Before we actually announce that we hope to finally get a gas staion up and running. Lets pump the public market with fluff and misguided press releases, offer lots of incentives to get folks to buy more and then, (and here's the real kicker) on the eve of a holiday reverse them all out and make them lose almost their entire investment...

... then let the PPS drop 80 pecent... then after smashing their heads in we'll sit back and then watch them come back right into the fold....

Here's a great stoy... lets lease a gas station, one that is defunct and went out of business, and then go public. Lets offer the leasing company loads of free trading stock in lieu of cash and waalaaa, scores of folks will throw money at us and even defend us to naysayers.

Your average gas station owner buys a gas station. This guy actually leases one--LOL (no dough) and I bet you (the ranch) the deal is for tons of stock and tons of dilution and tons of conversions in return for the use of the stations.

Maybe these peeps finally read the last press release carefully and saw all the hedging and crafty language. They they looked up the old PRs about announcing new gas stations and saw they recinded all those deals, and then read the new language and saw it's the same BS wording as the old wording.

TARKA-- how much profit does the average gas station owner make when every car driving by uses his product? Answer that. Now answer what happens when that gas station only has fuel for 5 percent of cars that drive by. Do the math.

Maybe folks read the financial disclosures now that some attention is give to the stock. That would not help.

Same ol' BS crafty and non-committal language in PR. This announces nothing and see final bullit point. STILL NOT A SINGLE DEAL!

They recanted all past station deals. (why announce them if DD was not done-- yes only to pump you schmoes and then stick it in the bottom of a release that says ooopesss we didn't mean it...LOL)

Why no PR on the "alliance"-- is it due to the fact that the new company will be getting millions and millions of (dilution) shares for the "alliance"?

If they are days away, why not wait and post real news?

Me too. EVRM went from 002 to over 5 cents in '09 on just two PRs and no revenue. So when EVRM does post some solid news and revenue the PPS certainly should match that spurt and then some. That's the play here and I'm in.

This thing has been hanging on .01 for weeks with no news. It was bound to dip to 00s. No surprise here. Does not look like a plummet or panic mode.

May linger in high 00s until news or maybe bounce to 01-ish as that is where some folks are letting shares go.

BTW, I called Transfer Agent to get current share structure as of either end of Q4-09 or as of today. They are gagged.

Again, I know i'm blind...LOL, but as per their own most recent filing they have almost no revenue, lots of debt, tons of convertibles and they themselves say their operation is high risk.

Prehaps that is why it's so low.

Usually when a stock is depressed, flat or down the cheerleaders break out the POM POMS. That is not happening here and that actually bodes well here-- in my opinion.

And pinksheets.com only lists market cap and not SS. Based on some DD just from filings, that listed market cap is plain silly.

I'm new to this board and always looking for a goos play. This company says it plans to upgrade to "limited" on pinksheets.com. That sounds like being a little pregnant. Why not plan to upgrade to meets "current" tier which says they at least want some level of transparency? Is the TA gagged here? I did not see current share structure? What is it?
