isn't designed to treat cancer patients at this point?
Phase 1 is always health/safety Gary..you should know that.
Efficacy always starts with phase 2 and later.
The specific tablet the company has created is 5 mg of thc and 5 mgm of cbd.....that is what's being tested against Sativex...which is a tiny bit more than half the strength of OWCP's tablet.
LOL..a plant...now that's rich...

One of the very important things I learned while in israel was that the company has been hampered by regulatory delays...just like many other Israeli companies....
THis has contributed to a lot of our anxieties as shareholders because the company never feels the need to communicate these types of issues with us.
As far as patent progress... I leave that to the specialists that work on the company portfolio.
My concern has never been with the science.
It has always been with their poor communication efforts with their shareholders who help to fund company operations.
They just don't seem to get it...and that there is a massive need for an investor relations person that would take the pressure off of receiving dozens of emails weekly by management of which many I am sure are disgusting...
We continue to press the company on this issue and once again have emphasised the need for communication with the shareholder base and not just through SEC filings or the sporadic release of the chairman's letter.
Every single shareholder, all 70 of them , that contributed to the trip has access to everything that was revealed and learned...and benefits from any continued access there is to the company and it's management...
That's a fact.
And here's another fact:
https://www.israel21c.org/israels-sheba-hospital-ranks-10th-in-the-world/
BS..Passover is not an overly religious holiday..Friday night and Saturday night were the seders....Sunday to thursday this week is regular work...typical....lol
She's not our lawyer...lol
Since when is Hirsch the ceo...just like all the other bs posted here..people haven't a clue sometimes what they're writing...
Hirsch is COB...Bignitz is the CEO.
All wireless radiation causes breaks in dna...these repeated breaks cause mutations that lead to cancer...It doesn't just start with 5g...the whole wireless industry has gotten away with murder because the wireless technology was never required to prove safety...
Now that they're established their position is prove it's not safe..
There is a multitude of science based research that clearly shows that non ionizing wireless radiation causes cancer.
Start by reading the bioinitiative report.
https://bioinitiative.org/
I've got news for you..the whole wireless system is already making people and living things sick...why are just now concerned about 5g?
If they amend the EOSP and stack the deck in their favor and push the r/s through there will be hell to pay....
That may be their next move...the fact they didn't even wait till the 18th shows they have already moved on to their next plan I fear.
Why can't they raise money by offering warrants and shares..I am sure we could all live with that but if they push the r/s through we as shareholders are destroyed permanently.....maybe they don't care but if that's the case then Dr Hirsch's words to me about building shareholder value and that the company's ambitions are aligned with shareholders is complete bs.
There are many ways they can raise money or generate revenue....
I blame Mordechai Bignitz for this entire mess as he has been around along with Alon Sinai since the very beginning even before the company was called OWCP and they were a medical device company...and the r's is the best he can come up with?
Really smells.
Exactly..I remember Netflix used to have to resort to sending a physical disc out to each subscriber..Chanbond's technology changed all that big time...allowed for streaming because of channel bonding which made huge improvements on bandwidth capabilities...
We are owed a massive amount in terms of damage if you really look at the impact the technology has had and the fact it has been used gratis for many years by dozens and dozens of companies worldwide.
It's time to pay up. and that's the Zomby troof!
She is not a material person in the company...just a consultant....yes they made a big deal about her coming on board....but she left quietly...I remember them mentioning this to me while I was there..I can't remember the reason why she left...but she was hired as a consultant.
http://www.iccm.org.il/en/dr-sharon-rozenblat-ph-d/
She left a while ago..where have you been???
I have posted the documents from the patent office which I visited in Israel on our closed group page on Facebook.
Everyone knows and understands that both the Czech patent and Australian patent are granted, inforce and defendable.
The documents back that up 100%.
You seem to be the one that is uninformed.
I was at the patent office...there are 7 families and 18 patents that are still active. Depending on cash flow, how they deal with the patents will be determined. Even if they decide to abandon certain patents now for lack of funds it can take up to 2 years for the patent to fall off and at any time during this period the patent can be re-activated.
According to the patent office in Tel Aviv we currently have 2 patents that were granted and are fully enforceable despite what some would have you believe here.
I provided documentation to back up the above facts to those that contributed to the visit.
