I do not think anyone knows for sure if.
The Investor that TCEL Inc Has Sold to over the last 6 months.
Have any of them sold there shares in the open market.

I think not and if that is so. There are only 330,000,000 on the float. I hold 81,000,000
and that would only leave 250,000,000 for trading over this last 3- 6 months. Thus changing hands a lot but the others staying in the hands of the investor.

A R/S will not hurt if it is done at the right time and the right way.

there could be a R/S after the stock hits 10-20 cent to get it to $1.00 or more to bring in big players.

That is not what the 2 Q intrim reports state from 8-14 for 6/30 and 12/10 for 9/16/14 both list TCEL the holding co for TCEL LTD NZ and it is the web page TCEL INC is Still using in some way

The OTC seem to have the most update info on TCEL and it is the board That the CEO of TCEL told me they were on back in July in a email between me and him.
The email just stated to look At the next Q report that would be coming out for info.


There was a Co. Statement that was put out in July that i believe they were not the same co as TCEL 2000 LTD NZ and made i seem lke they were not connect but that letter was not clear but the Q report in aug and dec is clear TCEL owns 90.1 % of TCEL 2000LTD NZ

If it was proven it work on horse, why scam at all.
We know it works on horse for sure. No one has said it has not , not even the guys who say this is a scram,.

So why scam for for 0001 cent a share on 1.188,000, 000 or even 2.9 b. i see no real money in scramming for that little. and that little to get in 3-4 years. that nuts.

Anther Thing the value of the patent let say right mow it is not really worth 30 million right now and it was only worth 5 million and 10 times that if it was good for humans.

Shouldn't the stock be worth 1-5 million right now yet we are only worth about 400,000. This is under value by a lot even if it only works on horses.

Here is what i see.

A idea that we know works on horse by Dr. Casey a scientist who was help some of them live longer.
A idea the may work on humans.
The stock was as high as 5 cent a share a year when there was 5 x less shares . thus the stock should be a 1 cent but it is .0004 cents.

The issue here is we have not see it go to FDA testing since the Pat was issue in Aug. of 2013 even though the idea was around for about 1-2 years before that.

So some ask if it is that good why has it not been in FDA testing.

I do not have the answer but there are all kinds of reason if could be . from money to it does not really work to who knows, even a scram ????

with FDA Testing the stock will go up.
we need to see it in the first half of this years R/S or more shares will not matter.

with No testing the stock will stay at this price and could go down to .0001 but if it does i will be a buyer and hold on until we see testing I believe this can work, but it may take time.
