Great news for the company & share holders! This is going to be an exciting year for 3DICON!

I totally agree with all the posts of IAMTHEWALRUS! 3DICON has it's team of experts working to commercialize. C-SPACE. The team is hard at work trying to obtain materials partner, obtaining federal grants, & who knows as potential contracts or partners. It all boils down to whether you believe in the product or not! I do & accept all the risks with this stock. I for one shall remain positive about 3Dicons future . News should be coming soon from management . Keep your chins up guys!

A letter to a Tulsa newspaper is INSANE!!! This is a PENNY STOCK....not some major stock like P&G, J&J, etc. There are no requirements here for any stock holders meeting! You are just stirring the pot & causing even more costs to a company who is struggling to commercialize a great technology! The last 2 company news reports should have told you that they are at the breaking point of commercializing c-space! I will not participate in such a shameful event!!

Folks....it ain't over till the fat lady sings! I haven't heard any singing yet! I vote for scenario 1! Just look at the last 2 company news alerts. TDCP is ready to pounce onto the world with C-SPACE! GLTA!

3Dicon may not be able to explain all the ins & outs of c-space due to competition, government military applications, homeland security ,etc. I agree with Abby, our management is on the right track to commercialize c-space. Our country needs this technology now! I'm looking forward to an exciting new year praying for joy, love, health, & prosperity!

Terrific News! Had surgery & missed the exciting event. I believe Raytheon committed to help 3dicon if they managed to get government contracts. I believe this little company will be a household name in the near future. Then you, your children, grandchildren, & great great grandchildren will reap the rewards of this Blessinng! I will not be part of a lynching party! There are too many facts to prove that c-space is a real device/technology! 3DIcon wouldn't have been able to apply for the government grants if they didn't have c-space! Plus they have all the patents to prove of c-space existence ! You can rant & rave all you want to the SEC. They will look at the patents & ignore you claims of fraudulence . Please be patient like the rest of us long time investors. You will receive your reward in the end.

I will say again...... I would never jokingly say that anyone hAs alziehmers disease! The CEO'S past & present at 3DIcon are highly educated individuals! These remarks are very childish & have nothing to do about the stocks! It's taking a low blow to an individual! I totally agree with you! The Best Is Yet To Come! If this were a scam, then 3DIcon wouldn't have placed 1st out of 42 applicants for the Ocast Grant. Plus all of those major corporations wouldn't have even bothered with letters of support such as Boeing & Raytheon. In addition the USAF wouldn't have bothered to make not 1 but 2 visits to see C-SPACE. Do you honestly think the government would have accepted 3DIcon's applications for government grants if they didn't have a device? Finally, then why all the expensive patents? It is extremely difficult to obtain 1 patent..... But 3DIcon has multiple patents!! Heads are going to turn when this Baby is unveiled to the world! Then there will be those left behind in the dust as this Penney stock explodes soaring to extremely high levels! I feel blessed to know about this stock from my baby brother! He was blessed to have found out through a very good church friend. My brother shared this information with all 7 of his siblings as a Blessing of Prosperity! I researched the product, it's diverse applications, & the company. I believe in c-space ! The management believes in c-space! They hired an expert , Mark, to commercialize c-space! NO WORRIES!

Maybe Mark will write one last letter for the investors. I know that his focus is now commercializing c-space. In which I consider this news as very positive for 3 DIcon. Hopefully, Victor or Mark will updAte us soon. They maybe waiting on the results of their grant applications to the government . I'm sure Mark is talking to potential customers/government/corporations etc... So take advantage of these low share prices. I believe that the sp will be higher next year.....jmo.

Well said posts! Our development of technologies is what makes America so great ! I believe everything is going well at 3DIcon's lab. For Mark wouldn't have handed the reins over to Victor. I'm hoping for great news this month. As for c-space, Mark said that it was completed except for the lens. I'm willing to bet they are working on platform 1. I for one will patiently wait..... No worries!

I believe that Mark realized that he had accomplished what was needed to be done as intermin CEO. Now, he has the room to get c-space unveiled to the world. I feel that 3 DIcon will have a full government grant. This technology is so desperately neede in this world! Just think about last weeks shootings at LAX! Our airport security needs to be upgraded in a high technological wAy. Here comes c-space! Plus our borders need a device that can easily scan vehicles & trucks. IMO as a nurse, 360 degree view is better than 50 degrees! Especially if you have a trauma patient, you need to see the entire picture from every angle! I for one will be long with 3DIcon based upon the diversity of the product & it's technology. I'm not worried about the company based on the fact that they hold all the patents. Plus, all the big interest from major corporations with their letters of support & the visits by the Air Force! Winning the grant out of 42 applicants was very impressive! Plus the outstanding comments by the judges about the marketing plan with only moderate risk for the investors! These are FACTS! I for one will say that Mark & the entire crew has been working hard for the company & the investors! Now there is a strong possibility of government grants! When we all make outstanding profits from c-space, it would be nice if everyone expressed their great appreciation to everyone at 3DIcon! 3DIcon is still open for business. So, I am keeping the faith. My choices are to remain positive or to be negative. I choose to remain positive. As far as a r/s, I'm not going to worry about it until I come to that bridge. These penny stocks are volital & risky. I accepted those risks when I purchased the stocks. I have spoken with Judy in the past. I left her a message to tell everyone at 3DIcon how much I appreciated all the hard work on developing c-space. She called me the next day. Judy is a professional representing 3DIcon to the investors. I know that she has her hands full of work to be done for the company. I would never ask for inside information from her. She must have worlds of patience & grace to handle some of the rude calls from investors. I am remaining positive we"ll hear from Mark hopefully tomorrow.

Let's just hang on to see what tomorrow has to offer before making any judgements about the stock. We all know that 3DIcon filed for the government grants. That at least tells me that they are still in the game! Stock volume is still high. Although this is due to dilution. Right now if I make a small profit, that's a blessing to me. But, this is a technology the world is waiting to be unveiled! The CEO said that c-space is completed in last letter. So, focus on the positive facts. Has anyone called Judy to ask if a letter is to be issued tomorrow? GLTA!

C-space is finished completely. I believe they have been working on details to initiate platform 1. I am also going to remain positive that 3dicon will be successful in obtaining the 3 million dollar government grant! Our government needs this technology for homeland security. Plus our current president is all about technology. The Air Force visiting twice was a very big plus for 3dicon. For why would Mark would even mention it in his letter to the investors. So let's all keep remembering all the positives that happened this past summer. We are the lucky ones who know about c-space & own shares. Once the world knows about this technology & all of its applications, the contracts will start coming in to 3dicon. Hey, we are the only one who has technology that can modernize Air traffic & airport security! Plus, we have all the patents! Every announced news event of a big government contrAct or partnership has increased the pps. How would it not? I for one am expecting great events with 3dicon. We must stay calm & confident. Making judgements without any evidence creates nothing but worry & anger. JMO.

I am glad to see the charts escalating upward. Great news hopefully around the corner. I heard from a friend that the government will be open this week. That will help 3dicon in filing for the government grants.

well if they are having a party, I hope all the investors are invited! Maybe they are using the sell of the stock for the material supplies for platform 1. 17 days till the end of the month....we need to be treated not tricked! I feel there will be great news. Speaking with Judith, she told me that investors need to see that Martin is building a company not just a high tech device! We need to keep the faith!

Well guys, it's not over until the fat lady SINGS!! The way that I am looking at it now is that the management has just as much riding on c-space! If it fails then they will lose out too. I am willing to bet that we will hear good news in the next couple weeks. I am going to keep praying for 3dicon & hanging on to my shares.

So i'm assuming this is in regard to paying off more debt with shares? So, i'm assuming the dilution will continue for a while longer. This isn't good news.

I have a question since I am new at trading stocks. If there is great news for 3dicon such as a grant, will 3dicon be able to pay off the debtors causing the dilution? I know they paid for services with stock shares. So will these debtors continue to dump there shares or can 3dicon exchange money for the shares? Just asking for information. I see a full grant coming to 3dicon this month! LOL!

Reading the CEO'S last letter in September, i truly believe that 3dicon will obtain grants from the government! I know as a nurse that the medical field could use this technology. These are exciting times for the investors of 3dicon!

Well, I am going to hold off on buying until it bottoms out. ?Mark did warn us of the potential dumping affecting the pps in one of the letters. But I see things turning for the better after the 3rd prototype is done in October. We have a ceo with an impeccable resume at the helm! I don't believe he came on board to just to see this ship go down in flames! He knows the tremendous value of c-space!! I am not worried at all with 3DICON~! BTW, for the ones who sold their shares, you have no say so about 3DICON. As far as I am concerned, you're out!! So go else where with your negative talk!! I have faith in the product! BTW, the company couldn't display c-space to the public until it is finished.....plus why would I give my competitors a peek at c-space?Mark knows that 3dicon is holding all the aces! Hopefully Razorback, that will all change once c-space is completed next month! I agree with others that 3dicon may have a full grant with the government. If the visits with the government weren't positive then why file the paper work?...But thank God the visits with the government were positive & now the paper work is being processed! I can't afford to give up now on 3dicon. As far I am concerned, it is now in God's hands as to the future of 3dicon. So, i'll keep saying my prayers nightly......GO 3DICON!

The you tube video of the green tea cup has been online for a few years now. But I agree with you on the tremendous advances c-space will have in the medical technology field. It would be awesome for every mri/catscan to have a 3d view of their patient scans. I am just waiting for the pps to drop before buying anymore shares. I pray that 3dicon obtains a government grant! What if 3dicon gets full funding through the government? Will the problems with toxic financing disappear? Will they still have to do a R/S? I am new to stock trading ,so just asking for information. I would like to buy more shares.....but not if there's a possibility of another R/S.

I have no problems trading 3dicon stock with Charles Schwab! Guys, when the winds of a R/S were swirling overhead, I had no problem telephoning Martin Keating. We had a nice chat about c-space,3dicon,& the many struggles the team faced developing the prototypes. Martin Keating is a Christian first, business man second who's committed to seeing c-space lift off to the world!The new ceo & team are just as committed to this project. We need to pray for this small company who won 1st place for the ocast grant! !! Plus wowed the judges with their commercialization plan!!!

TOO MUCH NEGATIVITY WHICH DOESN'T HELP THE CURRENT SITUATION! AT LEAST WAIT UNTIL THE CEO HAS HIS SAY TO THE SHAREHOLDERS!

Even if Mark sends out a letter with great news, how long could this stock dilution last? A year....two years? If 3dicon receives government funding, can they go back & pay off their debts with cash instead of stocks? I am new to this stock trading & learning as I go into it. If the stock goes below a penny , i believe the volume will be much higher!

I'm not expecting any news in September from Mark. I believe it will be either October or early November. LP3 has to be completed in October. 3DICON will receive one half of the grant money in September. So they will be pushed for time in completing LP3 at that point. My advice to them is EAT...PRAY...WORK! There is light at the end of the tunnel everyone! GLTA!

I believe that is what Mark has promised.....that the 3rd proto to be completed by October! They won the grant with great reviews of their commercialization plan. Worrying will only cause you more stress. Profit or not, i'm going to praise God for the opportunity to buy these stocks!

According to the charts with Charles schwab, 3dicons stock in 2006 was as high as $114.45 PPS! I don't know what everyone else's stock trader charts have on record for 3dicon's high in 2006. I sure would like for our stock to reach that high!!! GO TDCP!
