Thanks Trader. I have red Hank's posts before. So wouldn't it behoove the company to promote their stock better and TRY and in crease the SP by shouting out PR's (as opposed to sticking them under our pillows) and therefore be in a better position to pay off the debt? That is of course assuming that it is in the company's best interest and they are not associated with the debtor in anyway.
My apologies regarding my last post about audited financials (traderfan). I should have been more detailed in my thoughts. I do understand that annual reports have been audited and quarterly's not and was more or less trying to point out about the lack of effort to up list.
Now, for another point of discussion. It seems that some here are indicating that someone or some entity is dumping shares to keep the share price low. It would also seem that the company is attempting (just speculating) to keep a low profile and maybe, just maybe, help prevent the word from getting out to potential share buyers.
If this is the case, what is the point? I don't understand why that is beneficial. If I had a butt load of shares wouldn't I want the price to increase? If I was the company, wouldn't I want the share price to increase? If not, can someone explain to me?
And if the above is not true, who else would want to keep the price low and for what reason?
I appreciate that this company is somewhat transparent, and is not pumping and has real patented products, and sales and strategy. But what is it going to take to move it up? Is it all about the debt??
Thanks!
Good numbers but a weak report imo. Not much transparency. Still unaudited financials. It's the same report as the last 2 but with just the added quarterly numbers. Seems like there should of been more info provided about all groups and divisions. I like the note about the 'oven' from Martech but what about the TAP and Seatronics etc. Also, no mention of the debt really. I've been long for 2+ years now and am getting antsy.
Any accounting majors out there that would like to comment and explain in basic terms what the following means for us stock holders going forward? This excerpt is from the last financial filing.
"On February 7, 2013, we received notice of transfer of the Debentures from Solidor Investments Limited to CCM Holdings, LLC, a New Jersey Limited Liability Company.
Under the terms of the Deed of Amendment entered into between the Company and the Debenture Holder on or around April 30, 2012, the parties have now agreed that the annual coupon for the current
year (FY2013) is $510,000, payable on or before November 1, 2013. The remaining $510,000 is payable on the maturity date of the Debentures or redemption (whichever occurs first), unless otherwise agreed between the Parties.
The Company will either have to generate sufficient cash to redeem the Debentures or come to some arrangements with the Debenture Holder to settle, reduce and/or reschedule the Debentures in whole
or in part."
Curious to see if the &510,000 will be paid in November and what the remaining means going forward. Tia
1, that was mine also. A good sign. I'm really curious to see the next financials. It would appear by all the news releases this year of new sales and contracts that we were able to meet our debt payments. It will be interesting to see what happens (to the stock in particular) when that debt is paid off.
And this...
F175™ Encouraging Sales
CodaOctopus is delighted to announce encouraging initial sales of the new F175™ MOTION sensor.
The F175™ system adds an inertial capability to your existing GNSS sensor and transforms your positioning only solution to a full, cost effective motion reference system suitable for deployment on hydrographic surveys. Additionally, the F175™ will continue to output accurate position and motion data even when GNSS signal is interrupted.
Alan Craig, Vice President Operations at SES said, “CodaOctopus F180® range of equipment has been a great workhorse for us over the years. The addition of the two F175™ units to our fleet will fill a gap for customers who require an all in one GPS/Attitude system with excellent accuracies. The advantage of being able to use an existing RTK GPS system to aid the F175™ will suit a wide range of our customers.”
Lou Nash, CEO at Measutronics Inc, said "The F175 -T2™ compliments the Trimble SPS series of receivers quite nicely. The availability of iHeave™ data, at the price point of other "true heave only" systems, is an added bonus."

New news.
New Models+™ for Underwater Survey Explorer™ (USE™)
Subsea Manifold as seen from an ROV mounted Echoscope® with DXF™ back drop
CodaOctopus has added new functionality to USE™, the software that accompanies the Echoscope® 3D real time sonar. Models+™ is a new module that adds the ability to view multiple AutoCAD DXF™ files in the 3D world. This feature allows the user to add context to the 3D scene and allows the ROV pilot or vessel to navigate to the point of interest using the USE™ display alone. In the case of a subsea construction application, the DXF™ files could contain the target seafloor locations for assets that are to be deployed. The user can visualize in real time the position and orientation of the suspended asset to target seafloor location.
In addition, Models+™ now supports batch import of multiple 3D models in a single operation. Each model can be assigned its own position and orientation before input, and models can be ‘animated’ in real time by assigning to independent external sources. For example, if the Echoscope® is viewing a subsea excavator at work, then a model of the excavator can be super-imposed onto the 3D scene and animated by assigning it to an appropriate navigation data input.
Please contact our Sales team to find out more about how Models+™ can enhance your Echoscope® operations.
I agree, she is more than capable and by all accounts has done a great job. I suspect she is not the one ultimately controlling the strings. Some more transparency would be nice.
Thanks 1.
I'm hoping this next reporting gets some exposure. Really hoping Coda does what is promised 2 years ago this month and has audited financials and starts the uplist process. I've been holding for 2 years now and getting antsy.
I also see AnnMarie and Niels Christian Soendergaard (both current? /former directors) have started a private venture; Marmanco Ltd. in June of this year. Curious about that too.
Does anyone know how many people own CDOC stock?
Who is A1 Transport? Anyone know the web address?
Yes, if they can just get that debt off their back (and this next reporting should give us a good idea where they are at) it would change a lot of things imo in terms of bigger investors.
Up listing would hopefully attract institutional investors or other really *big* fish!
Check 'under the hood' CTS. Look at who owns the majority of the shares and how they got them and then look at the history for the last 2+ years.
Only thing not to like is the shorting of the stock. Something's fishy on the back top end of management IMO but the structure and products are great! I'd love to see Anne Marie get us fully audited and up listed as promised 2 years ago. It will be interesting to see the quarterly next month. From all accounts it would seem as though they had a great year for sales.
All this buzz and Level II only showing MY buys.
What gives you new posters? How about buying some USRC shares?
7 *new* folks to this board have posted 98 new posts to this board since Thursday.
Much of the posts are duplicates or exploded quotes from previously posted material.
Seems to be an obvious 'pumping' going on.
Let's stick to the rules please.
So Unisource/VisionShip announce their second sale in less than a month and the stock price goes down. What gives there?
I commented to the author that the echoscope was from coda octopus.
I've got 90million for sale! Will even throw in the Certificate I was sent. Taped onto my wall now.
I bought 90,000 more
USRC - Unisource .399
More great news today! We need more shareholders. Please tell your family, friends and other iHubbers about Unisource!
Any thoughts on what's going on here? Nice travel up then once the GOOD news came out we slid.
News out. WSGI files suit against La Jolla.
Crazy. Been going up, up, up and now on great news nothing. We need some exposure!
Maybe someone associated with CCGI is buying... ???
Can someone post links to each lawsuit? Who was the defendant in the one rescheduled today?
Curious to know how much the deal was for? This coupled with the half million from the TAP rental deal means we make our financing payment for the year already.
OTC I've been following your board here for awhile just haven't ever posted on this board. Am interested... I bought AVSC on recommendation a month ago..
Great! Would of been nice to know how much the contract is worth.

Zoom in and see lots of stations in IL.
Pretty cool. Also, click on a pinpoint and can get nice details of station.
Hank,
Welcome back. :) Just kidding.
Can you estimate how much was made in the last 6 quarters by this suspected dumping? Are we talking a lot each quarter or 15k-25k a quarter?
Thanks
Hank,
Will miss you here. Wish you'd stick around more.

Looks like www.codaoctopus.com has been reworked. It's better than before IMO but not great. Not sure what the web developer had in mind with the forward slashes "/" every where.
Tried to go to www.codaoctopusgroup.com but looks like it is not hosted anywhere now. Thought I had heard mention of a new Investor relations page.
Hank, have you tried contacting the company and discussing what appears to be happening to the stock? Maybe that will make an impact.
Well all you'd have to do, if you were him/she/they/them, let the company pay off the debt and then loan them some more cash from that stockpile you've been making selling shares and then you're back at it. Brilliant!
Well ya, and not only that, why not wait until after the share goes up and give out less shares (which is what I think they were trying to say by it was a 24% increase).
Good luck finding out anything on CCM Holdings LLC out of Jersey.
