Yes...I triple checked (had to make sure you guys are not lying...lol)...it does work out to be $209/sq meter...and if I am not mistaken...that translates into $848,536-$1,272,804/acre (assuming that there are 2,357 acres)...however, I think that the estimated $2-3 billion was referring to the COST OF DEVELOPMENT...not how much PYPR paid for the land...it doesn't say how much that PYPR paid for the land...(i myslef would be interested to find that out though)...

This does seem like a pricy venture...but the numbers are definitely NOT unrealistic...prime real estate...such as in Panama...such as in where PAYPRO OWNS LAND...could very well...double...in lets say...15 years( estimated time of completion)...if not triple...

If Donald Trump is buying property down there...you can bet your a@@ that the property is not going to come cheap.

And as far as the person on the website is concerned, he obviously did not pass Pre-Algebra in middle school. Probably shane67.
