I was planning to be the first one to actually give up the count on Bonnie and the Babes intrevenous intake of Trump Vodka. Then I remembered nobody is supposed to be watching!
Can you believe I've been practicing reciting the alphabet backwards?? You taught me well BATB!!!!
lmao!
Shrewd or swamped? That is what I'm wrestling with. Back in October Pat said we'd see a full nationwide roll out by year end. At the last Q, he said we'd see full roll out by February. In yesterday's release he said 27 states and full roll out in 2007. I know most that are left are control states and are dragging their feet. Other areas I know are on their third and fourth re orders. Seems strange that NH as a control state is in the initial release and the likes of Ohio or NC have not been heard from. I know the longer it goes it creates the perception of greater sales but at the same time, what is the hold up?
Can I chime in on revenues? If they report 100000 cases, it will be an addition of 82035 over last quarter. At $105.51 per case, that is revenues of $8,655,512. You can add to that a minimum of $270,000 for Newmans Own (30000 cases @ $9 each) and roughly $400,000 from all other product lines. Gross revenues would come in at $9,325,512. That would be a 3200%+ increase in revenues over 2005 and a 316% jump in revenues over last quarter. Gross margins are again expected to be 44% over the 27% from 2005; an increase of 63%. Net revenue would come in at $5.22 million. SG&A would see a bump along with some other small interest, travel, and amortization expenses. There would be no income tax as any profit falls to the roll over provision. So, on that 100000 cases, they could easily net out between $2.5 mil and $3 mil. That is close to 4 cents a share but will depend heavily on how much ends up going to commissions and to The Donald for his cut.
I still think if the company posts flat to a penny profit with even a hint of a 2000%-3000% increase in revenues over last quarter, it will take off like a rocket. Right now, it looks from several angles that 68000 cases give or take and without any unusual expenses is the break even line for each quarter just factoring Trump Vodka alone without any other sales.

Tom ?? Want to pick a negative number??
From what I'm being told these "5" have no desire to do any selling. In fact, they were buying more through GLBA yesterday.
"Drinks Americas has recently shipped over 25,000 cases of its non-alcoholic beverages including Newman's Own Lightly Sparkling Fruit Juice Drinks and Flavored Waters to selected markets in the Northeast and the West Coast. The Company will expand this part of its portfolio to include fifteen products, all rolling out during 2007 to all 50 states. We are particularly excited about the prospect of rapid and deep market penetration through our joint venture with Beyer Farms/Tuscan Dairy and the further distribution relationships arising out of that joint venture."
More news within the news.
Frederick Schulman is a Director. Mr Schulman has 25 years experience in corporate and commercial finance, venture capital, leveraged buyouts, and investment banking. He is President and Director of East Coast Venture Capital, Inc in New York and is also Chairman of Skyline Multimedia Entertainment. He was formerly President of Morgan Kent Group, a venture capital firm.
Pat Kenny, CEO gets 10 mil shares locked up for 2 years and Fred Schulman gets 700K shares locked up for 2 years. Wouldn't it make sense that if you were seeking well deserved capital to complete the last leg of your biggest roll out in company history, you would be asked to put your money where your mouth is? Why would 5 people ask them to do that except for one reason; PK and FS indicated to them something or several things they believed were going to happen. They wouldn't have done it to keep PK from selling any shares into their investment. He still has 6 mil shares available. No, it would have been in preparation for some event forthcoming. He could have easily been one of those "selling shareholders" we see so often where insiders do a prospectus rather than just selling and filing later. That never happened here. Plus you have to look at Fred Schulman as a veteran of doing deals and buyouts. Of all the people with sizable shares on the inside, he is the one involved in this deal.
No question in my mind now. The insiders feel they will get bought out. They feel their stock price is going significantly higher. Five people agree with those two statements and to show they do, put up $8 mil.
Great! Everybody on the same page! Missed that post Raw but everyone is getting it now. You nailed it! Perfect! Just got back in and going through the posts after talking to my contact in CT. Raw all over the same exact deal.
Call all the biggest in the business you know. Find the right ones and not those people you know that made a good trade or two. I'm talking financial gurus and deal makers. The goose just laid a golden egg. You can look at the surface and see liquidity now. You can go deeper and see viability for the company now with PK locking up for 2 years. But look beyond that. Think what you may. There is no way in h*ll he would have done that deal and locked up 60% of his shares except for one reason. He has to believe or he has to know this company will get bought out in the next two years. Oh I love it! He is the master at sending out signals. And those guys at 1.80 like FRPT will support it all the way. They are not looking to sell. The heck with 6 months. They are expecting a lot more. Yes two years to reach dist max. Two years to get listed. Two years to get the perfect deal done for the most money. Shrewd and sheer genius.
Burp? Send me that avvy and we can talk about serious dents...
Oh, in the Trump Vodka, yeah right!
Yawn on this 8-K. Huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge Yawn. Dissect it all you want to. That is what they are hoping for. Please bring it down so we can all get loaded to the gills. Pretty please?
It's so simple. Some got in. Some want in very much. Many will continue to ignore the huge opportunity here. There was a concern for cash. All concerns gone now. Liquidity almost gone. So many shares to buy and so few available. What happens then? No brainer for sure. 8-K today was good. The 8-K you really will get excited about is when they file again right before earnings that they will be delayed a week just like last quarter. Reason? A 2200% increase in revenues. $6.3 -$10+ mil in revenues versus $275000. Can you imagine how many new eyes will flock to this stock when that hits the tape? Last quarter was 200% on 3 weeks of sales. You can guess at the numbers and rationalize all you want to. The numbers will be huge and in the 1000's of % increase in revs over last year. Remember, top line growth first, huge increase in margins second. Then profit is third. The top two are enormous and brings the big dog to the show to take the prize.
Private Placement. Many companies been doing it over the past year. 90% of those have been going up in price. Cost of doing business is the consensus and the well needed cash to continue to put Trump out in the marketplace until the roll out is complete. Locks up most of PK's shares. Great news for hedges looking for three days to close over $3.00.
Also, puts them on the path to positive equity to get listed on Nasdaq. That might also be what the guys are so excited about.
I believe the point of the matter is this. Somebody for some reason felt it necessary to utilize whatever means necessary to interfere with the trading. And the way they do it is illegal. That means somebody stands to LOSE a lot of money if it doesn't go higher. Somebody with a small short position which is a bump on a gnat's arse as far as I;m concerned. OR! The guys who didn't get several million shares filled before it took off. They had a month! Idiots one and all. In fact, they had a year and shouldn't even question their own stupidity ignoring what was right there all the time. Now anybody with some smarts would do well to just run it to the moon away from shorty and Mr. MM can drown his troubles in a "You're fired" Trump cocktail!
No Hex, it has to do with three days straight close over $3.00. The buy signal of the century.
Got the skinny as best I can. Spoke to my broker and he made a call. Maybe two. Near as he can find out one MM has a boat full of shares he needs bought under $3 plus some other things floating around with that $3 number. The MM sitting near the top sent two 10000 share blocks through naked to trip the Sho list and coax traders into dumping right into his buying. Note sent to CEO that he is on the list. Anybody want to bet we'll see a massive PR real quick?
Brig?? Ivanka worth more than 92 cents?
LMAO!
We have a new playa...GLBA
"If a bank qualifies as a dealer under the first stage of analysis, GLBA offers four specific exceptions from the definition. GLBA allows banks to engage in the following without becoming a securities dealer: (1) investment transactions where the bank buys and sells securities for investment purposes for the bank or for its own customers; (2) transactions in exempted securities (primarily government obligations); (3) transactions in banking products as identified under GLBA; and (4) asset-backed transactions where the bank pools and sells securities representing interests in underlying obligations, such as mortgages, provided the bank, its affiliates or a syndicate in which the bank is a member have predominately originated the obligations underlying by the security."
LMAO!!!!
Nope, me likes being couch potato with sour cream and chives too much.
Jcald?? Can you please adjust your guess. Jonny1putt came in with 125000 cases about 55 minutes before you posted.
Thx Sneaks

Did you ever watch that rather corny Back To The Future trilogy? Seems rather played I know. You remember Biff going into the future and getting ahold of that sports atlas? It gave all the major sports winners of the past 50 years. Took it back to the present and just worked it out year after year to the tune of a gazillion dollars.
That's the way I feel today. These guys aren't getting my shares. No way, no how.
I've been unable to reach my contact to find out where the confusion is. Seems rather unprofessional this Laurie McVey getting her swagger on being all that when she isn't. If we can definitely confirm, I'm smelling a "You're Fired" for an afternoon cocktail.
On a totally unrelated note spent some time with a couple others spot checking a few places NY, NYC, FL, CA, PA, NH, RI, DC. Overall they are getting a good amount of requests for TV. Wanted to know what they were selling it for in their place. $6.50 was the lowest up to $14. The average came in at $9.00 a drink or shot.
That got me to thinking that we are in the wrong business. We ought to open a Trump Vodka bar or lounge. DKAM sells a case at 105.51. Average cost to bar/restaurant is $176-$185 a case. Some even give a 7th bottle free if a good customer. At $9 a pop and 25 shots to a bottle, that's $225 a bottle to the average barfly, or $1350 per case. 667% mark up for those keeping score.
Have to figure if we get some good music going and are in a good location, that's an average of 50 people a night at two hits for 100 shots. Good nights should be 250-300 shots. Ay way you look at it, that's over $300K a year and I doubt very seriously it would cost more than half that to keep the doors open. Some will argue. Have to ask a couple of the bar men here.
Don't know about you but I could take $150-$200K a year and lie on a beach somewhere sipping Trump, checking in once and awhile to see the stock price going higher, and thinking about whether I'll be opening two or three new locations this year.
Millions to be made. Anybody want in?

I trust the source completely as it is coming from a vendor that does huge business with KJ through his business.
This may be important but if it was already mentioned, sorry for the repeat. Not pumping by any means, just telling you what happened. Just received an e-mail that Albersons California sold out of all their Trump before year end and chewing quickly through re orders. Kendall Jackson West Coast is saying, "Trump Vodka is selling ferociously."
Ferocious, I like that word. Like a sleeping Lion that just woke up and is hungry?
Wanders capacity is 6 million litres per year. As far as how much is earmarked for Trump can change daily based on demand.
I mil share day.
The new drink of choice, "Bloody Trump"
I think one would do well to get a hold of Donald's people and trademark "Bloody Trump" as a big play on Miss America and Rosie. Plus whatever other trouble he gets into going forward. It's a way to win with sales while customers chuckle at his expense. Add to that "Dirty Trump" for the same reasons.
"When I ordered a Bloody Trump at Capital Grill, everybody around me started chuckling and wanted to know how to make it."
Also, "The Melania" is gaining strong popularity among the ladies. Trump and Godiva. Packs a powerful punch while it seduces your pallet.
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Signal. Citi sitting at 3.978.
Just a matter of time now for buyout. National Beverage makes play for Glazer. Coke should buy Fuze despite Coke denial. BUD catches InBev for top brands. Now puts Newmans in play along with Trump. Great package and perfect fit for at least 15 players.
Jersey, I'm a latecomer. Looks like Raw and MWM have been here a long while. Others still here from sub $1.00. But thanks. I came in on a very strong rec from a beverage mogul.

Just reminding newbies of this note from Sunday. A lot of good DD here from so many veterans but I always like to think in terms of "big picture" especially when this is a masterpiece being created!

Oh, I agree Raw. I'm just stating what I know to be bought up and taken off the table of the tradeable float. Yes, the traders are only working off a 5-8% number for sure. That is why it moved so easily yesterday when they started grabbing so many of the trading shares.
Float is down to 8 million now based on that new information you shared. Thank you! 2.4 mil since the pdf on 1/18 and 2 mil of those definitely got tucked away in the sock drawer. That's why I said yesterday those who took 2.80 were about to get lapped. Based on that only 138K yesterday was profit takers and the rest was pure buying for the big run. (Remember to double count!) 2.4 mil and 2 mil is REAL buying for much higher prices? Says this puppy isn't even close to running yet. Glad to have them on board. Once word gets around they are buying we'll have the same result as before! Thx
It does trade like big board EXCEPT for one important thing. It makes no difference what big board is doing up or down as to what DKAM does. Just like other OTC. Anyone that buys or sells DKAM because the market is going up or down is at best a fool.
All indication is my $3.42 comes down by tomorrow.
Chart says we have 3-4 days of breakout. Make sure you hold as many or more by the end of the day!
No, you're right. It does trade like a big board stock with very, very little shorting. In fact, trying to figure out why DKAM has a message board on Yahoo and HANS no longer has one. Changing of the guard perhaps??
My guess is you could throw a dart and pick one. Company to post a profit. Conference buyers. 2000% revenue increase this quarter over last year. Buyout offer in house. Somebody wants the remaining float. Sales over 100000 cases. Any or all of these can and should happen. You knew it had to go higher at some point.
