Angel Acquisition Corp in Joint Venture Discussions With Premier National IT Consultancy 06/01 06:37 AM
CARSON CITY, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/01/10 -- Angel Acquisition Corp (AGEL:$0.0001,$-0.0001,-50.00%) today announced that it has entered into discussions to establish a formal and mutually beneficial joint venture with MSP University (www.mspu.us), one of the nation's premier technology consultancies, to provide training and consultation to entrepreneurs who will launch businesses specializing in information technologies with the help of Angels in Action (www.angelsinaction.tv) micro-loans.
"I want all of our stakeholders to know how truly excited I am about the opportunity to form a strategic partnership with one of the foremost leaders in the information technology industry, MSP University," said Steven Bonenberger, CEO of Angel Acquisition Corp. (AGEL:$0.0001,$-0.0001,-50.00%) "Their proven track record of successfully training and/or consulting new upstart IT firms as well as consulting Fortune 100 technology organizations such as Cisco Microsystems, Intel, HP and Microsoft empowers Angel Acquisition Corp. (AGEL:$0.0001,$-0.0001,-50.00%) Now, with MSP University, we have access to world-class expertise and resources that advances those technology -- minded entrepreneurs who come to us for help. Each of these will be enhanced in their abilities to successfully get their new businesses off the ground."
Micro-lenders and micro-financing institutions (MFIs) provide loans to recipients that would not otherwise be possible under traditional lending methodologies. The loan amounts generally range from $1,000 to $25,000. These organizations have seen immense growth due to the global economic downturn during the past two years as conventional lending entities struggle to achieve the significant revenue and profit levels that were enjoyed prior to the downturn. Angel Acquisition Corp (AGEL:$0.0001,$-0.0001,-50.00%) is dedicating resources, assets and expertise to establish best practices and be a leading provider of micro-finance services and solutions that are geared and focused upon US Based entrepreneurs.
"We look forward to the opportunity to work with Angels in Action," said Gary Beechum, CEO and President of MSP University. "The Department of Labor has identified information technology as the fastest growing sector in the workforce economy. Since most IT firms are small companies, it makes sense for us to collaborate with Angel Acquisition Corp (AGEL:$0.0001,$-0.0001,-50.00%) via 'Angels in Action' in providing a platform of development to afford those recipients of micro-loans the best chance to succeed with their new businesses.
"Our clients and sponsors like Intel, Cisco, Ingram Micro, CompTIA and others are looking for new and fresh ideas from the brightest minds that are presently untapped due to the economic conditions we are enduring as a nation. As we as a nation incubate these ideas and nurture these talented entrepreneurs, we will be doing our part in rebuilding our communities and local economies. I anticipate that discussions will proceed quickly and we will soon have a framework in place to unite the efforts of Angel Acquisition Corp (AGEL:$0.0001,$-0.0001,-50.00%) and MSP University, bringing all of the resources of both our organizations and our sponsors to bear as we launch this new initiative."

It's ok. I started a sentence with "But". ;0)
Or is it okay? hmmmmmmm.... Whatever. I'm feeling rather bullish on AGEL.
Great post. But minus two points for misspelling meantime. ;0)
AGEL The .0002 taps are turning into knocks.
AGEL OTC BB Some .0002 taps. Bid building.
TCLIF !!
Thanks for that L2. ;0)
wow. I see what you mean.
You too, Jet? Sorry to hear. I trade through Fidelity, and it routs SEVA trades through Hudson. Maybe that's why I was lucky.
Sorry you've had no luck selling at .0002, Ninja. Between 4/19 and 4/21 I sold a bundle at .0002. The trades were routed through Hudson. In the last month 2.7 billion shares traded at .0001 and 4.2 billion shares traded at .0002, so I can't understand why you weren't able to unload your .0001's.

Business Expansion & Financings: Seaway Valley Forms Northeastern US Regional Center 04/20 11:19 AM
(Comment on this article at http://www.financialwire.net/2010/04/20/business-expansion-financings-seaway-valley-forms-northeastern-us-regional-center/)
April 20, 2010 (FinancialWire) -- Seaway Valley Capital Corp. (SEVA:$0.0002,$0.0000,0.00%) , a diversified holding company with holdings in Harbor Brewing Company, Inc. (HBWO:$0.0220,$0.0000,0.00%) and Hackett's Stores, Inc. (HCKI:$0.0010,$-0.0004,-28.57%) , has executed a term sheet with ACG Consulting, LLC (ACG) to develop the employment-based EB-5 visa program.
The program is administered by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) under the Immigration Act of 1990.
The program allows foreign nationals living outside the United States to invest in businesses in the United States, and if as a result of said investment a certain number of new jobs are created and maintained, the foreign national has the right to receive a U.S. visa. To this end, geographic centers called "regional centers" are created to manage and oversee the projects in which funds are invested.
The proposed deal would allow Seaway Valley to take a 49% interest in the regional center, which as currently proposed would cover New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine. The transaction would include an initial capital raise of $30 million for certain holdings in Seaway Valley.
As proposed, the regional center would provide funding projects in Hackett's Stores, Inc., which would include Patrick Hackett and certain new retail concepts, in the amount of $10 million, and Harbor Brewing Company, Inc., which would include brewing and baking operations and new restaurant concepts in the aggregate amount of $20,000,000. The capital would be used directly at the operating companies and could be used for both growth and debt reduction.
TCLIF up to .0002 again.
That's bizarre. Seven million of my shares sold at .0002 today, and the time listed is one minute after market close. It was two partial fills, one for 6 million shares and one for 1 million shares, and the time indicated on the confirmation is 4:01 EDT. It was routed through Knight.
The so called "halt watch" is the creation of one of our posters.

Hey, Tom. Thanks for confirming my figures.
Great, Vianna. Thanks.
Wow. I didn't realize my figures had been challenged. It's so easy to get the figures for the volume over the last 90 days using the Chart function in Fidelity's Active Trader Pro. Anyone with a Fidelity account can easily verify. I'm sure there must be other ways to get the same figures without using Fidelity.
Anyway, here are the exact figures for the last 3 months starting December 9th, if anyone would like to verify.
FFGO traded:
4,766,569,246 shares at .0001
3,218,530,729 shares at .0002
1,537,519,970 shares at .0003
And yes, Vianna is correct. FFGO did trade at .0005 on December 2, 2009. On that day shares traded between .0002 and .0005, and total volume that day was 1,438,655,000 shares.
Thank you!
Could use a good sheering. This wool's getting pretty thick. ;0)
Thanks, Vianna. FFGO has certainly been good to me.
You would have to have an account with Fidelity, and have Active Trader. But if not, you may find something at least similar at the Fidelity site. Not sure.
https://www.fidelity.com/
Fidelity Active Trader charting makes it easy to track statistics like that.
"Maybe you need ck trading statistics for last few months. In my view haven't seen many days could sell at .0002."
In the last 90 days 4.76 billion shares of FFGO traded at .0001, and 3.22 billion shares traded at .0002, and 1.54 billion shares traded at .0003. During that time the stock closed at .0003 on thirteen trading days, and at .0002 on twenty-six trading days. In fact, in the last three months there were only eight trading days in which no shares traded at .0002.
Good one, Vianna!
I always like the line that directors often use when actors are overacting. "More is less." We certainly see a lot of effort going into knocking FFGO. Sometimes it's a bit of overkill. It begins to lose its effect. More is less.
Whole bunch of FFGO news.
MSTF moves to .0002. In the last six months it has had over 300 million volume at .0002. In the last year over 3.4 billion have traded at .0002. So it is at least good for a double.
Sounds like a good way to do it. ;0)
At Fidelity you can put up to 10 million shares up for sale on a single order. If you don't make it an "All Or None" order, the sales can go through as partial fills in smaller increments. Fidelity will charge you only one commission per day on that order. So, for example, if you place an order to buy or sell 8 million shares, and the order is filled slowly in little increments over the course of a whole day, you still get charged only one commission on the order, which can be as little as $7.95. If, however, the order remains only partially filled at the end of the day, and more of it gets filled the following day, you are charged another commission for that day.
So it is likely that the person who sold 20,000 shares to you did so as part of a much larger order for which he/she paid only a tiny commission. How much commission did you have to pay for your 20,000 share purchase?
I could live with .0003 or higher. ;0) I see that in the last twelve months 947 million shares have traded at .0002.
I show UNQT closing at .0002 many times since 2005, including in the last year on 7/27, 8/19, 8/21, 11/20, and 11/24 through 11/27.
Oops. Wrong poster. But thank you for stopping by to wish us all well.
