I am sure they are gone. I don:t believe that the Wyoming so could be filed with a new president, director, and address if MMG still had any involvement in it anymore. I have experience in forming an LLC, and I believe that would be illegal to do. Before signing the documents you are warned of the consequences of mis information, and that includes.imprisionment.

I have no doubt that MMG is completely out.

I believe the hold up is filing to become current, and has nothing to do with control of EEGI. MMG also said they are out and the new company is in.

In my opinion someone is trying to cast doubt as a scare tactic.

Has anyone emailed EEGI@email.com and received a reply in the last 3 weeks? I have emailed them 5 times in 3 week and no reply. If anyone has would you share that info with us? Has anyone seen any Twitter posts for EEGI for August 2017?

The news seems to be the missing piece of this puzzle. Everything else is coming together quite nicely because of all the DD that has been done by everyone involved.
