more important than the fact of anyone being right is the PPS of CDIV.
who would want to but stock in a company that is guaranteed to be ruined? along with the company a persons investment would be in ruins.
CDIV is unfolding as all scams eventually do.
i don't have that feeling with the stocks i am in.
is there something i should be looking for that
i am not? can you show me an example using CDIV?
probably does not make people representing these agencies
happy to read such accuations if it can not be proved.
why would a person invest money in a stock like CDIV if government agencies profit from it's demise?
the people who need to know find out. i make sure of that. isn't this the pyramid type of operation that is being looked at by the SEC for monk and the den at the present time?
it would help to bring in new investment money from newcomers if you would post this verifiable information for CDIV. don't you want to see the PPS go up?
i would not be surprised to see CDIV suspended at market open tomorrow morning. you?
Na Pa - i have a feeling the SEC is looking into other issues with CDIV other than a short position. or at least i hope they are.
holiday gift giving conversation with people i have talked with did not include any memtion of giving any apps from a company called cascadia investments (CDIV). you?
CDIV would take one heck of a lot of Contrarian Investors to jump in to raise the PPS. don't think that is going to happen.
SEC is laying out their case against EIGH at this time?
barchart has CDIV listed as a Strong Sell
wait one - i'll get back with you
monks highly touted chart reading strategy for guaranteed
money making operation is centered on mechanisms that take
away all personal emotion. Right?
monks failed FLD strategy is centered on the most deeply
held emotion of hope.
so CDIV is a stock that is held by shareholders by the emotion
of hope. even as the world crumbles and falls around them they
still have hope.
there can be no arguement that all seasoned traders agree on
one of the most fundamental elements of making money on stocks.
and that key fundamental element is not to become emotionaly
involved with any stock.
Emotion is being pumped very hard with the stock CDIV. no emotion is key when chart trading.
when the price is paid and the story is over there will be no hope left.
the seasoned trader will still be buying and selling based on
a strategy not tied to emotion.
will be interesting to see if monks chart strategy is good enough to stand on it's own.
monk will still be held accountable to the securities violations he has commited.
all of these issues you are focusing on
to support a view of investment strategy
in a penny stock like CDIV. very messy
and no chance but to lose money by holding long.
with all of the changes occuring in 2011
don't you think it would be wise to wait
until then to invest money in penny stocks?
no, i am not worried about the SEC.
yes, buy more CDIV. if it all goes
down the drain we will get em next time.
asking for suspension of a pink sheet stock
owned by shareholders is reckless behavior at best.
PPS for EIGH is holding up very strong. not even close to .0001 yet.
i just don't feel comfortable about investing money
in a company that is being checked out by the SEC.
everyone has their own risk tolerance. unless i see
something from the SEC stating all is good with CDIV
i will continue to be skeptical.
it's important that a company such as CDIV
be squeaky clean. if the SEC suspends trading
in a pink sheet company; they open on the
grey market. investors money is locked up in a
very large to total loss at that point.
no, it is not the sick feeling of being short.
it is something inside me telling me that
CDIV is not a honest business.
something just does not feel right about CDIV
yes, the SEC will protect future shareholders
that is why they suspend trading in corrupt companies
that is why when trading resumes it is in the grey market
why would anyone buy stock in a company that is being
watched by the SEC?
perhaps the person that believes being down 11%
is good is actually short on the stock. maybe
even naked short.
isn't CDIV conducting such a share audit at this time?
or has it stopped for the holidays?
or has it stopped for the SEC?
or has it stopped for more time to develop that killer app?
or has it stopped because the float is locked down?
or has it stopped because the CEO has left town?
you still state that CDIV has no dilution?
total wrong and false information on CDIV? Let the SEC decide.
no, i am not kidding. i believe that there has been front
loading by insiders, dilution by the company, paid touts, and lousy products as a front for a penny stock scam called CDIV.
i believe it will all be brought out in the open in time.
i believe The Seattle Times will have at least one more article
on the scam before closure is brought to the story.
yes, but that run is away from the long arm of the law.
let's see if CDIV makes it past the present level of
difficulities it has encountered before we start trumping
about any future. don't think the future is so bright you
gotta wear shades on this one. i would say this one is
winding down.
yes, there is a very small chance you could
be somewhat correct. but the PPS would have
to be .0001 first. still there are those that
would argue that at .0001 the PPS would still be
in excess of the value of the stock.
it is not wrong. it is very correct.
CDIV can only move up in PPS with a
reverse stock split. CDIV is old, and
battle worn.
no, lonegrey, i did not miss that post. the only way the PPS for CDIV will move up is with a reverse stock split.
yes, a reversal of stock price will happen.
after a reverse stock split.
Load and Lock might be CDIV code for
load up on shares and lock the float.
CDIV is down the john into the sewer. they need to be more responsive to their shareholders.
monk isn't dumping shares at the present time.
volume has been a little low lately.
grey market has a way of slowing down a good pump.
outstanding share count NOBO of the stock CDIV. any update as to when this will be completed? is the company taking the holiday season off?
