I believe his banker's mindset makes him very conservative in his marketing of SFOR. He doesn't put out fluff PRs like other pink sheet listed stock CEOs do. I appreciate that. Also, I believe corporate legalities are of paramount importance to the man. He will serve no wine (information) before its time!
If any corporation is in the position to outbid all others it is Singapore Telecom. They have $92 Billion in assets!
None of us will know for sure until we read the year-end 10-K report that will capture those holiday sales figures.
Like you, I'm not positive it is QVC or HSN either. Nobody knows what Mark was alluding to when he used that murky phrase "TV store". He obviously had a gag order from the "TV store". All I'm saying is that QVC is a possibility. So I am reserving my criticism of Mark Kay until the QVC Tech Weeks are over on February 18th. Then, and only then will I e-mail him and ask what gives.
Yeah, I found that fascinating also. IMHO the judge was sending a very clear message to the power behind the Trustwave throne. Their 97% owner is Singapore Telecom, Asia's largest telecom provider. The judge was likely aware Sing/Tel had rolled out their OOBA mobile banking service to their Asian customers in October. Too bad SFOR's international patent is still pending!
QVC Tech Weeks span the timeframe of 2 Feb through 17 Feb. Since it is their channel they determine what category of goods are shown at what time. They have the discretion to reschedule as they see fit. Of course Mark Kay or any vendor could say nothing about it. QVC vendors must abide by a confidentiality agreement before showing. QVC says jump and all vendors must ask how high?
QVC calls the scheduling/rescheduling shots not the vendors! IF SFOR, and that is if, is going to be a QVC vendor and they have not appeared on QVC by 18 Feb that is when I will e-mail Mark Kay and inquire not March. Look at the QVC schedule. Tech weeks are clearly in February, not March. How did you get March as the showing month?
You're right of course.
I've got to focus on getting those letters to the rest of the US House of Representatives papa p. We have a closing window of opportunity to get Senators & Representatives engaged on the military COMSEC I-Phone issue. The US "Anti-Hacking Plan" has a 90 day suspense to be on the President's desk!
Rest assured our Blank Rome lead attorney, Mr. Wolfe will take no prisoners in this matter. Their choice is simple IMHO, settle or take the chance of having treble damages won in court by SFOR.
Tear 'em up Mr. Wolfe! (or, you don't get a thin dime since you're working on contingency. that tells me you're confident of legal victory).
The most important line IMHO being the date of the 698 patent. Ram definitely has the bubble on this 2-FA, OOBA for mobile devices. Nobody else beat him to the punch!
Easy, the magnitude of the increase in sales figures that will capture holiday shopping both on-line and in-store. There were many times Amazon.com listed Guarded ID and Mobile Trust in the 1st and 2nd place in network security and/or "most desired" list.
Next 2 dozen US Representatives written about the SFOR solution to the military issue I-Phone COMSEC problem, Mobile Trust, version 3 include from Missouri Billy Long and Jason Smith. From Montana Rayan Zinke. From Nebraska: Jeff Fortenberry, Don Bacon, Adrian Smith, Dina Titus. Mark Amodei, Jacky Rosen and Kikuen Ruben. From New Hampshire Carol Shea-Porter and Ann Kuster. From New Mexico Michelle Lujan Grisham.
These will go out in the Monday morning post via first class.
With QVC Mark Kay or any other vendor doesn't call the shots! They do. It's their show. They do the scheduling and rescheduling. You still don't understand this?
After Action Report filed by squire Sancho Panza. Don Quixote has reached the halfway point of his quest. As you'll recall from the last report he tilted at all 100 US Senate windmills while shouting crazily about the SFOR solution to the military issue COMSEC problem, Mobile Trust, version 3. He then turned his mad focus to an even larger wind farm, the US House of Representatives. I am pleased to report Don Quixote has reached the half-way point today in tilting at these windmills, 217 remain to be charged at. He is resolved to finishing off this batch by the end of February as the 90 day clock is ticking on the Nation's "Anti-Hacking Plan". Don Quixote wants SFOR to be included at least in the military section for his kin and their comrades in uniform. He humbly asks your help in this quest and encourages you to write your US Representative before plan submission to President Trump. He told me "Sancho, it is a good fight!" Cervantes.
I agree. Once the year end 10-K and 1st Q reports come out showing those increasing sales you mention it'll be off to the races! Like you I see a buyout offer or even competing offers being tendered at that time IMHO.
Good to see the guy Mark Kay hired in marketing has been striving to be a contributing member to team SFOR. Thanks for the summary of the marketing efforts. He's definitely worth his salt IMHO!
Next 2 dozen US Representatives written about the potential SFOR solution to the military issue I-Phone COMSEC problem, Mobile Trust, version 3, include the following from Michigan: Sander Levin, Paul Mitchell, Dave Trott, Debbie Dingell, John Conyers Jr. and Brenda Lawrence. From Minnesota: Timothy J. Walz, Jason Lewis, Erik Paulsen, Betty McCollum, Keith Ellison, Tom Emmer, Collin C. Peterson and Rick Nolan. From Missouri: William Clay Jr., Ann Wagner, Blaine Luetkemeyer, Vicky Hartzler, Emanuel Cleaver and Sam Graves. These were just hand carried and deposited in the PO box to be picked up at 5 PM.
It's a simple truth that QVC vendors dance to QVC's tune. IF, and that is if QVC is the "TV store" they call the scheduling/rescheduling shots not the vendors.
IMHO QVC is a "TV store". You are entitled to your opinion as I am mine. If it is QVC their tech weeks span the timeframe 2 Feb through 17 Feb. We'll see who is right within that timeframe.
They own both convertible notes and stock options. IMHO they will exercise those options once the pps is well North of their option price to be able to establish their personal large positions cheaply. This sounds mercenary, but that's exactly how I would play it if I were a corporate officer.
You're absolutely right! Madams et Mansours place your bets! I'm betting on SFOR in full knowledge this is a high risk/high payoff, speculative investment.
I agree with your second theory since I don't see Mark Kay as a tease. He's always been a straight shooter with me. I view SFOR as a flea on an aggressive dog, ACS. They are a distributor to the Federal Government & large corporations which play their cards close to the chest with NDAs. Both are loathe to advertise just what defensive software they will be using for obvious reasons. I also agree that "with the lawsuits, any talks of deals are kept secret to protect privacy and avoid embarrassment" in front of their customers.
I'm patient until 2/18. QVC has its Tech Weeks starting 2/2 and ending 2/17. If there has been no "TV shopping" presence by then I'll be calling Mark Kay on the next business day 2/21 to inquire.
I perfectly understand that IF SFOR will be a QVC vendor they had to adjust to QVC's rescheduling for that time frame. Any QVC vendor has to dance to their tune. What I won't understand, is if there is no "TV shopping" presence on QVC or any other outlet by 2/18.
Agreed. "Flippers gonna flip". IMHO though they take the chance of being on the wrong side of the trade when news hits the wires concerning one of the 9 catalysts. They may find themselves chasing the pps North. Very sad for them.
Yeah, shorts must be developing large armpit stains. Those who exited their position earlier today must also be reconsidering.
The IBM deal you mentioned in your post # 131277 of course. Did you forget what you wrote? Also, please read the most current info regarding IBM's business partner Maverick Stealth posted by Jtech in his post # 131287 (thanks Jtech!). As far as the pps being at .005 what are you talking about? It's .0056!

Because the stock market is closed on Good Friday it is Monday, April 17th.
"The desire for constant action irrespective of underlying conditions is responsible for many losses in Wall Street even among the professionals, who feel that they must take home some money every day, as though they were working for regular wages"
"Buy right sit tight" "Men who can both be right and sit tight are uncommon" "Don't give me timing, give me time" Jesse Livermore
the 20th century's greatest stock trader. Longs know what they own with SFOR.
The deal with IBM is relevant because it gives credibility to SFOR IT. If a company with the longevity and market share of IBM made a deal with SFOR, that speaks volumes to me.
Check the QVC schedule. Their tech weeks span the timeframe 2/2 through 2/17. If QVC is the "TV shopping" provider, SFOR as a vendor, would have to dance to their tune based on any rescheduling QVC did.

Mike Pompeo is now the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency & co-chair of the National "Anti-Hacking Plan" committee so I sent his letter to Langley.

From Louisiana: Steve Scalise, Cedric Richmond, Clay Higgins, Mike Johnson, Ralph Abraham and Garret Graves. My Maine Representatives were not written since I visited their field offices this summer and briefed their senior staffs. One from Maryland, Andy Harris finishes this batch. I'm walking to the post office now to mail these first class.
Kay promised "No R/S". We haven't had one in over 14 months now. Yet, that rumor keeps on raising its ugly head, unbelievable! Get it straight from the horses mouth. Call Mark Kay directly and ask him to resolve any doubts you have about the R/S issue.
Great information that definitely clarifies the Blank Rome confidentiality workings on the SFOR case. Thank you for finding and sharing that with us.
SFOR does not follow the DOW! Neap tide is a 2 week lunar directed low tide. Let's carry on the conversation in two weeks to see if "the tide is lifting this boat" or "this boat is sinking". O.K.?
No I don't! SFOR is a real company, increasing its sales of the right, real products at exactly the really right time. In addition it has a real good law firm (BR) defending its real IP after it brought to heel a real big IT company, Microsoft with a settlement of $9.7 million real dollars and a real NDA license agreement.

Every letter counts!
President Trump has only been in office since 1/20. He just tasked the co-chairs of the National "Anti-Hacking Plan" task force to submit their report in 90 days. That's in April! Then and only then will solutions be chosen for implementation on a National basis. I understand if this doesn't meet your timeline. However, you should understand unless there is a national emergency like 9/11 Washington doesn't work that fast.
Laissez les bons temps rouler! as they say in New Orleans.
