I hope so...it would do wonders for my confidence
great DD. Did any of these open at a much higher price once the merger was completed. I looked up SPEA and it ran up on it's own.
12/15/2004 - SPEA traded at $0.10
12/16/2004 - pre-market, SPEA announces that they entered a definitive agreement to acquire a majority interest in the assets comprising the estate of Elvis Presley. Stock opens at $0.37, trades as high as $7.50, closes at $6.41 on volume of 1,339,073.
12/17/2004 - stock opens at $6.44, trades as high as $11.20, closes at $9.10 on volume of 1,705,667.
02/17/2005 - traded as high as $23.40, volume of 158,400.
03/01/2005 - symbol changed to CKXE, listed on NASDAQ.
03/17/2005 - acquires "American Idol" TV show.
05/09/2005 - traded at high of $30.65, volume 57,100.
My question would be how many of those companies were on the OTCBB? I wish they would of listed that. Thanks for posting.
There was a lot of buzz Thursday night during the interview but it didn't help the share price on Friday. Hopefully there will be more buyers on Monday
JJ, question regarding the float.
If it has been bought up then when can we expect to see a schedule 13 filed.
An SEC form similar to the Schedule 13D used to report a party's ownership of stock that is over 5% of the company. Schedule 13G is shorter and requires less information from the filing party. Ownership of over 5% in a publicly-traded stock is considered to be significant ownership, and therefore must be reported to the public.
yep...reverse merger does seem like their best bet.

No biggy....just curious. I never hear of penny stocks moving to the Nasdaq. Every once in a while I see them moving to the Amex.
my question would be how many companies that do reverse mergers actually make it to the Nasdaq after initial listing on the otcbb.
It paid off VERY well on BKMP..another pink sheet.
My point is that Cornell has a bad effect on the share price of the stocks they are associated with.
the problem here is that the company is involved with Cornell Capital. If they can find alternate financing then I'll buy a bunch of shares.
Not sure about price but it's 1000 acres
Yep..you can count on it. Drinks on me :)
Nobody knows when that buy was made because the market maker didn't post it until afterhours. Could of happened this morning for all we know.
16:07:18 1394410 0.012 company buyback?
I'm at 5.3mil :)
OT: I played PAIM, traded FHAL some today, and completely missed PAIV.
I don't currently have any BKMP. I bought some at .0008 the other day but when there was little buying at .0009 sold at break even.
I'll bring some money here once we get a juicy PR or some good rumors.
GLTY and enjoy the weekend.
put your order above the ask like at .0131 instead of .013. You'll get filled faster.
just got another 175K. Amazing how slapping the ask can effect L2. Only 1 mm left at .013
I picked up a few at .0121 but got tired of waiting so figured I'd slap the ask at .013. They were slow to fill it.
I agree. We should be over .02 not barely hovering over a penny.
I added about a million today
it'll be worth the wait. One of the few stock I don't mind being long in.
FGFC getting some hits at the ask
getting some volume now
yep...normall UBSS always show my bid (I use Ameritrade) but not here.
yep...we do that and we'll see a new HOD
bid building. could be fun once we break 1.18
I've been doing it .01 over and only get partials
I'm busy fishing for shares with an order at .0121. Anytime somebody sells at the bid I get filled :)
These mm's suck. It's very difficult to buy.
It sure looks that way. I only got half my order filled at $1.10.
I agree.
yep, looks it's setting up nice, just needs volume.
lol...look at the spread 1.08 x 1.12
sorry I won't leave for good. I'll be here for the merger :)
anything is possible, unless it's been filed with the SEC then there is still a chance ther merger won't happen albiet a very small chance. Do your own DD.
If it breaks $1.05 I'm out until until Monday.
You've got that right. We'll be the talk of the pennyland like FHAL one day.
