Why isn’t BCLI not publicizing these remarkable improvements in patients to the FDA and the public? And to the ALS - MS communities?
With PRs, this can gain significant traction and get the patients what they need.
This is great news! Why hasn't TSOI PR'd this and the agreement/partnership with ImmuneET?
Agreed! Looking for our trip to Vegas this year.
Just a thought from a practical perspective. Our Q1 ER will only reflect revenues from a limited number of centers working full time and another small set coming on-Board during the Q, so operating for a part of the Q.
The 10 coming on board and being fully operational won't show up in ERs till Q3, I think.
Please correct me if needed. Just want to set realistic expectations.
Long and Strong.
I thought that the OS was increased in anticipation of 90% conversion from C2A original note. Please correct me if I am wrong.
May be the moderator can pin the Patent news and unpin the 2 prs from the past?
I’m still not sure why they would post old news. Doesn’t help the reporters’ credibility.
Loved that on FB. Any thoughts on when they r planning for US launch? It would be phenomenal !
Do we need to unpin this?
Thanks bige!
If we get an update regarding their clean room buildout and volumes of products to be mfg’d, we may be higher than a little. :)
I wonder if the PRs are gonna come out at 10:00. They seem to like 10:00
Thanks Cody. I am trying to get hold of Drew thru Twitter - unsuccessfully. Too many Drew H’s and the link in the article is not working.
Yep! Let’s wait and see.
I would actually prefer news about getting the stop sign lifted and/reduction in OS.
That’s what I thought too. I just hope it was a mistake by the reporter.
I hope it is not fake news. I don’t know why anyone would do that.
Yep! I am hopeful that there will be a PR (or 2) in the morning.
I’m wondering if Chris is back with PTOP, since Chris and Josh settles their differences?
Both authors of the 2 articles look very legit and very active in reporting.
Hmmmmm!
Ok. Let’s wait and see.
Thanks for your DD
Done.
Thanks Whale - I thought it was odd that Chris’ name was at the bottom of the article and hence, I asked the question.
But the dates on the articles, if you followed the links from Cody, had Saturday’s date.
So, I am confused.
I think this news is telling us that MobiCard is being launched!
Great News ! Thanks Cody.
silly question - why is Esposito’s name at the bottom of the announcement? Thought he was gone.
Any thoughts on ‘how does giving free MobiCard to 56,000 vets help with revenues?’
Any thoughts on revenues through Kirkwood?
I’m super excited!
TIA
Mine too! I think most of us, including me, don’t even understand the magnitude of this patent and the possibilities of its use.
Wow! Comparatively speaking, LinkedIn, which I think was bought by Microsoft (please correct me if I am wrong), thumbtack, etc. are like computers from mid-1990s compared to MobiCard, which is like using today’s smart tech.
Fully agree with you. No doubt in my mind. Just some time and patience needed. Today's prices going up and down by 1000th's or 100th's of pennies won't mean anything when we are on our way to NASDAQ.
Can you just imagine - in addition to working on and getting current on their fins, removing the stop sign, launching beta and full versions - if PTOP announces that it is cancelling/reducing the OS because C2A issue is resolved and we don’t need all those shares any more?
WOW! Joshua can do this any time to instantaneously drive the value of PTOP sky-rocketing.
It's back on the Breakout Board - towards the bottom
Thanks SS. I also have Stock Certificates (yep - paper stocks) and Ameritrade will not accept them. Do you know if any other broker would?
Agree that clearing the 'STOP' sign should be urgent! I cannot trade on fidelity due to the Stop sign. Not sure of the others - except AmeriTrade - where I opened an account just to be able to trade PTOP.
How? Could the company do any thing about this as it is hurting the company?
All of my shares are in a cash account and locked at $2.00 - max allowed by fidelity.
Just wait till they announce the Beta launch - they r meeting twice this week to get that up and running.
Yep! Got some 31’s
I got me some 33’s too.
I don't understand why any one would want to sell at these levels. But, oh! well!. Longs will take them.
Also, they just dropped 12% to steal all the 'Stop Limit' shares. Don't use the 'Stop Limits'
"This week as the schedule intensifies both companies plan to have conferences both Wednesday, and Friday to discuss the basic features of the mobile and web application sections of the platform."
If this is what you are referring to, I read as conference calls between PTOP and ThinkLatitude - Internal meetings. Not for the Public.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
What conference?
Any one see this news! This is big!
MobiCard Inc. announces the 2nd payment in compliance with the Statement of Work (SOW) with Think Latitude Inc. has been completed, and gives a technology update on the software development of the new platform
CAMBRIDGE, MA -- April 23, 2019 -- InvestorsHub NewsWire -- Peer To Peer Network aka MobiCard Inc. (MobiCard) (OTC: PTOP) exuberantly announces the second $25,000 payment to comply with the Think Latitude SOW payment schedule was made on Thursday, April 18, 2019. MobiCard is excited to share a progress report with the shareholders on the new technology platform, and pull back the curtains to illustrate a more transparent process of how the technology is advancing.
Every Friday, CEO of MobiCard Joshua Sodaitis, the CEO Andy Sajnani & COO Misha Shah of Think Latitude, have a conference call which usually lasts about two hours. The purpose of this call is to illustrate the progress being made on the software, and get the input of Mr. Sodaitis on specific functionality and details. Flow charts and wireframing work is illustrated to Mr. Sodaitis in a screen share format so that slide by slide Mr. Sodaitis is able to view the way the apps will look and feel. The input he provides is in every aspect to the most minute detail, from color, display, functionality, fields, options and set up.
This week as the schedule intensifies both companies plan to have conferences both Wednesday, and Friday to discuss the basic features of the mobile and web application sections of the platform. Our discussions focus on providing feedback and overall perceptions of the UX/UI design to get a grasp of whether the platform is meeting the expectations of the vision of MobiCard's leader Mr. Sodaitis. These initial discussions are to check in, and ensure that that foundation of the applications are scalable, and on task to provide significant value and constructive feedback for feature functionality and creative collaboration.
"Our goal at Think Latitude is to clearly showcase the elements and process of our development weekly so that there is constant communication at every aspect of the platform construction. This will enable us to revolutionize the key features of the MobiCard platform, thus creating an evolving and scalable platform that has maximum potential growth and exposure", says Misha Shah, COO of Think Latitude.
Think Latitude is currently on track with their development efforts. On April 9th, 2019, Think Latitude was scheduled to deliver MobiCard a landing page; however, they went above and beyond the required scope of work by providing a full website, which includes the subscription option for users to receive news and updates from MobiCard. You can view the new website at www.freemobicard.com and sign up to subscribe today.
As a company that uses a hybrid agile approach, Think Latitude has wrapped up the wireframing and the majority of the design work for the mobile app. The web application is currently in the design phase.
This week serves as the last week where wireframing and UX/UI design will be shared with MobiCard as they make their transition into the implementation of the mobile application. This will allow for code sprints which will lead to preliminary mobile application releases. These releases will each contain a list of features that MobiCard will check off until the release is stable enough for user acceptance testing. The web application will follow this sequence once the design and flow are finalized by MobiCard.
"Our development team has been arduously working to make sure that each feature discussed in the list of 384 action items are going to be implemented in the first phase of the new MobiCard platform release. The discussions we have internally as well as with Josh Sodaitis demonstrate platform growth as the user experience of the platform take shape. Additionally, the input we gathered from these key discussions helped Misha, Josh, and myself to develop the foundation for a MobiCard child patent" explained Andy Sajnani, CEO of Think Latitude.
"It is a pleasure to work with Think Latitude as they are second to none, and are very detail oriented. Andy, Misha, and the entire Think Latitude team are exceptional at what they do. It is exciting to turn the page to be able to focus my energies on product development and give creative contributions, and direction of my vision to their team. This Wednesday, I will be giving them content to add to the "help section" of the application platform, as well as designing and implementing a new logo on top of my review of their additional strides forward. The progress is fabulous as I believe the fundamentals; the core business product of any company is the key to success. This forward momentum puts us one step closer to accomplishing the strategic objectives I have laid out, that I believe will make MobiCard stand above its competitors, revolutionize an industry, and put us on a path to profitability." MobiCard's CEO Josh Sodaitis concluded.
Peer To Peer Network aka MobiCard Inc. owns and markets its core technology, a SaaS mobile solution branded C2A MobiCard, a scalable mobile business card software platform that enables users to create a customized web-based personalized mobile app that is sharable by text SMS, email, digital and social media.
