Unfortunately, I only have a Walmart in my town. Oh and a $ General (go figure lol) for retail stores. Closest anything else is bout 45 mins away in the city. Good thing my girlfriend lives in the city. lol
I'm not fearful...just hoping to grab some .0001s to average down my .0002s. I already have a good feeling I'll still be ending up with more .0002s...the .0001s just aren't moving for the buyers, just for the MMs that seem to be just trading them back and forth between themselves.
I know what you mean. My grandfather was a business owner and refused to go into a Walmart back in the 80s when they were still only opening stores in the smaller communities and putting the mom & pop businesses out of business. For that matter, I practically have to drag my girlfriend into Walmart. She doesn't like Walmart's image.
Yes, but you will still have those who are "above" shopping at Walmart that would rather buy them from their Country Club/Golf Course Store. My ex used to work for a Country Club and had to deal with alot of them rich snobs.
I'm gonna hold out for the .0001s til Monday unless something drastically changes between now and then. I already have 4M at the .0002s (got impatient with my .0001s not going thru a couple weeks ago). I just wanna try to balance them out a bit. I'll probably still end up picking up a few more .0002s if it holds.
While I haven't actually gone online to scope out the product, but I would assume they are not "cheap" golf clubs if holding a PGA used status. Just think they would be portrayed as a "cheap" quality product if put on the shelves of a Dollar General. Think something more like a large classier department store that carries sporting goods would be better. Or any of the large sporting good store chains out there like Dick's Sporting Goods. JMO
I do hope that was an inside joke between them on the blog. Dollar General has always been preceived as a glorified dollar store. It is a store I would least likey think anyone would expect to carry merchandise of this type. I think it would be perceived as "junk" clubs verses "elite" clubs. Don't you think? I think it would be more receptive to a buyer as a quality product purchased from Walmart verses a Dollar General. Even that isn't saying too much!
By my calendar, this is the end of 2011. These were early/mid 2010 PRs/reports. It takes this long to bring into production and market the "improved" items, they say they already have produced and had tested back in 2010?
Wouldn't they just be able to modify their equipment (if needed) and start producing the "improved" product and replace the "old" product (if there really was one) on the shelves of suposed existing "retailers" with the "improved" product? I see the "new look", "new improved..." on the shelf all the time of products in stores from other companies, who previously had the "old" item on the shelves. Doesn't make sense!!
They are on this DTCC non-eligible listing also...
http://www.equities.com/blog/non%C2%ADdtcc-eligible-securities-execution-discontinued
Oh ok! lol
Hopefully you meant .001 at least.
Thanks for the info...I'll look into it more
lasernat...I can't respond via pm...please explain your comment, who do you trade thru? I'm fairly new at this and interested in your input!
I dumped my Zecco acct shortly after they started declaring the certificate fee bs. I moved to ChoiceTrade. So far I think that was a good "choice" lol
I put in a buy about 4am for 250K @ .0004 to round my total to 1M @ .0004. Had to wait for my bank transfer to process to fund my acct to buy. I picked them up shortly after opening this morning. Have 500K set to sell @.001 to recoop my investment, have remaining 500K set @ .01 for now, will monitor to see if an adjustment to the remaining shares is warranted when we get closer to .01
Tom, I caught that calculation error last week also. At first I was like, seriously! Then relized it had to have been a typo.
Even if they get this finacing of $1.5M, they need to get some incoming revenue. Can't pay a loan back without it. Hopefully, they can get revenue flowing soon and it be more than their debt payments. Think this would get this stock moving upward!
My intent isn't to come on this blog to bad mouth TKDN. I'm simply making a point of Letters of Intent verses Contracts.
While I am watching this stock closely for possible investment (at the right time), PRs are notorious for word-smithing their releases using verbage that can be, in many cases, misleading. Not to mention the fact that several of their PRs, the headline uses the word "Contract", while in the article itself, uses "Letter of Intent". "Letter of intent" and "contract" are not interchangable terms!
Letters of Intent vs. Contracts:
It's a common question for many business owners: what's the difference between a letter of intent (LOI) and a formal contract? When should you use one instead of the other? Perhaps the most important difference is that while a Letter of Intent may contain legally binding agreements, the letter itself is not a formal commitment to the transaction being negotiated.
Letters of intent usually come into play during the negotiation phase of a deal - whether it's a joint venture, a partnership or an agreement to render services. They are often used to show good faith in the negotiations process, assuring each party that the other(s) are committed to a successful outcome. In many transactions, the signing of an LOI signifies the official beginning of the negotiations process, and may preclude the agreeing parties from carrying on simultaneous negotiations with others.
Contracts, on the other hand, formalize the transaction and signify a legally binding commitment to carry out the transaction as described in the letter of intent.
What deals??? They are all "Letters of Intents"!!!! No "contracts" have been made!! Thus far it is all hype speculation, until actual contracts are signed. Letters of Intent are just that...Letters stating they "intend" to make an agreement! They can always change their intention...there is nothing legally binding either party to a "deal"!
It's kind of funny (or should I say "Misleading")...the headlines will reference it as "signing an agreement", however, in the verbage of the news, it states they signed a "Letter of Intent", which absolutely means nothing legal wise!!
One example (most of the other PRs are worded the same way):
Takedown Entertainment Signs Agreement With Alaska Fighting Championship
Press Release Source: Takedown Entertainment Inc. On Thursday July 14, 2011, 3:31 pm EDT
LOS ANGELES, CA–(Marketwire – 07/14/11) – Takedown Entertainment Inc. (www.takedownentertainment.com) (OTC.BB:TKDN – News), an authority in the business of mixed martial arts, is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire worldwide distribution rights to past and future MMA fights with the Alaska Fighting Championship, plus certain rights to the brand and sponsorship representation.
What's up with all these "Letters of Intent"? When are they going to sign an actual contract? I have been watching this drop like a rock since mid-September from over $1...now down to .19. I'm sooo glad I didn't buy during all the paid hype advertisements.
Still waiting til I see something concrete before I consider buying.
Still watching and watching and watching!
They need to do something real before it turns into a Trip stock. I'll defenitely buy if drops to .0001/.0002, regardless of anything concrete.
I feel for those who bought when it was on the peak or downslide. Hope they get going on something!
Ahhh, I figured out the problem...my pop up blocker is on. It appears they set it up so it opens in a new window when you click on anything, instead of it opening within it's self.
Hmmm...not sure why my pop up blocker wasn't letting me know it was blocking a pop up???
Alright! I'll let em off the hook this time...for the webpage deal. lol
Thinkng they need to get the links fixed between their sites. Otherwise, it won't even matter if they drive traffic to their site...won't be able to do jack anyways.
I wasn't in their "download store" I was in what I believed to have been their home page...
Oh and the "Online Store" under the Products menu doesn't work from the Home Page at http://www.leftbehindgames.com/index.php
Is it just me, or is most of their website not functioning when you click on the menu buttons????
http://www.leftbehindgames.com/index.php
What do they mean, get your first game free???? Where is the revenue in that?????
The button won't work for me, so I can't see if there are any luring purchase details. Like buy one get of free or any other stuff like that.
I found a page on their site that shows 4 of the mentioned new releases for 2011 on iHub. Not easily found. You would think they would have an obvious link on their homepage that would be promoting the new releases and take you directly to them. I had to go down tot he bottom of the page to the site map to find it.
http://www.leftbehindgames.com/LBGStore/index.php/
So what are they doing to drive traffic to their site???
For some reason, I'm thinking we shareholders have been "Left Behind" in this "Game".
It's also getting kind of late in the "Game" to be promoting and getting the products available for purchase to catch this Christmas or the sales opportunity will be "Left Behind".
I submitted my 300,000 @ .0003 last night, picked them up at open this morning. Set 150,000 to sell @ .0006 in hopes to recoup my principle. Will let the remaining 150,000 ride to see where it goes, just for the heck of it, I set the sell at .02 for now (might as well aim high lol).
I guess there have never been any businesses that have started out in the garage or basement of a house and just maybe had a UPS Store or maybe a Post Office Box as an address to eliminate the posibility of a large volume of business mail from coming to the house (some cities have operating a business at home restrictions)...I guess I had better stop going to my dentist's office since he converted a house into a business that due to the growth of the town has been re-zoned as a business zone...after all the receptionist sits in what used to be the kitchen with a window between her and the living room, files are kept in the former dining room, the living room is now a waiting room and the former bedrooms are now exam rooms...he might be a fraud!!
Show the proof or get over it!
Wow, so I asked a question yesterday...if it is possible that this is a dying penny stock like many others have been recently. I mentioned about what my buy and sell plan was for this stock and how it has worked for me on other penny stocks that have dropped to the bottom from .0008 and above. Sell off half of the shares to recoop my principle when it doubles to use on another similar stock. Ride the wave with the remaining shares. I get my comment deleted??? Why??? It's not like I slammed anyone nor did I slam this company.
Are you sure this isn't just another dying penny stock. There has been no PR since the end of July announcing they have entered into an agreement with Galileo. Did the transaction ever finalize...no PR indicating anything, no status of the merger, no update of future outlooks, no goals...nothing!! Nada!!
Sure, I will drop 1 or 2 hundred on it at .0002, because that's what I do... hope to sell 1/2 at .0004 to get my investment back and let the remaining sit there to see if anything will happen in the future. If it goes, I ride the wave; if it fizzles out, I only lost potential profit and not principle, which gets re-invested in another .0002 company that has slid down from a recent high of .0008 or more, in hopes it some day goes back up.
Good luck to all!
I'm just saying,I think your convo concerning it is what the other person was referring to. I wasn't slamming about your topic. It is what it is!
I think he's referring to your convo about Troy talking you into buying shares and you feeling like he misled you...blah blah blah!
SNRS is a joke!!!
No, he's probably the CEO of another empty shell company putting out fake PRs to repeat his cycle of events. Look at the history of his PRs for SNRS, they boast about a big deal event about to happen, but it always never seems to pan out a month later in the follow up PR. This has been going since atleast mid 2010. Both I and Pascal pointed this out back in, I believe May/June.
I read a review last week stating it would not be suprising to see and 100 to 1 reverse split.
According to several thesaurus websites, including dictionary.com, I couldn't find anything that referenced Syrup as a synonym for Concentrate or vice verse.
9 Sep 11 PR translation...Raymond Chin has made bookoo bucks at the expense of shareholders. Therefore, he has resigned as President, CEO and director of the Company and the newly appointed President, CEO and director for the company will be Antonio Papa a con artist in training in hopes that this PR will jolt a boost in stocks long enough for Mr Chin to dump the rest of the shares he holds. Mr Chin is in the works of developing a new, unknown business in which he will become the CEO (of course) and has high hopes of suckering more people into investing in his new scam company.
No suprise...history repeats itself once again! Buyer bombs out again. lol. So, what's the status of the solar chargers in the Apple stores. lol, never was a deal (IMO)!!! Just false hyped speculation, PR'd by Chin, to drive attention to a worthless stock and company.
Oohhh! I found it...thanks. lol
Sunrise Consulting Group, Inc. introduces a new product announcement.
Posted by movieallday on July 4, 2011
Sunrise Consulting Group, Inc. (OTC trading symbol: SNR) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary "United Solar Power, Inc.," the company has approved the production of solar chargers for Apple iPod and iPhone series three four mobile devices.
First off, who the heck is movieallday? Some posters blog ID! LMAO
Second...it states "the company has approved...blah blah blah. who the heck is the "company"? Sunrise? or United Solar?...It sure as heck isn't Apple...this cracks me up!!
Pascal, both you and I (as well as several others) pointed out this was most likely a scam and a repeat of previous history with this company and Chin, in early June. But no one wanted to listen to us. Some even went as far as to condemn us for our "Bashing" comments, not only publicly on the forum but by private messages (at least I have received several private messages, including from firebag1 (oh darn! I see he has been banned, lol...wonder who he po'd? He was even a moderator assistant for this blog...lmao)).
I feel bad for those whom wanted to get out of this stock, but couldn't and feel sorry for those whom chose not to listen and was stuck on this being their dream $$$ stock.
Good luck to all...Cheers!
Sooo...where did you pull this info out of...I think I can guess!! There has been no new news concerning SRNS. I have even googled SNRS and SNRS Stocks...Nada!!!
I got out when the gettin out was good. I just check back every once in a while to see if anyones dreams came true.
As usual...no change!
