Worm my total partl fill today was 6,000 shares @ .80 but will shoot for at least 4k more shares tomorrow at that price or lower

The street wants to see the Oil & Gas sales pick up.Yea these land sales are profitable for PRVB and puts money in the bank, but the market is not interested in that and neither are many investors.After what I heard today from IR about future Oil & Gas sales leads me to believe that we are heading in the direction significant Oil & Gas Sales from QT to QT...

Steve said that warrents were exercised in the course of normal business.The shares are all restricted and the float remains the same.He also said that 3rd QT report will be out in early Nov and that more and more revenues from Oil
and Gas is expected. Also drilling San Juan will be started in 2 months and reports on more Goliad wells will be reported around the same time earnings are out.I asked about the low and slow volume and he said that since early Sept many investors are shy about Oil & Gas stocks thinking they ran their course and are out of steam which is why other sectors such as drugs and bio techs started to make moves.Like all of us here Steve agrees that after the elections on Nov 7th Oil & mostly NG will take off.

slider.you chose a great junior oil & gas company.No matter what the oil & gas market does the street will look at the next qt report for higer oil & gas sales and according to these interviews that is what we will be seeing qt after qt.Get this on the AMEX and IMO we have a 3.00 stock,

JJ,,Traders and the street feel that this rise in NG is just a blip and until it has a continued steady run up they will be shy.We are trading at a PE of 8 and that is no different then many of the other profitable Oil & Gas Companies.What we have here is a sector that started its slump in early september and is not being looked at this time.Both you and I know that will change and it can change on a dime.Buy low sell high and don't chase runs.

Slider, NG up gain today, I am expecting PRVB to start picking up steam with this and 3rd qt earnings.This one can move quickly so don't expect this low volume much longer.

The shares need to bid @ $1.00 10 consecutive days or be delisted. My money is on that $1.00 by next week. Current sp is .68
