Acutal the shareholders got stuck with the fork and were treated like turkeys. The company has been feasting quite well.

But with simple DD, google DM, access know share structure, and lack of transparancy and why pick him to invest? I'm still bewildered by this?

Even if you know nothing of share structure and dilution and divis and all that stuff, just simply google the man behind the company.

And that's why this stock is still selling... there's an endless supply of folks, not willing to do even simple research or if they do believe their own eyes.

More lessons learned.

There are so many people out there, that for a few bucks, will allow you to use their name for some meaningless affiliation to a precieved good business/cause. That cost comes back to the company 100 fold.

Place your "stock" first, in the CEO and his track record. Second, look at the share structure. Third, see if the TA is gaged. If you did these three things that fall under the catagories: easy, simple, standard, basic investing 101, logical, fool-proof, even a monkey can do it, idiot-proof, don't be a chump investor, open your eyes, I hate getting butt fu*ked-- you'd simply move one and not be in the red.

99% of pink CEOs only make a living on dilution and no business exists. Why is that so hard to believe?

My feeling is that there will now be massive dilution to low triples and this was cease to trade as EVFN.

When the well eventually dries up as remaining suckers eventually wake up, I would expect some sort of restructure, merger or relisting to escape EVFN. Whatever mechanism comes, for sure shareholders will once again get reamed in the arse.

I have no inside knowledge at all, just looking at history, pattern, and handwriting on the wall. Big as day.

Remember, IMO, 99% of pinks are (scams) there are to just make the CEO and their cohorts money and NOT fund the company. Look at IHub top companies... Almost all with gagged TA and outta control structure. All crap.

The only folks making real money are insiders.

All you need is a sexy story and be reversed merged into a pink sheet operation. Suckers will always line up. Most pink companies have no cash and the CEOs are desperate. That leads to the land of the printing press (dillluuutttion)

I would predict fluff type news, new pix of stations and locations, new signs with ticker symbols, new names associated with company just to keep the financing wheels and printing press going.

Right now no level is safe, even 0001, as evidenced pre-split that the PPS never moved up.

The only selling at these levels are folks that bought shares privately at par value or privately at very low fractional. So, it can keep bottoming out, and again, company can make lotsa dough even at 0001.

That said, only real news and real retail buying can create a bottom. Wait for news and a real bottom and jump in just off the bottom. If you try to catch bottom your bottom will get burned.

Grannat most likely has no knowledge of previous public incarnations and its workings. He is not here to defend a past company nor is it his job to deal with that public perception.

If you the investor, have doubts, especially in light of past operations, failed contracts, now compounded by PRs that do not state specific revenues and time frames, then the question begs to be asked. Why do you invest here? Keep away or sell.

Sym, IMO, is rather gun shy and conservative in his wording on PRs as CEO of EVRM. He appears to be content to let things unfold in its own good time, period, end of story.

You want a PR to explain delays. What are you referrring to...phone intel gone bad. He has multi-year teaming agreements and none are expired that I know of.

I am personally in favor of a monthly website page to update shareholders on big and small happenings. I consider that a perfect vehicle to inform us. If that same news were in a PR on market wire, he's be accused of putting out fluff.

Sym, put out a letter to the shareholders to update current matters and start a website letter to shareholders for ongoing stuff.

wouldn't you think that is on the minds of the investor when they fail to meet what they say? i was not there at the time but it has been noted that the past of evrm was notrious for posting pr's with contracts,only to never have anything come to fruition.

pretty much tired of the bs.i stated months ago that pr's and teaming agreements are fluff.if some here dont agree than thats their option.only posted numbers,profit,revenues,margins etc.will suffice.

so my suggestion is to publicly reply to the investor with an ammended pr stating the cause of the delays.should be no problem if they are that shareholder friendly,and view themselves as not a "pink company">

I said this before-- phone intel leads to false expectations. Then all the sh*t hits the fan.

It is not the fault of the caller. The company needs to know how to speak to shareholders. They get points for taking calls, and lose points for not knowing what to say. I'm sure Grannat wants to appease and give some positive indication to the caller, who is desperate for an inkling of good news. But in doing so, he is doing a disservice to other shareholders and to the company as things/plans, PR releases (etc.) may change after the call.

Rule number one. Never give precise dates or time frames. Just a rookie mistake. IR is simple, " We are diligently at work, trying to accomplish all that we promised and we are confident the shareholders will be rewarded. It is our intention to post updates and news as soon as possible. Check the market wire and our website. Thanks for your support.

As shareholders we judge the company by PR releases, website postings, financial postings and share structure period.
