When is HISC going to 5 bucks so I'll have a little bank to play with, LOL?
Looks like you got out of OCRI at the right time bro.
Profits are good my Emperor, LOL.
Eli tell ya about our clandestine meeting?
Lebed is quite strange...just read his disclaimer - it says it all..."never invest in a stock we recommend unless you can afford to lose your entire investment." He's obviously huffing paint, LOL.
That HISC release was quite an eye opener. Just hope half of it is true, LOL.
If you're talking about the silver...Buffett purchased a boat load a few years ago...some ungodly percentage of the world's supply.
By being "in the dollar" I didn't intend to say he's long the dollar. He's short.
Yeah. Buffet's a sneaky one. He'll be out of the dollar while people are still talking about him being in, LOL. That's how it was when he took a huge - yet profitable - bet on silver a while back.
Currently, he apparently sees inflation as more of a problem than the Fed; and doesn't believe our efforts are going to stay it's nasty hand.
Time will tell of course. Betting against him is never a good idea, although he can't and doesn't win every bet.
I was starting to miss the Lebed posts, LOL. He's got a nice gig going. At least he does identify himself as a paid hypster. That's one feather in his cap that even I can't take away from him.
Hey Bud. Good luck. I can promise ya one thing...sooner or later I'm going to be able to invest with you on these things. And you can teach me the art of flippin', and I don't mean for bass (although there's nothing wrong with that).
Had lunch with our fellow conspirator today and talked a little about the hush hush, LOL. I was just glad to get out of the house for a while. Starting to feel like Grizzly Adams - and that's not good.
We'll all get together when the CPE is done.
it's possible. the mgt will make more money if they do. it's just that the ceo has stated that the company has no money to play with. that's why they supposedly issued the extra shares - to finance an opportunity in Latin Am. - an opportunity which the CEO didn't explain in the least.
this may turn out to be a good investment. i just usually sell or pass on by when the ceo isn't upfront with me. i've had several email from him.
GENM doubled their outstanding shares according to their last press release in March. This was after announcing the retirement of restricted shares in January. The company seems a little schizo.
But it's up today...up nicely from the last release. So go figure.
March 29.
I'd be careful with GENM. I received an email from the CEO. Then two days later he flatly contradicted in in a press release. It is a pinky after all. Par for the course?
Some good news for HISC. Already priced into the market since it wasn't really new. But going forward.
Thank goodness for that Lebed pump of SHRN. Just imagine where we'd be without it, LOL.
Haven't done much in terms of BTWO. HISC - seems like they may have something going on. Might need a little cooling off - quite a run there so far.
Yeah, I've been thinking about the project. I'll have to try and get into town next week and say hello.
I have an idea...let's trade brokerage accounts, LOL.
There was this one guy telling me how successful he had been investing. I traced his pics and there was just no way. And...to beat it all...he is 55 years old online bashing pinkies - think the male counterpart to Janice.
LOL. I wish. As you know, at times you have to mess with some of the people on the boards. I won't tell you here for public eyes to see how dire my situation actually is.
I hope it works out. I had like 100 bucks in the account in cash so I picked up a few shares.
Reminds me of TLTD - any application that's legit to the OTCBB requires a certain market cap. So let's go HIGHER.
Thanks for the heads up. At the moment, can't join ya - unless the price for plasma has skyrocketed.
Lebed giving advice about puts now, LOL. At least he's entertaining.
Good one. LOL.
Congrats. That's why we're here...to make money on those nice runs.
Exactly...that's why oli's insult was a little strange (and I hadn't eveb bought the stock. He misread or misrepresented my post). All the pinkies are like that. I passed on MLON. It had dried up by the time I was looking at it. I always take a quick glance at stocks that have fallen by 90% or so just to see what's up.
Glad you've done well.
Nice. But not during the period I was looking at the stock. Alot of people make money on these pinkie scams. It's just a matter of being in when it counts.
Never bought MLON. That would've been about as silly as buying CMKX.
Read my first post 263380. All I said is I wouldn't trust anyone who was compensated with free shares in his recommendations. I didn't even question you...I plainly said I did not know whether you worked for Lebed, were a broker, etc. It was you who called two people you don't know half-wits.
But I agree with the others here...your going off the deep end seemed a little severe, LOL. But it was late.
And I kept hearing...get my point. One poster said he wanted to know what Lebed was pumping so he could tell the difference between a Lebed pump and real movement in a stock's volume on a chart. There's no way a Lebed email could give you a very good indication of that. His "firm" usually recieves a couple hundred thousand shares to "publicize". A large movement in any stock could be the result of many different things. His "free shares" would give you no real clue of who else was buying. Maybe his entire crew...subscribers to the newsletter. Maybe other investors from whatever source. You just couldn't know. And I've seen him pump the heck out of stocks that go nowhere. So his presence may or may not even mean a thing. It would be like saying "...a pastor is in the bar. There must be a great deal of saving going on in there." LOL.
But let's do other things. This is boring. Like I said in my second or third post...if it helps and oli wants to post the emails no big deal. People will always have their own methods whether or not they make sense. I'm sure I have a few. Some people look for advice from the stars.
Let's make nice like adults...not half-wits, LOL.
I think you misunderstand me. I'm just saying that knowing where Lebed stands - or apparently stands - provides little real benefit. And most of these pinkies are non-reporting, so you never really know whether it's being pumped or whether something really is up with the company.
And I didn't accuse you of anything other than calling someone who has had more success than you ever will have in the markets a half-wit...and that's a fact.
I'm just enjoying myself here a little. People start off conversations with insults and little meaningful information. And I doubt that anyone who uses the word "neato" has a very comfortable lifestyle, LOL.
So let me see if I have this right, LOL. All of you guys know he's a prolific scammer, and you still want to read what he says? Wow! Who was that who called me dense, LOL?
Well, Bob...I daresay I know more about financial markets than most people here. Not to offend all you rich guys here watching the pink sheets, LOL. If you're nice I'll send you my papers on financial markets - maybe you can learn a few things.
I get the point. You should get mine: do a little DD and find out what % of newsletter subscribers make money. I know do you?
Recent studies have suggested that emotional intelligence is the most important kind. Hmmmm...don't think you're there yet. All I said is that this guy and anyone who gives him credibility is a potential scam artist.
Common sense? I have uncommon sense. The best kind, LOL. But good luck. And post away...I just think people should know who they're dealing with.
I know your point. But calling people half-wits...rather pointless. Unfortuneately, giving a guy like Lebed any exposure or credibility is harmful. I wouldn't mind so much if the emails were posted with a tag saying this guy has been known to scam, LOL.
Compromise?
Ya think? Usually you'll get pumped up just in time for their massive sells. Investors get caught holding the bag. Heck, even CNBC makes their guests disclose certain things.
No problem. If those fluff pieces help you - or are your tools - more power to you. I just think it's silly to read an email saying such and such company is about to explode, and oh by the way, we have been compensated 200,000 free shares for this great advice.
I read just about everything, but it's taking up a good deal of space on the boards, LOL. No problem for me. I don't care how much or why you post his stuff. He's a scam artist.
Ever considered anger management therapy?
He's a tool alright. Give ya that.
