Warp 9, Inc. is a premier provider of robust e-commerce platforms and services for the online catalog and retail industry. The Company designed their comprehensive suite of software platforms to help online retailers maximize the Internet channel. Warp 9, Inc. trades on the OTC Bulletin Board. They have their corporate headquarters in Santa Barbara, California.
Offered as an outsourced and fully managed Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, the Company’s products allow customers to focus on their core business, rather than technical implementations and software and hardware architecture, design, and maintenance. Their products and services allow their clients to lower costs and focus on promoting and marketing their brand, product line and website while taking advantage of the investments Warp 9, Inc. has made in technology and infrastructure to operate a dynamic online Internet presence.
The Company also offers professional services to their clients. This includes online catalog design, merchandizing and optimization, order management, e-mail marketing campaign development, integration to third party payment processing and fulfillment systems, analytics, custom reporting and strategic consultation.
Warp 9, Inc. charges their customers a monthly fee for using their e-commerce software based on a Software-as-a-Service model. These fees include fixed monthly charges, and variable fees based on the sales volume of their clients’ e-commerce websites.
The Warp 9 Internet Commerce System (ICS) is their flagship and highest revenue product. However, the Company has been developing and deploying new products based on a proprietary virtual publishing technology that they have developed. These new products have allowed for the creation of interactive web versions of paper catalogs (VCS) and magazines (VMS).
