Telling an investment group to buy and hold is not a scheme or crime. If that were true 50 cent, born Curtis Jackson would have been convicted. Post a link of an individual (not a broker) that has been convicted of that crime. Accusations and investigations don't matter or count.
Got a link for that investment club has to be registered as such so its combined activities can be monitored lie? I have one for my truth.
http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/invclub.htm
Investment clubs usually do not have to register, or register the offer and sale of their own membership interests, with the SEC. But since each investment club is unique, each club should decide if it needs to register and comply with securities laws.
When does an investment club have to register with the SEC as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940?
An investment club must register with the SEC as an investment company under the Investment Company Act of 1940 if all of the following three conditions apply:
the club invests in securities,
The club issues membership interests that are securities (see above), and
The club is not able to rely on an exclusion from the definition of investment company.
For example, a "private investment company" may not need to register with the SEC. To qualify, an investment club
must not make, nor propose to make, a public offering of its securities, and
must not have more than 100 members.

Remember to sell into the ask if you need to sell, but we all know this should be over 10. Thanks all.
Stop hitting the bid and this goes up faster.
Agreed, this should be over .10 and we all know it. Work with the ask not the bid.
Raise the ask slowly if you are trying to sell, DON'T hit the bid and this will rise. Thanks all!
Sell into the ask so the run isn't killed. Thanks all!
What happens if they get a good app?

Hit the ask and the shorts get burned by this going up.
Over 2.6 million in volume for the first half hour.
8's are nice to see again. Don't kill the run by selling off. We all know this is worth more.
Not enough peeps hitting the ask and MM's holding back orders to make it look weak.
Holding back buy orders as usual on this.
I slapped above the ask and my order isn't being filled. Been that way for over fifteen minutes.
Come on GRNO: Oil prices rose past $92 a barrel on Monday to a 26-month high, as the new year began with the prospect of still higher energy prices to come.
Benchmark oil for February delivery rose as high as $92.66 a barrel, $1.28 above Friday's settlement price, in trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange. It gave up most of those gains to settle 17 cents higher at $91.55 on Monday. The last time oil settled above $92 a barrel was on Oct. 3, 2008, when it reached $93.88.

Copper ends a fresh record, advances 33% in 2010
Moves up with a little buying. Hold tight everyone!
Looking forward to a happy new year with CDIV.
RPC looks delicious right now.
CDIV is still selling games so the game isn't over.
Oil rose on Wednesday to trade above $90 for only the third time in two years, supported by a report showing a drop in U.S. oil and gasoline inventories.

Go GRNO!
100% gain today. Share buy back in progress from the company. Is that where all these buys came from?
Patiently waiting for more GRNO news. Finally some facts going on with trading. They aren't called the market makers for nothing.
Seems ike the pressure is building as all the FUD isn't inducing the massive selling that some group wants. The PPS farted up a little and a few fools killed the run.
Regarding GRNO's trades There is no official pre-market trading session for OTC:BB and Pink Sheet stocks.
However, there is unofficial trading activity that occurs among market makers between 8:00-9:30 AM Eastern Time each trading day.
Vert is at .68 and Bmic is at 2.00 on the ask, that sounds better than 40's.
Over a 400% increase on just 3500 shares unbelievable.
Go CDIV! Keep making those Apple games.
HMMMM...My orders not being filled at the ask.
Nice 84.4 percent gain today. That new IP-PBX must be great!
I love how they turned my 5000 buy at 15:24 today to a 6300 sell.
Special dividend doesn't need to come directly from earnings.
10-4
Got it message received.
Go EIGH!!!
Go GRNO $82.55 per barrel of Intermediate Crude Oil closed up $1.21 on Tuesday, August 3, 2010. Seems a bit higher than what is in the IBOX.
