With some volume and technicals we could easily see .005. That would be a great settling in point waiting for news. News is the catalyst that will send us well into pennyland IMHO. Thats unless a leak occurs which has been known to happen and we could see pennies before news. Funny how that works sometimes.

the SS is extremely attractive here in the middle of the hottest sector out their GOLD...

Any projections of possible gold reserves and revenues, schedules, etc. this could overnight break up hard. Shares are tight.

Gold is and will continue to be hot for the near term future on out. Inflation and energy prices up this summer and an overabundance of printed money out there with a weakening dollar will continue to push gold upwards.

No doubt companies like SPAH will soon feel the effects.

Also one other note to keep in the back of your mind. Those who worry about gold bubbles. Thats music to my ears. Folks when bubbles are close thats when stocks scream uncontrollably.. This wont happen for quite some time, but when it does SPAH will benefit from that as well.

When that time occurs I am sure SPAH will be well into pennyland.

on technicals and anticipation of news regarding patents and contracts. Timing is getting close. We could actually move up to a new trading range. Risky selling on the technical move when news could occur at any time.

That deal could easily send them to .05 cents and packaged right would make an attractive buyout candidate for a shareprice much higher than .05 cents.

Either way, buyout or not, this stock is going to perform nicely.

From there depends on their execution coupled with the demand and price of oil. If oil keeps going up or settles in over $100 for an extended period of time who knows..

Holdind SIOR is a nice hedge to the political unrest in the world. A person could wake up any day and who knows what may happen in the middle east and oil jumps to $200.

I sure like buying in here now though. I have been looking at other companies but keep coming back to the potential of SIOR as my ground floor big oil winner this year.

I added some cheap shares this morning...


I was set with my position but couldn't pass up the bargains.

Quad bottom looks a little freekish to me as well but remember where we are... pinkyland..

I have had to many times where I played it like a larger cap stock in reading technicals to miss out bigtime on runs, and that was after waiting for months. Not this time..

One of the things I like about this stock is its like a big swinger in a baseball game and the corners are only 220 feet, meaning that, with what was left for us to ponder last fall represented several avenues to out the park homers.....Those to me are pennyland +++.

Not pumping, it is what it is..

Patent approval.
Potential contracts with the likes of Fed Express and various government agencies.
JV/Merger possibilities

Any of those would represent huge, huge, revenue potential...

Feel free to share any additional information you may hear. I have had holdings where everything from parking lots of cars and shifts were reported to the message boards. Yep thats right, when additional shifts were added like evening shifts and when parking lots were full of workers helped investors in their investment decisions. Nothing more than a drive-by was necessary by a local investor. Nothing wrong with that.

My Experience...

When you have a holding in a sector that is as hot as GOLD, that holding will sooner or later with 99.9% certainty, break out upwards. Most significantly for the laggards who didn't move with the rest of the holdings. Patience is most certainly rewarded.

Just my experience over years of trading and having missed out on the big moves due to impatience and what I thought to be deteriorating fundamentals. Sometimes fundamentals and technicals dont matter in these cases. Crazy but its true.

I do like the patents we have, there is intellectual property here and a favorable SS for a sub-penny holding.

This is pretty typical of big breakout holdings, no word for months with built up anticipation, then right when you are ready to flinch BOOM!!!!

Amazing setting with 38 million in the float and only 350 million a/s with post acquisition 5 million in revenues I believe I seen somewhere and we sit under a penny......

Possibly investors trying as they may to accumulate without any big splash..

Sellers are going to have to be drying up sometime soon...

Oil up and NG down. When the summer heat kicks in with hurricane season NG will be on its way up again.

With the country focusing on domestic, oil and nat gas are huge plays going forward...

That aside, oil doesn't need to go any higher for SIOR to breakout. Its already undervalued tremendously..

Oil where it is priced today we are a multi-penny stock. Gee Saudi's get your house in order, we dont want to see these kind of events occuring....

But I hear what you are saying. Speculation like this will tend to cause oil stocks to price in advance for those potential events. We could get a huge run based on the fact the momentum turns this way to hedge the rest of the markets against an economic slowdown skewed to high priced oil.....

You know when the markets see oil stocks, commodities, and precious metals up every day while all the other sectors take the hit....

Crazy.... we dont need that to get to .05 cents though...

I have been watching this stock for several weeks, and bought in a couple weeks give or take. It trades so tight. There are those in the know on this puppy, you can feel it in the trading.

Usually with stocks like this the MM's will shake the tree bigtime right before it takes off...

Of course good news comes out and off to the races anyway you look at it. Its been my experience, companies that have been silent for quite sometime, when news is issued it is normally huge and impacts the shareprice postively in a big way..

So we wait!!

Bottom line the stock is mostly under the radar. What I mean by that is I think you would be surprised how many there are out there just like us keeping quiet and accumulating.

Comparatively to other oil & gas holdings out there your projections are right in line.

This is a powder keg ready to explode upwards...

If we were to break out and reach the .05 cent range before summer, I could easily see this going much higher after consolidation and a new base being formed.

its all been a matter of time here. Did you see how the MM's dropped the share price to scoop up some small amounts of shares rather quickly with little volume?

Honestly this could blow at any time...

Thats why I say lets keep it quiet here for a little longer..
