Folks, the sky is not falling here. Nothing has changed from last PR except shareholder anticipation of news or PR or update via website that has not happened yet. "Yet" is the key work.

We are all frustrated as we feel there can be a weeee bit more communication and I certainly wouldda loved an end of year or begining of year update, but this can turn on just one PR.

And most important, if you really want to bail, next time buy into a fully reporting company on the BB. I'm going back to my Mexican food.

You do have a point and i am bullish but frustrated like many here. That said, EVRM really should figure out how to properly advise shareholders who call so as to avoid these situations or they should not take calls, period.

And, companies always release forward statements and occasionally update Shareholders as to overall progress without hurting confidences. Keeping it real, management can do more than it's doing to keep investors interested and feeling positive and tweak interest of new investors.

In the pinksheet world, many CEO use the debt as a 144k mechanism that is manipulated, created and issued to create free trading shares that sell into the open market. Many CEOs (I'm not naming names here), believe it or not, line their pockets with that money...

So, for example, 2 thousand dollars in old debt can convert to 20 or 30 millions freetrading shares. So 100 million in debt to pay off is only 10K in real debt. It's an illusion to make suckers and chumps think the company incurred all this giant expense to create the company when they are only funding their own pockets.

EDS contract is with Evermedia Biometrics...not STS. Depending on the tasking theyt bid on and then accepted, they can and will have many options to meet the needs of the task.

Mike-- I have stated my opinion many times. To many CEOs who choose to get into the pinksheet game, dilution is their business.

I'll repeat this scenario; I acquire a pinksheet vehicle, merge a corportaion into it. I choose a worthy sexy, hot topic, say....I want to cure cancer, or travel through time and announce via fluff PRs that we plan to, or hope, to or endeavor to, blah blah blah... no revenue, no history of ever building a company, post a few signs around town with ticker symbols, all fluff and waaalaaaaa, you guys start pumping your money into it hoping to become millionaires.
