Can I chime in on revenues? If they report 100000 cases, it will be an addition of 82035 over last quarter. At $105.51 per case, that is revenues of $8,655,512. You can add to that a minimum of $270,000 for Newmans Own (30000 cases @ $9 each) and roughly $400,000 from all other product lines. Gross revenues would come in at $9,325,512. That would be a 3200%+ increase in revenues over 2005 and a 316% jump in revenues over last quarter. Gross margins are again expected to be 44% over the 27% from 2005; an increase of 63%. Net revenue would come in at $5.22 million. SG&A would see a bump along with some other small interest, travel, and amortization expenses. There would be no income tax as any profit falls to the roll over provision. So, on that 100000 cases, they could easily net out between $2.5 mil and $3 mil. That is close to 4 cents a share but will depend heavily on how much ends up going to commissions and to The Donald for his cut.

I still think if the company posts flat to a penny profit with even a hint of a 2000%-3000% increase in revenues over last quarter, it will take off like a rocket. Right now, it looks from several angles that 68000 cases give or take and without any unusual expenses is the break even line for each quarter just factoring Trump Vodka alone without any other sales.
