believe me when i say that i don't really like dm. i spoke with him during the summer and felt like we were heading good places, then we get stuck in .0001 and all the sudden theres a r/s, and the promise of divis to keep the people holding. then it dips and dives to .0038 and today is .005.
will this stock ever succeed? perhaps, but unless people have the balls to average down to the current price or lower, most won't make a profit for a long time, if ever.

in short, i do feel scammed, therefore i sold and maybe my currently worthless divis will be worth something in a few years lol.

I have a least posted tons of messages informing and educationing new investors about share structure, pump scams, funding mechanisms for pinks, and warning signs and red flags to shenanigans that CEOs do.

I also, post reverse, gave DM the benefit of a doubt and reserved judgement to see if he had a plan in place to boost PPS, end dilution and become transparent. I would have supported the stock if that were the case.

Just pumping this stock may not be a TOS violation, but it sure is not right. It's an integrity violation in my book.

Here's the big picture. You got folks here running around like chickens without their heads trying to figure out what this company is doing. Going to locations, taking photos. Posting govt news and updates and wondering if EVFN is involved. Is it a biofuel company any more or just a campany that may or will run gas stations. What's the deal with these leases? Does the company have external funding aside from dilution. Is there a real biz plan? Frankly, is this a scam for a pump and pump or has things changed? What's the share structure and on and on.

People, this is a public company. That's why it's a joke. All the above should not be happening. That's why most investors stay with BB, NASD, NYSE companies. They are transparent from head to toe. You should not have to guess and theorize use a cystal ball to know the basic stuff. If DM cared about shareholder support, he's at least have an IR company that responds to folks. Have a CC from time to time. Be transparent. So you can base your investment of some facts and not just pumpers here. He may be a pink, but he is public, PUBLIC. I say he should act like a public company. That's all.

Looks to me that all those 100 dollar trades at the bid we initiated by one very angry shareholder who would really really love to see this thing tank.

I am not surprised there are some very angry folks who were very badly burned here. But that tactic is misguided. There is not a need for that. CEO has done a fine job of tanking his own stock from .06 to .005 in record time.

Plus, as we saw before, company can make a ton at these low levels with the printing press going 24/7, they just print and sell more shares. So trying to cause the PPS to drop to get panic selling only hurts other shareholders more than DM.
