Yes...I triple checked (had to make sure you guys are not lying...lol)...it does work out to be $209/sq meter...and if I am not mistaken...that translates into $848,536-$1,272,804/acre (assuming that there are 2,357 acres)...however, I think that the estimated $2-3 billion was referring to the COST OF DEVELOPMENT...not how much PYPR paid for the land...it doesn't say how much that PYPR paid for the land...(i myslef would be interested to find that out though)...

This does seem like a pricy venture...but the numbers are definitely NOT unrealistic...prime real estate...such as in Panama...such as in where PAYPRO OWNS LAND...could very well...double...in lets say...15 years( estimated time of completion)...if not triple...

If Donald Trump is buying property down there...you can bet your a@@ that the property is not going to come cheap.

I dunno guys...PYPR sure did ride this one down to the wire...I don't know why they bothered stating that financials would be released on or BEFORE the 15th...seems to me that it was there intention all along to release them on the 15th...why not just say so?

Perhaps they wanted the "rumor mill" to get going...so people would go ahead and buy in...afraid that they might miss the opportunity to buy in before the Q was released...(play on the "fear factor")

There is a small part of me that thinks that we might not even see financials tomorrow...and that they may take an extension...which they are allowed to do. However, as i stated before, this would affect the credibility of the company. Not a good thing.

At any rate, I guess that I will go to sleep tonight feeling like a kid on Christmas Eve...wondering what Mike Terrell is going to leave me under the PayPro tree tomorrow...

Good Morning Everyone...Shall we break past the .0075 resistance today?

no one is saying that we CAN'T reach .015 by Friday...I AM saying however that it is UNLIKELY...look at the stock's trend...we would have to have a .002 gain per day until Friday...we have been moving up by .0005 per day...and there is no guarantee that financials will be released on Wednesday (this is not necessarily a bad thing). Companies can get an extension...and if I am not mistaken, Pink sheet companies are not REQUIRED to report financial earning. Definitely not saying that PYPR is not going to report...just stating the facts. They may however exercise their right to an extension. Personally, I would like to see the stock run some more before financials come out...it would be better for the PPS. It could however hurt the companies credibility...promising something and then not delivering as expected...

But you never know...I could be wrong...I guess that only time can tell in this case. I am holding on to my position regardless.

One thing is certain though. There is more than likely going to be a lot of resistance @ .01 (not to mention .0075)...and a lot of people selling off shares when it hits .01(stupid IMO)...don't forget to take that into consideration. We will more than likely see a dip back to subpenny level, and then the PPS will recover.

IMO...we will see a close around .01 Friday (if that)... .015 possibly next week. .04 is wishful thinking. Think...if someone invested $1,000 @ .005...they would profit $7,000 if it were to hit .04...there would be a frenzy. People would be profit taking left and right...causing the PPS to most likely drop.

Slow and steady is the way to go...I don't want to see this thing sky rocket in a day...people start to panic when that happens...and more often then not...the PPS drops just as quickly as it went up.

IMO...I don't think that we see .015 by Friday (as much as I would like to)...mainly because:

1) That would have to be more than a 100% gain by Friday(or a gain of .002 per day) ...not impossible by any means...but unlikely

2) Resistance @ .0075...hopefully we will blow past this tomorrow...however...IMO...it may take financials to break past resistance.

2) "Flippers" are and will be out in full force...especially once financials are released.

3) IMO...there will be a massive sell off after financials are released (assuming that financials are even released this week)...causing the PPS to dip. Weak hands will be selling of course.

Not being pessimistic...just being realistic...I can live with gaining .0005/day...slow and steady...
