Wow, I didn't think anyone would actually try to say the links are old. Of course they are old. But that is not the point. I was answering the claim that the Tennessee based company had nothing to do with BLLB, and I've proved that a false claim.
I guess you made a bad investment buying at the wrong time and you can't let it go. That's why you're here even though you don't own the stock. You can't stomach the idea of other people making profitable trades by having better timing than you. That's not our problem.
I guess that's why BusinessWire, a Berkshire Hathaway company carried this press release from them (out of Tennessee mind you), with quotes from CEO Brad Simmons,
http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20070911006064/en/Bell-Buckle-Holdings-BLLB-Delivers-Fortune-500
But I guess you're right and Berkshire Hathaway is wrong. Is that it?
I love it when pipedreams triple and quadruple without much effort, don't you?
Very bullish sign right here.
Did everybody read my previous definitive finding? For those who were concerned that Bell Buckle Country Store had nothing to do with this ticker symbol BLLB, you need worry no more. We now have definitive proof that Bell Buckle Holdings Inc. (BLLB) owns the Bell Buckle Country Store with all their products. It is NOT private as some were claiming. Bell Buckle Country Store (Simmons family business) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bell Buckle Holdings, Inc. (BLLB).
Thank you for these excellent document links. They actually alleviated my greatest fear, which was whether or not Bell Buckle Holdings Inc actually owned Bell Buckle Country Store, Inc. And I found my definitive answer in your document link...
"Bell Buckle Country Store, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bell
Buckle Holdings, Inc. and prior years financial statements reflect
operations run solely under the subsidiary."
This thing is gonna fly! BLLB
I'd like to see new contract news in the multi-millions. Are your sales people even working?
I think we all need to pay Mr. Munro a visit. Who's got the brass knuckles?
If this thing really has strength, then .0097 support should hold.
If we're going to fall to .0075, let's do it quick. I don't want to keep looking at all this red.
Brito is actually the CFO not the CEO, but same good news nonetheless. Thanks.
Strong Buy here. Going up to .04 to .05 range within a few days.
If we all bring lawsuits against NITE we could bankrupt them in legal costs.
Management needs to give us an update. This is ridiculous.
Acquisition news just broke! Woohoo! 51% ownership in Etelix USA. It's now official!
Yep. If they were indeed a private company and had a public shell with a very similar sounding name, I'd imagine they'd be in serious jeopardy of losing their business due to the legal trouble they'd be in. They don't seem like shady people to me. They seem like hard working honest people. Plus mhinsea already told us he met with them and they were receptive to getting their paperwork in order.
It could be he doesn't want anyone calling him, doesn't want the hassle. They are the directors/owners of BLLB the publicly traded company, that much is clear. I guess if I didn't have all the paperwork done I wouldn't want to answer constant questions about it either. The fact that they told you they'd be sending PR updates is kind of a confession that it is a public company. They should be able to scale operations once they get updates out there, with the increased funding that should be flowing to them.
I'm seeing a bug in the thinkorswim platform where yesterday and today's candle charts are not retaining the open price. It keeps changing the open price to the last price, which is messing up the chart. It's happening for every stock. Anybody else seeing this?
I just noticed in thinkorswim on all my candlestick charts for yesterday and today the open price is not retained so it slides up and down with the last price messing up the candles. Is anyone else seeing this bug?
.0365 here we come!
You must have some hidden agenda or you didn't do your homework. They are Brad Simmons, Brian Jelly Simmons and Brandy Cooper Simmons, the same exact people. They seem to like their privacy but anyone who knows how to use social media can easily see they are the same people. BLLB up we go! Especially after we get the report from our good friend and his meeting on Wednesday.
You are wrong. I found the document where the 3 Simmons family members were added as officers/directors filed on April 30th, 2008.
Not much on the ask, but big discount here. Down 20%? The chart shows nothing of a burnout or top here. This thing looks ready to charge right back to where it was, netting someone 20% of whatever they can get.
Agree. That's why I'm in with both feet. In fact, I'm swimming in CUBV right now.
Haven't even considered that. Just looking a week ahead and have no way to know about any acquisitions, to be honest.
I suppose I'm the only one on here with an opinion, huh? Well, I think I did read this quote from the CEO himself that says,
"Recently, two companies with similar software platforms to InterCloud's have sold for over $100 million each. These events give us even more confidence we are in the right space at the right time. We have streamlined costs but our platform remains robust and the team continues to develop use cases with near term revenue opportunities."
I guess one could think he mentioned the other two companies that sold for over $100 million each because he intends to remain in the business and profit from being in the space. But then again, he is the one who mentioned the other two companies similar to InterCloud that sold for over $100 million each. Not me.
Low float plus strength = Yowser! Looking for this to hit .035 to .04 in the coming week.
I don't have a crystal ball to see that far out, but I do believe it should be worth .01 to .02 today. It may be realistic that we break into pennyland in a relatively short amount of time.
Munro is prepping this thing to be sold. I think we all would be happy to walk away tomorrow at .20/ share and move on with our lives.
Yes sir! That's a massive cup with huge upside.
I think the name CUBA scares investors away. At first glance I too thought it had some connection to Cuba and didn't want to invest in a dictatorship. I'm not kidding. But then it kept coming up on my screens, and voila! I'm in with both feet, and very confident. It's a great idea and it's going up, but the name should be changed.
The FAN PASS effect is real! Very exciting stuff. Can't wait. I hope they don't rush it. First impression has to be great.
Nice finish! Don't underestimate the strength of ELTZ. Pushing it down is like trying to hold a basketball underwater. Airtight!
I would say so! Their products get excellent reviews from real customers. I've looked into it. I have to purchase some myself to see what everyone is raving about.
Sorry, holding onto my shares. Lol.
Why does td ameritrade show EPS of 0.6102 ? Can't find that information anywhere else? Is it accurate? If so that's a serious money-making business trading at dirt prices.
Hmmm... I'm wondering why nobody noticed yet that we've closed the last 2 days over the 200 day SMA, so we're sitting atop both the 50 and 200 and we have Bollinger midline converging with the 200 day too. The .0005's should be flying off the shelf. Oh well, I guess you can start chasing or kick yourself after it starts blasting off.
I value this company at a minimum of .012 today. That's how undervalued it is and why I had no problem buying yesterday morning as the price was rising.
And I also bought it through TD Ameritrade.
Earnings report May 10th.
