If you mean using SMS codes, like what Comcast is doing, your right, but they will be limited to the features that SMS offers.
If any company wants the features of a Voice Keyword they will have to get it from Go800.
Everyone needs to know the difference in the features between SMS and Voice Keywords. The facts are out there. Many here know them, very few don't.
Potential new investors need to understand the difference, this is important.

Universal is important, comcast's code is good only to get an eventual call back from Comcast only.
Go800 can be used by any company, (universally) and the response is immediate.
Comcast cannot offer what go800 can.
If they could they would be offering it. I don't see it anywhere on the earlier link to comcast4u.
You are correct, go800 does not always connect to person, it can be a call center or even a recording, whatever the customer chooses.
lucyphone, sumotext, etc. have been dissected here before, not close to what go800 does. Comcast is actually quite late to the SMS party.
I understand your point that companies are using SMS more and more. (please take the time to see the difference), that is making it easier for me to sell Voice Keywords.
It's wonderful when I speak to a decision maker that is already using SMS in a ad campaign. So you are correct the increased demand for SMS is helping the next generation, "text to connect", and Go800 is the only company on the planet that offers this service. This not opinion, but fact.

Your right, not one click, not counting scrolling and voice prompts.
Typing in a V word is a minimum of 3 touches (clicks), more if you have an old phone. I don't want to split hairs on which way is quicker. For this discussion I agree with you as they are "equal".
(Side note, when I am showing how Voice Keywords work on my very old, outdated phone, I type in 46800 to show them, instead of going to the contact, it is 9 presses before I type the Voice Keyword. It is done fast and it makes it clear.)

One process is a V word in an address book, the other process is using a V word as a Voice Keyword.

You do not need to know price structures if you read the script, and you don't have to know how to sell, that's the beauty of this pre qualifying idea.
Your right about it not being a great deal for companies. For some companies it does not make sense, for others it's perfect.

Just a reminder of thanks to everyone that has given ideas for Ambassadors to work.
That being said, I have no problem finding good ideas and good leads, they are literally everywhere.
I will remind everyone, especially the posters that complain about the same thing over and over and have no control over those items; here is something you can control, (if you choose), work one lead and only one lead, and qualify them. Then pass it on to an ambassador. One qualified prospect is worth 20 leads or ideas.
I have mentioned this before, and have yet to receive one qualified lead. Work just one. When the decision maker says no, move to another. No more than one at a time. I work about 40 at a time.
Sample script to a business owner whose business depends on incoming phone calls: "Would you like to know how you can get more potential customers to call you, using your existing ads, without these people having to use or even know your telephone number?"
If they say no, tell them thank you, good bye.
Any other response, including any questions, simply say "Would it be alright if I had someone explain how this works to you. It will take one minute, and you can test it for free, if you like, I promise no hard sell"
If they say "ok" You have just pre-qualified and lead and we now have a qualified prospect. Closing rate just went off the chart.

No threat, no comparison, they do not and will not make much money. I spoke to the ceo of Sumotext down in Little Rock and told him to text SUMOTEXT to 46800, think he pooped his pants when his phone rang in 3 seconds.

Now do your own dd, ignore posters who start by saying "I think it's pretty obvious" or they want to share their "beliefs" or say they know what "everyone" is thinking or saying. It's all just made up garbage, not even worthy of saying IMO, and based on no facts at all. Some people have no clue what is going on, have no idea what they own, and on top of it all do nothing to help.
Everybody, qualify one lead tomorrow and pass it on to an Ambassador.
