JTF, There is a mystery as to just what ABOL owns of MFW and what their share of revs are. I realize they are a Pink, but I wish they would stop acting like a lot of very dodgey ones.
jst, IMO you aren't just being impatient. Games are being played. I hadn't noticed the privately held note. Can you somehow paste that into an em to IR and ask for an explanation?
JACK. I agree that ANYT is under valued. Do you care to speculate on how there could be so much, on high volume, accumulation going on with a virtually static PPS. Unless shares are being fed in to keep it static for the accumulators. 2.2 million shares today. Almost 12% of total admitted float. It has averaged about 5% of the float on a daily basis. Normal market forces???
Bill, that's the same conference but a different page. The one I saw had a longer column on the right. It included the 2009 sponsors. That's where I saw MEW listed. I made a mistake about Martin Marietta being involved. It was Lockheed Martin. GM and Raytheon are participants.
Note: Yesterday there were 500K shares traded in the first 5 minutes. Today, 50 minutes into trading, zero shares have moved.
Open .027. HOD .030. Close .028. Over a million volume. Same story, 15th verse. IMO, whatever's going on with the PPS, it's not in the retail investors interest.
Having said that, I still like ANYT. I saw an announcement, that I can't find now, from a 2010 conference of the USA's freight mover.s myFreight World was listed as one sponsors of the 2009 conference. Other companies involved in the conference included DHL, Emory Freight, Martin Marietta and many other very recognizable firms. myFreight World moves with the heavy hitters of the industry.
Take a look at the profiles of MFW's top personnel. I truly believe that ANYT is the real deal. I think that those of us who can hang on will do well. As soon as the game is played out.

I'll say this-----
Cyofish for SEC Chairman! The few things you have on your list require almost no effort to comply with. We can all come up with good ideas to better regulate Pinks. Another thing that would be very simple would be to require them to issue quarterly status of A/S, O/ S & float. As it is, Pinks have a license to steal.
Is there any defense what so ever for naked shorting?
This seems to be controlled by investors who dont look at I-hub"
Bill, this comment of your's caught my attention. It's not that all or even most investors read iHub. To me the curiosity is that whoever is buying and selling all the ANYT shares lately bear little or no resemblance to normal market forces.
About 3 weeks ago the PPS became nearly static, with a little downward movement. In the past 14 trading days volume has averaged 773K. High to low open and close during the period has been from .034 to .027. The average PPS has been about .028. There have been 7 days when the O/C was flat. 5 days when it varied .001 and one day each at .003 and .004. Given the fairly high volume, it seems odd the PPS would stay in such balance.
Isn't it curious that the those wanting to buy and those wanting to sell is so well balanced? Hmmm.
When I see something I simply don't understand, the old imagination kicks in. Keyword. Imagination.
ANYT appears to be family controlled. Let's say The Family and friends know ANYT will go much higher once they get their ducks in a row. The Family Don wants to see that Family members benefit from their labors. Rather than simply issue them shares, he decides to place a balanced number in the market over a period of time to keep the price low and stable. The FamIly members quietly buy up the shares.
If this was more than my imagination at work, I'd sneak into line and slowly stock up. But I'm nt. Too bad we don't have more folks posting her. It would be interesting to see what other imaginations could come up with while we PATIENTLY???? wait for some kind of shoe to drop.
Oh. I almost forgot. Do your own DD. (Day Dreaming)
" if they are not as favorable as we'd like"
I'm with you, jtf. I do not like being kept in the dark. To me it looks like they are content to let AYNT drift.
I had developed an instinct to not hang on to a pink as it ran. I've beeen pretty lucky at swing trading them by setting a mental sell point and waiting for it to pull back.
MEVT had a different feel. I decided to look at its' sister company, AWSL, and see what its' trading pattern was. AWSL was @ .84 on 8/4, when it started its' sustained run. Since then it has had a very few dips and they only lasted for a day or two. The biggest one was .15 cents. I decided to make AWSL my model, because they have the same management as MEVT.
I've got to admit, I was doubting my MEVT strategy when it dropped to the .80s from $1.30 So I checked on my AWSL model. AWSL hit a high today of $ 4,80 before plummeting to $ 3.02. Now it has recovered to $ 4.19. My new model is in place.
I'm sure MEVT will someday hit a sell point for me, but that point is waaay higher than $1.30.
Thank you Mrs Calabash. Where ever you are!

Cyo, I guess that Swinford would be admitting some culpability by coverig the short fall. It's hard for me to believe he would issues ~ 30 milioln new shares without some inducement from DTC.
I think a more likely situation is that the DTC agreed to pay him to issue the shares, but forced him to agree not to tell the World they had done so. IMO, the DTC will do virtually anything to avoid admitting being responsible for the CTBG debacle.
As for B3B going after CTBG. Fagidaboudit. If I never touch another lawyer, it will be too soon.
JACK, your post didn't address me, but I'm going to jump in. Some see investment message boards as cheer leading platforms. I don't. I see them as places for investors to HONESTLY express their opinions and information. For instance. Did you know ANYT had doubled their A/S? Was that information important to you? It was to me. Do you think it was worth of discussion? I did. Or did you see it as negative information best kept hidden, as was ANYT's apparent intention?
Did you know that myFreight World had been rated as #41 among the Worlds freight forwarders? And # 18 in the USA? (maybe you still don't. You never commented on it while bramabill & I were effusive in our POSITIVE commentary.
About Anything Green. ANYT has now PRd it 3 times since July 27. I would think by now they could give us a hint of the results, IMO repeated PRs on the same subject, with no mention of results is pure fluff.
Actually my sarcastic post on AGO was meant more for ANYT IR, than the board. I know they at least spot check the board. I want them to know what one investor thinks of their PRing techniques. And don't advise me to send them an e-mail. I have. E-mails often go straight to the cyber round file, while publicaly posted criticism hits a little harder.
I'll make up my own mind as to when to sell.
I somehow controlled my impulse to jump up on my desk when I read the AGO PR I can't get my head around selling fresh organic produce online. How does this work? Yuppy Todd and his significant other, Jennifer, need to stock up on fresh veggies. What constitute "stocking up" on fresh veggies? Maybe three meals worth.
So they go to AGO's wbsite (hmm. I wonder how they found it?) AGO connects them to Jupiter & Moonbeam's Mystic Organic Garden. J&M box the order in non-toxic, bio-degradable packing materials and call ---UPS? FedEX? Lance's Clean Fuel Pedicab service?
The delivery service of choice dropps the package at T&J's condo. They have to leave it on the floor, out in the hall , because T&J are at their Green Jobs. The delivery may be in the hall for a while because T&J probably stopped at a homeless shelter to do volunteer work.. "Fresh Veggies"?
Ok. I'm being facetious. But how is AGO going to market their 2nd or 3rd party fresh organic veggies? I guess through distributors. But investors shouldn't be left to guess at something they are putting their money in.
They are moving to at least 50 other cities. Does that mean that the Carolina Experiment is a success? How successful? A little info on that would help.
Talk about $360 million in revenues would be more believable if ANYT's latest financial report showed earnings waaaay north of $30,000 for a 6 month period.
I've said that I like ANYT because their business is built around meat & potato stuff. AGO seems more like pie in the sky. How crass of me. I forgot to mention the part about helping those who are less fortunate.
I still like ANYT, but I'd like to see them better flesh out their past PRs before going Organic & Green.
jtf, I've exchanged a couple of of E-mails with R. Morgan today. He didn't directly answer any of my questions. His replies were polite, but IMO, intentionally obtuse.
I told him that when Pinks increase their A/S there are three possible reasons.
1. to raise money for growth.
2. Raise money to keep the doors open.
3. Sell shares to scam the public.
I Don't copy private e-mils to message boards, but I will share this particular comment, becauseit is important to us all.
"Rest assured that your 3 options id only one relating to ANYT--Expansion Capital"
I told him he had a moral obligation to tell his SH about this very significant event.
I see the Stock Split now. The rascals hid it in the 2nd line of the form in, bold print. Pretty sneaky! LOL.
Now I really don't get it. I only know of two kinds of stock splits. Forward and reverse. Since they have doubled the A/S, I'm assuming a F/S. As I recall they have 134MM O/S with less than 20MM in the public float. This doesn't seem like the model for doubling the A/S for a split.
lglatend, since you regularly get notices like the one you posted, is it common to see a company with less than 10% of their A/S in the tradable float and half their A/S in the Outstanding, suddenly double their A/S for a stock split?
I've already proven I don't know how to read a Nevada filing. And that's just the tip of the ice berg of what I don't know about the stock market. Having said that:
Why would a company that claims to have an 8 MM share buy back in action clear the decks to double the share count? Wouldn't a forward split cut the PPS by the same ratio as the split? Hasn't ANYT talked about moving out of the Pinks? They are selling for .03 cents. They need to be a 50 bagger from there to qualify for a higher listing, don't they?
A stock split makes no sense to me. IMO, the classic reasons for a pink to increase their A/S are:
* Sell shares to raise money for expansion.
* Raise money to keep the doors open.
* Sell more shares to scam the public.
I've already said I don't think ANYT is a scam. I hope they don't need money to keep the doors open.
I'll say it again. They OWE their share holders an explanation--damn quick.
lglatend, thanks for bring this fling to our attention and foryour comments. I like to see as much factual information, as possible, posted on a stock board, good or bad.
I don't see why this is even a hint at a stock split. An increase in authorized shares is often a sign of dilution to come. I'm NOT saying AYNT is a scam, far from it. AYNT has proven infrastructure in the way of facilities and personnel. However scam artists often cover an increase in A/S by saying they are doing it in case an attractive acquisition comes along. While in the background they are printing and selling shares like crazy.
ANYT definitely owes their share holders an explanation of the rationale behind this increase.
Here is an interesting link on avoiding toxic fire retardants.

B2L, I want to make it clear that what I posted was an unconfirmed rumor. However the last court date of Oct 6 has come and gone with no trial. The rumor is that the DTC paid CTBG, not Dial. ITDA paid, with my money, .069 for my share short fall. I talke to couple that paid .10 to buy back shares they sold for less than .015.
As for the Thomas Paine quote. More wisdom of our Founders. To bad today's children are taught so little about them.
Nice to hear from you again, B2L
"my guess it's gross tonnage." Brama, tonnage would have been my guss, but on that basis, how would three manufacturers of pallets, crates and containers have made the list?
$2bhad. I like your current handle A good fit for investing message boards. But have fun with your qusts for a new ID.
$2bhad, You might try BA Jeff. People could then take it to mean Black Angus Jeff or Bad Ass Jeff. You wouldn't be the only one touting personal attributes. Have you ran across 6poundssoft?
I think it's obvious that I'm very pleased with the info from BizWiz!! Here's more. myFreight World's ad on BizWiz. Not a big ad but it is directed directly to it's Market. I hope this long address works.
http://www.bizwiz.com/cgi-bin/bizxsrch.pl?terms=ARGSc.D1n21SEAR6U7LZ2/ktogARRR/oOT1klUg&expedite=56&top100index=Shipping
The more I look at the list, the better myFreight World looks. I noticed that 10 of the US companies that are ahead of MFW are located in port cities. It stands to reason that those companies are in a position to handle vast amounts of freight, in shipping containers, not boxes and pallets, as is the case with motor freight.
I also noticed that three of the US companies that are ahead of MFW are manufacturers of pallets, crates and shipping containers. I wondered what they were even doing on a list of freight forwarders.
A company must be registered with BizWiz to be on the list. Many of the listed companies have a link to an ad with BizWiz. My guess is that the manufacturing companies are on the list so that freight companies can link to their ads.
I had wondered what the basis was for ranking on the list. Dollar value or tonnage? I concluded that it is based on dollar value. Other wise the manufacturers could not have made the list.
The point of al my rambling is that with 10 on the list being in port cities and 3 being manufacturers, MFW is 4 th among inland freight forwarders. To see the company they are in, Bekins is #1.
mf
I took another look at the top 100 list and noted something else that's very encouraging. While they are 41st in the World, they are 18th in the USA. They are more significant than I thought.
In view of their size it kind of puts in perspective how insignificant the small amount of criticism they have gotten, that can be found on the net.
I know there are folks here that are interested in ANYT. This is C&P of a post I just made on that Board.
Good News!!
A friend of mine that knows of my interest in ANYT and myFreight World found a VERY interesting link. It is a rating of the top 100 freight brokers in the WORLD. myFreight World is listed as #41 in thw WORLD!!! I'll take this kind of news over a Pay per Pump news letter any day. I'm going to send the link to ANYT IR and ask them to PR it. Thanks my good friend. You made my day.

jsthefacts, thnks for sharing your Grass Roots experience. The recent ANYT coverage by Grass Roots was the first I've ever heard of them. Unfortunately, most Pay Per Pump investor letters are pure BS, IMO.
Again IMO, ANYT will be trading in a narrow range until they announce latest revs and earnings. I remain optimistic that they will show positive earnings movement.
I've done some more looking to see if MEDT may be a benefit to ANYT. I noted that MEDT dropped below a penny in Oct 2008. They went below .005 in Feb of this year and have been in the low double zeros since. I feel bad for those that have taken a beating in MEDT but if they are benefiting ANYT, ANTY owes us a PR to tell how.
I hadn't notice I had been dropped as an Assistant Moderator. I wonder if it was it something I said?
I've looked into the MEDT / ANYT issue. I too fail to see how the relationship benefits ANYT.,I'm not thrilled with ANYT's PPS but I can see where I think they are headed.
I don't know if the ANYT alliance with Miler is meant as a replacement of NavStar. It could be an expansion into services based on GPS technologies.
It looks to me like most all of ANYT's announced alliances have added sail to the ANYT vessel, while MEDT is more of an anchor they are dragging around.
jsthefacts, You say you read two posted comments on MFW. I only find one in the link you provided. Maybe I'm not navigating the Pissed Consumer site properly, but looks like one negative comment was made and the thread died.
w
The link you made was dated 9/28/09. I remember seeing a similar post several weeks ago, but I can't find it now. It dealt with MFW loading up a credit card charge. It could have been made by the same disgruntled person. Maybe the one I remember was deleted. I hope not.
I finally got around to reading MEVT's posts from the beginning. Two of them jumped out at me. soyanara's thoughtful and somewhat cynical questions and Stock-Whisperer's direct, obviously informed, answers are, IMO, the essence of what Investment Message Boards should be all about. Add to that pisa and JMoola's abilities and we have a winning Board to go along with this winning stock. Thanks to all!

Stock-Whisperer, after reading your posts you seem knowledgeable as to what is going on with this company.
I bought some shares last year and needless to say I haven't done well.
I have some questions and I was hoping you can answer;
1)MSE has exclusive rights to sell in the USA, so why are other companies signing agreements with Megola to sell in the USA?
2) Since new management has taken over last year why has there nothing been done?
No sales..no Press releases
3)Does MSE have to rely on Megola? What if Megola can't perform?
Their stock price is at 2 cents?????
4)Read somewhere this company was to go on the Bulletin Board. Do you have an idea when?
5) This stock is around 30 cents. Where do you see the stock in a month, 3 months, 6 months and a year from now if you had a crystal ball? No matter how stupid the question might be, just fun to speculate and if you can justify it with your reason why
thanks
Mike

Mike, you asked Excellent questions...
I'm going to answer based on what i heard.
The reason why the stock went down is because old management had been double dipping...they had sold the exclusive rights to one group, then sold the exclusive rights again, out the back door, to another group...outright shinannigans....not to mention had been hitting the bids hard with stock they held...
this behavior resulted in a hostile takeover of the company when Mr. Gilles Trahan, acting o behalf of shareholders, was appointed to CEO position...
its an awesome product and those past dealings put everything on hold...The former ceo had also made some very very questionable deals, and seeing how he controlled both companies, it was clearly a conflict of interest.. ,...
There has been a lot done since new management has taken over.....don't think they were on holiday, and as you know, these leagl issues can take a while....there was a lot of loose ends that had to be cleaned up, which are all finally done now, which is why things are starting to heat up....lots of legal issues with old management who had still held too much stock in both companies...im told that these issues are all settled now...
As you know, The rights to one of the primary products was exclusively sold to bluwood, at a very low price by the old managemnt (too low by some standards)...bluwood was suppose to guarantee several million $ in sales...if they did not sell a particular amount by the end of this septemeber, they would simply lose the rights....(hey, end of septemeber ?, thats now !!!....lets see if bluwood held up to their end of the bargain, if not, maybe someone else who is capable will take their place now that the contract has expired....hmmm, lets see what happens)
MSE may not have to rely on Megola...we could even possibly see MSE taking over Megola....time will tell....all megola does is blend 3 different water base chemicals together...thats it...the profit margin are not comparable...i believe they buy the chemicals from the inventor overseas.. althogh MGOA supplies MEVT right now, MEVT has the right to buy the chemicals at rock bottm prices and has "exclusive rights" to sell into U.S.A, despite what old management said...
You will noitce that both Martin Baldwin (former VP from Bank of nova Scotia) and Gilles Trahan are both directors of AWSL too...they are the finance guys behind both deals....also, Geneva Bancorp used to be doing I.R for MEVT and is still the I.R team behind AWSL ....AWSL went from .10 to $2.10 and is holdign strong at around $1.65 on low vol today...this is a sign of strong support, and i beleive it is a result of these financiers...
They will likely bypass BB status in my opinion and go straight to big boards, as AWSL plans to do...you will notice AWSL went from a caveat emptor status, to recently fully reporting....
I dont have a crystal ball, but i expect the stock to perform similar to AWSL, which in my opinion is just starting still...
That means all the way....i expect to possible see hundreds of millions in revenues in BOTH companies...
AWSL hired some strong promo groups who didn't let the stock spike, but rather built a beautiful chart....no hard selling....slow and steady, slow and steady. all the way up..///when i say slow and steady, for a stock to go up over 2000% in 7 months isn't really that slow now is it....AWSL has pulled back slightly, (still up 1600% from whre i bought) but i expect to see it take a run up in october, especially now that the new feed in tariff program has started in ontario.
i heard there is some HUGE news in store for MEVt now that the old mess is all cleaned up.
I cant overemphasize how perfect timing MEVT's eco friendly fire inhibitor products are right now...espceially since obama and the rest of the world are going green.
this is the real deal, and if anyone deserves credibility, after watching AWSL perform, these guys are obviously capable.
i bought in a year ago or so too, at around a $1.00 and have been waiting patiently for now.
i have been averaging down in the last couple of days.
Hope that helped.
MSE ENVIRO-TECH CORP (MEVT) Stock Trading Info:
Anyone interested in MEVT should read the exchange between Stock-Whisperer and soyanara, beginning with MEVT post # 66. A lot of excellent DD and thoughts in a few posts. Also check soy's latest post on MEVT.
Unfortunately, I've hears a rumor that Swinford settled for a very small amount of money and will likely cover the share short fall by issuing more shares.
I've about lost all confidence in all our institutions. Name it. Federal, local and state government, the judicial system, the press, banks and WALL STREET! Every thing is weakened by the Executive, Legislative and Judicial branches of the federal government. And the Watch Dog press is looking the other way.
pisa, you and Stock-Whisperer provided some essential information that was not in today's PR. When I read it my first thought was, "where's the synergy?" What brought MEVT and IMCO together?
Stock-Whisperer pointed out that Trahan and Baldwin both had building experience in the Caribbean. OK. So MEVT will be marketing IMCO products to the building industry in the Carribean .. Good! There's some synergy!
pisa, you linked both men to the Caribbean and to Canada. IMCO is Canadian based. More synergy.
A well written PR should not be a game of "Connect the Dots". I'm glad to see MDVT releasing news, but his PR did not generate a lot of interest. Despite the fact that it has the potential of being major news. If it had been better fleshed out, readers could have seen what brought MEVT and IMCO together and likely realize what a good fit it is.
This post is meant to be constructive. I hope that anyone that may have Management's ear will pass on my thoughts.

chrissy, I had been out of the Market for over a year. I was surfing iHub and ran across an old friend of mine that was posting on a couple of boards that you and some others here were on. I contacted him and he put me on to some of the plays that the Alliance was into.
I did some DD and decided to ease back into the Market, based on some of the aforementioned plays. Long story short. In a little over 2 months, I've more than doubled my Scottrade account.
I'll be a frequent visitor to your Palace.
jsthefacts, I don't know what's going on with ANTY, but I haven't given up on them. There is some Evidence of Life.
They have submitted two Revisions to their June 30, 2009 filings and have had an Attorney's Letter sent to Pink Sheets, attesting to the contents of the filing. To me, ANYT obviously plans to move forward.
FWIW. I looked at the Revised Filing and couldn't see what had been revised.
Most Pinks are touting a cure for some disease, a new green energy day dream, or an Oil & Gas wetdream. They seem to always be waiting for a patent to be approved, FDA approval, or a drilling rig that never shows up. I call it Pink Sheet Unobtanium.
I remain optimistic that ANYT will make us money because they are involved with meat and potato goods and services. The things they sell have already been invented. No waiting for Unobtanium! I just wish they would SHOW US THE MONEY!!!
News from today.
Thanks for your comments, JACK.
(PINKSHEETS: ANYT) announced the expansion of its Anything Marketplace with the launch of its Anything Green Online website (www.anythinggreenonline.com). The actual kickoff of the program in real-time is beginning the first week of October and includes the promotion of Organic and Regular Produce that supports a healthy lifestyle by eating healthy and helps those in need by contributing a percentage of each purchase to local charities and food pantries. Anything Green Online is committed to providing affordable organic and regular vegetables and fruits to our online shoppers that encourage a healthier lifestyle by eating healthy foods. Encouraging local growers to become an integral part of this program will also lead to more jobs in the communities we serve.
Tim Norton, a senior executive of the company with responsibility for the Anything Brands Online Operation, stated, "In early 2009, with the encouragement of several socially oriented organizations and with the direct participation of Marc Schechtman, a pioneering force in Organic Foods, the project embarked on a nationwide effort designed to improve the lives of less fortunate citizens beginning with its pilot model in North Carolina." The company opened its fifth market segment as Anything Green Online (www.anythinggreenonline.com). The Anything Green Online formula targets consumers that can afford to purchase and, as a result of their purchase, enable the company to donate a percentage of their purchase to local food banks and other charitable organizations in their local communities. Anything Brands Online expects to expand the program to over 50 cities throughout the United States in the next 12-18 months, with revenues of approximately 360 million dollars. Approximately 10% of each produce order will be contributed to those in need.
Wataire's process is not even close to an air conditioner. It's closer to a dehumidifier. The high electrical consumption of an air conditioner is related to the compressor and blower motor. The dehumidifier feature of an air conditioner reslts in little of the total electrical consumption.
ANYT is one of those rare Pinks that are actually generating revs on a regular basis. They are current on filing financials. with Pink Sheets.Com. They are making a profit. When you call ANYT, myTrucker of Anything Trucker you can talk to a human. myTrucker has been in business for 20 years. Anything Truckers management has over 30 years in the trucking business.
If you follow pinks, you know Anything Brands is set apart from hundreds of others. Every thing I listed is publically available information. As JACK said, call the Companies for more information.
I see you are new to iHub. Are you familiar with the expression "Do your own DD"?.
upordown, do you think Navstar is a bogus company or one that is diluting to grow the business?
To paraphrase late Texas U coach Drrell Royal, when speaking about the forward pass. There are three kinds of dilution and two of them are bad.
The three reasons, as I see them are, first the good one.
Growth. The two bad ones are to keep the doors open and out and out scams. Where do you think NavStar fits? TIA
Correction: NavStar's agreement is with Anything Trucker, not myTrucke4. However the agreement will involve myTrucker and Anything Brands. This from the PR announcing that the agreement is final:
Anything Trucker (www.anythingtrucker.com) and Anything Brands Online myFreightWorld division (www.3plinabox.net) will leverage their technology capabilities and sales force to provide equipment, software and related services to trucking and other commercial transportation companies in the US.
myTrucker's associate, NavStar, put out two new PRs today. One announced a marketing agreement with a distributor in the Philippines and the other covered an agreement with a Canadian software developer.
Neither of these agreements directly involve ANTY or myTrucker, but both transactions should boost NavStar's viability and market acceptance. A healthy NavStar will benefit ANTY and myTrucker.
