I'm the one that's been saying that. There were 2 trials somehow related & the 1st one, locksmith vs vplm, locksmith won & vplm had to pay approx $600k (damages, interest & legal fees) to locksmith. Now the 2nd trial had vplm winning but I don't know what the hell they won? The shares never went to locksmith, they were frozen by Sawyer @ the TA & I guess now unfrozen, but vplm still had to pay locksmith that $600k.

The hi price of lowly plus one coins over the past year was about 5x higher than vplm... hahahahahahahalolololol

And I didn't notice a single word about procecution or sanctions against these judges. So they all were either allowed to get away with it or it's not illegal in the 1st place.

Poor vplm has been hovering around 1 cent for about 3 months now. Tsk, tsk.. And it hasn't seen 2 cents for around 5 months & far more than a year since seeing 3 cents. That's pitiful all things considered, especially with all the so called good news the pro side keeps announcing. And this is supposed to be with multi billion dollar patents that control the entire Voip world.

That is something some just don't seem to have the capacity to understand & it's not just value... Validity also lends NO PROOF of efficacy or need. In fact it means nothing more than the very fact it is a patent allowed by the USPTO. Historically, it just doesn't take all that much to be allowed as a patent. I think the majority of all patents never show any value at all. And as far as an insurance policy to protect the patents from infringement, well, vplm is the poster child to show how that has worked out for it.....

Oh, and on the DEAL or NO DEAL front, looks like the usual......NO DEAL. (surprise, surprise, surprise).

In addition Market knows far more than any individual opinion here. It is a compilation of ALL the knowledge held by investors, used, then expressed as the current pps. If the "news" was truly good & not just the fluff it is, there would be a commensurate rise in buying. Not seeing much of that. By the same token, if the patents were "ALL THAT" (as opposed to the 10 yrs of BS propaganda designed to garner new shareholders & sell fiat shares), then they would have been bought long ago & lots of licenses sold.

Regarding the Nevada case outcome, imo, it's yet another case like the IPRs, wherein for vplm, nothing gained/nothing lost. No shares were EVER "coming back" because they never left. They were simply frozen at the TA. This was known ever since the beginning back in 2014 or so, when Sawyer stated the shares were frozen. So now they are no longer frozen. The were vplm's shares to begin with & still are. Nothing gained, nothing lost. PLUS....vplm had to pay $355k+ ($530k), so I guess there IS that loss. If you wanna call that "a win", far out. Plus, what are those shares worth now?

I think "sitting in the best pile of crap ever!"...was the most eloquent & analogous.. It takes one heleva "billion dollar baby", to change the very meaning of "patience is a virtue"... But even tho the Emu occasionally uses it, we know who is really responsible. Say it enough times and...

I hope it wasn't any sort of life changing loss. Sounds like you got in around 9 cents or so.. Long time since it's seen that.. Years.. And it's very doubtful to me it will ever see that again.. But you never know with all the pumps & MM manipulation, so hang in and maybe at some point, hopefully, you can at least recoup SOME of the losses. I know you ain't counting on it at this point, but hey, you never know. Good luck on that. And no, not doing so great, but there are those worse off than me so I try to remember that.

I 1st got in at 2 cents but quickly got averaged up to around 8 cents while I still believed in vplm. I wised up before it was too late & swing traded to recoup all the losses, plus a healthy profit plus left with a bunch of shares & vowed to never buy again. Good thing I stuck to that otherwise I'd have lost again since then...

No need to check up on your investment everyday. Check about once a year or so, as this place is so steady, nothing ever changes so you'll never miss a thing! It's a penny today & it'll be a penny tomorrow & next year....er, that is til the next round of subpennies.

And it never will because it's a front for selling fiat stocks as their only revenue & doing so for the past 10 yrs.

And another scenario is the Emu is known for not filing info until HE feels the time is right, such as the many millions of shares he disposed of which I believe were supposed to be reported right away or within 60 days & he waited like 2 yrs on NUMEROUS occasions. In my opinion there should've been at least some kind of sec sanctions, but the fact nothing was done shows me how dependable the sec is..........NOT!

I think vplm is the poster child for what can be gotten away with on the good ol otc.

Recently I said that dismissal w/o predudice does not make sense w/a settlement. Using common sense, I said it would have to be a dismissal with predudice to make sense. Just happened upon this & it seems to fully agree:
