If they bought at the beginning of the week then they still have mad profits even if they sell at a buck.
Has anybody been able to buy any below .012 in bulk?
Thanks for sharing..NICE DD!
yep VERY slow. The bad thing is that we MAY get a big selloff later due to the big day traders taking profits before the weekend.
lol...I've been thinking the same thing. Volume sure has been drying up.
7/18 15,455,845
7/19 20,544,918
7/20 11,936,281
7/21 4,161,693 (so far today)
you got it..hold a core position and flip the rest. Not only fun but can be profitable.
blue, you've got a little while until the merger is finalized. I wouldn't recommend flipping more then 10K as it's hard to get filled with anything higher.
PAIM had a TON of buys .003-.0032 and should not of dropped. Obvious mm manipulation
day trading baby...1.15 is resistance
PAIM they must be shorting right now to cause panic selling.
we're in good shape if it can get through $1.15
PM it to me if you don't mind
PAIM is holding up very well here. Once profit takers are gone then it should fly.
Strictly going by the chart...it appears that this continues moving down. It lost 1.10 support and now 1.05 is next level. After that it could run back below $1.
Now on the upside, a break of 1.15 would be good and if it breaks 1.20 then we'll attack the HOD.
All my opinion of course.
It's your mom :)
Unless it's filed with the SEC then it is NOT set in stone.
nice buy of WWEN
chart looks good so far with a lot of consolidation between 1.14 - 1.18. I'm out for now but will watch for the break past $1.18 which should occur after lunch.
As long as it doesn't fall below $1.10 then today should remain a good day.
1.15 looks like current support on the 5 minute chart I'm using
My last sell of 20K shares took 5 partials. 10K is easier to trade. It's very hard to fill big orders on the way up. They only give partials then uptick. I've already flipped this like 4 times today
yep...I knew it would take off. Couldn't get all the shares I wanted though.
If this breaks HOD at 1.10 then I'm jumping in with both feet.
He doesn't like to use KY. lol
OT: check PAIM...a prime example of a short squeeze in progress. Same thing could happen here
Still am but doen't mean I won't trade this and hold some through the merger. Even a small investment could be huge if all that has been said pans out.
out at 1.03 looking for reentry
just picked up 20K @ .975 hopefully that was bottom
regarding buyers. I'm not sure how many more are out there. Most have already purchased their shares. Money flow the past couple days has been HUGE.
Yesterday's volume was less then the previous 2 trading days and the price is declining. This cold work to the shorters advantage. If I'm holding cheap shares then I doubt I'd be selling.
I agree with you. MM's can do anything they want with a stock. The days between now and the merger will be very interesting.
Any idea exactly how many shares the company has bought back?
Couldn't the shorts covering been part of the reason that the stock ran up so quick. Maybe the mm's aren't as short as everyone believes.
The float is 48.87 million shares according to mn1.com. It that the most current estimate.
http://www.mn1.com/pdf/FHAL.pdf
1.08 x 1.095 premarket
Do you know how many shares are in the float at this moment?
Sure it takes longer and is more expensive to do an IPO but they seem to have plenty of assets and could of went straight to the Nasdaq.
How can it hold when a lot of traders here hold at least 100K shares of FHAL. Who in there right mind would not want to sell those shares at $15. That'd be a huge windfall
the problem is that nearly all the traders in pennyland have heard of FHAL/CVSU and if they wanted a piece of the action they'd buy now. No way would they buy after the merger. IF the value of the shares goes to $15 nobody is going to hold their shares.
A ton of sellers with NO buyers and it would drop hard. I know I won't be holding my shares post merger.
If they REALLY have that kind of potential then they would of done an IPO to get on the NASDAQ. Why reverse merge with a penny stock to save a few bucks.
liquidity...the OS is already going to be around 100 million shares. Seems like plenty to me
why would they want to do a forward split? I know there won't be an R/S.
