Questions will be sent in Friday 12 P.M. EST May 23,2003 or after we have 25 questions..

1. Hartcourt has said that they want to be a household name in China after this plan is successful..Will this computer sales network ever be called Hartcourt computers?..What name will it take?.

2. As this network of companies grows, will Hrct entertain proposals for a complete buy out of the company?..Or possibly a majority sold to a large partner?

3.What type of response has China Report Magazine gotten? How many new subscribers? Will the distribution area be enlarged or are you waiting for more subscribers before going forth?

4.Which of the previous aquisitions are being sold off and how will their sale affect the bottom line. ie. How much of the profits of the new aquisition were applied towards covering their losses.

5. Shanghai´s growth dropped down in the 1. quarter 2003 around 50%. What does it mean for the growth of HuaQing, NewHuaSun and Shanghai GuoWei?

6. Are there any plans on updating web pages for China Report such as links to Hartcourt, its subsidiaries, and ways to subscribe to the magazine?

7. If we assume that Hrct will focus totally on computer marketing for the next five years, how will that affect the spin off area?..Will there be any spin offs in that time frame after Sinobull and AI Asia are out?..What will replace the computer groups?..Is it still too early to think about that?

8. What are your perceptions on GoNow's performance up until now? It seems like we have gotten a lot of exposure since they came on.



9. The lastest news was GREAT..Is there more things in the near future that will make us all more warm and fuzzy? PR's or a nice letter from Dr Phan.

'TheRookie' Try not to be offended with the response you might get from some on this board..You have to remember HRCT is like our child..We have watched HRCT grow from it's beginning from late 1990's to now..There have been a few bumps in the road but those of us that stayed the course are very proud of our HRCT..I think as any child HRCT is reaching out for bigger and better things.Wait till HRCT goes on her first date with DELL or someone like that..Another way HRCT is like a child is she always wants my money..
