So how does a RTO work? Let's say Company A is publicly traded but is experiencing hard times, while Company B is privately held, has a lot of cash and wants to go public. With a reverse takeover, Company B gains control of Company A and forces it to absorb Company B as a subsidiary. Company B then essentially becomes publicly traded using Company A's ticker symbol.

Remember this was up 12000% so profits were taken, way over bought. Now this can get very scary for some as we go lower but I do believe it will go back up and retest that .086 again , but now must find a bottom and just maybe at .015 or anything lower would be a bonus IMO. Time will tell I guess.
