I find the hypocrisy here amazing. Whenever there is no info or PR out for awhile it's because " JB isn't interested in short term pumping up of the stock price". But the companies own web site has plenty of PRs for the last couple years!
What about the March shareholder update of business activities? It was ok to pump up the pps then but now JB is suddenly not interested.
What a bunch of crap.
If they had customers it would be announced.
Bottom line, " money talks, bullish*t walks.". We are owners, too. Shares of companies rise and fall all the time on company news. Traders and investors will determine the share price on how they view the news. As long as JB releases facts than the share price will react accordingly.
Unfortunately, at the moment that statement is accurate. CustomeR. Not Customers. Hope that changes soon.
I agree, and will continue to be a questioning optimist, lol, while accumulating...
Um, tic toc, 30 days is up I believe....unless, It was business days. I wonder what the plan is? Where will the first processors go?
It's been over 100 days since IR told me the second processor was almost done..kind of makes you question how forthright IR is.
I thought Brig said he was there in Feb. When it was started. I might be wrong or mistaken.
16 days left in q3.
I am no "homer" "cheerleader"... but there is one thing I am quite confident about. Once the first RKT site is up and operational, well, we are off to the races.
BUT getting there is still a challenge.
8k with RKT was filed on Aug. 4. Both parties should be meeting to start the plan, right? Or am I mistaken?
There are numerous unknowns and plenty surmising. Nobody know what the company is actually doing except JBII. We think we know from what they say, but there are numerous examples, beaten dead horses, of things the company thought they would be doing, and then for whatever reason, decided not to do. I think JB has learned from that. Hence, we get very little information until it is finalized by the company.
One thing we all know, plans change.
Nice find ANW !!a. Thanks for your vigilant DD!
My apologize I meant gallons, but 5 months of 24/7 production ( per Jbii) at 109 barrels per day by 150 days is roughly 18000 barrels minus what has been sold to Coco and Oxy...
This is redundant stuff...the 10q answered the fuel questions.
24 days left in q3. Let's see how much progress, sales wise, was made over the summer.
Yeah, then it could get really interesting. But right now, another major customer would do wonders. There are soooooo many industrial plants with 20 miles of the NF plant. They could easily keep 3 processors from NF running if they could get just some very local deals done.
I wonder what incentives are out there for companies who use p2o? Could be a deal maker if they are out there either federal or state.
That would be nice. 6processors running by winter, that would be a home run.
Actually, my hopes are for more than that. Once all the modifications are done should be able to set up quite quickly in various locations. Enough demand in NF to run a three processor system would be nice before Thanksgiving.

I agree..max out one at a time I say...but what do we know. If they feel multiple pokers in the fire are the way to go...well...show me the money.
Yes, they have one customer. I should have been more clear. They haven't added any other customers that we know of in the third quarter which is 2/3ds over. But we should be getting some more details of the RKT deal VERY soon. Perhaps we will be pleasantly surprised. Less than 4 weeks left in the quarter. Does the change in season affect how much fuel Coco needs?
There are numerous landfills with 10 miles of the processor plant, I wonder if that is being explored?
I dunno, I am more concerned with having customers lined up. There has been a couple hundred thousand barrels of fuel given away for testing over the last 6months, yet no new sales or customers announced.
Maybe customers aren't a priority. Maybe all is centered around RKT. Who knows? I am just a stickler on the concept that businesses need customers and revenue to stay in business.
I believe it will happen, but I do see the other side of the story and empathize with it. Businesses, in my view are always evolving. I look at JBII's miscues as part of a young companies growing pains. Others view them as intentional deceptions. Impatience plays a huge role. I am impatient, too. Personally, i think the company will be successful. The processing facility sits in the heart of a large heavy industrial area. It would be nice to see the local businesses become customers.
The upcoming announce, net of the 2nd 3 rd processors is important, but the announcement of the 2nd and 3rd signed long term fuel agreement is MUCH more important.

Brig, with all due respect, the past is not relevant except for the fact that at one time it was the future. If you know what I mean. Hence, the reason for some displeasure among the ranks.
Can anyone verify any further purchases by OXY beside the lone tanker in the spring?
Maybe we can arrange a tour. I am local and can be there in 25 minutes. Perhaps someone on the board that may have contact with the company can arrange something.
Great post. Spot on.
Yep, that's it in a nutshell. Maybe there will be a PR when the new details of the RKT deal are done in a couple weeks.
Yep, amazing how many critics are on the JBII board. Non-shareholders. What could there motivation be? It seems obvious to me. If hey were disgruntled shareholders, wouldn't they be bragging about being in the "class"?
I agree on the first paragraph, can't comment on the second as I am not real familiar with those issues.
No, QD my friend who is a alumni has nothing to do with Tedx. Just a friend I steered to JBII.
Thanks Paco. I am long ,too. Just like real answers.
That is per the company.
Anybody local to Buf/Niagara? Curious to see if anyone one local would want to get together for a few cold ones and hash some JBII around?
Yep, me too. Take all I can get.
That's right, I forgot, you are much more of an expert on JBII. Of course you must know where all the fuel is. Please share your expertise with me. I am just a novice. A newbie...
Let say May and June 24/7 prodcuction would be 6500 barrels give or take a couple hundred.
Q2 shows about 780 barrels sold.
Sooooo that leaves 5720 barrels, give or take a couple hundred, given away or in storage.
So that's about $625,000 worth of product, give or take.
Now, that's just for 2 of the three months in q2.
Now as a long investor, like you, I think wanting to know where $625,000 worth of product went is a very legitimate question.
I am asking my fellow board members if they know any facts, because the company refuses to to give any info in that regard at all.
If there are any members in the Buffalo/Niagara area that want to meet for a roundtable discussion, PM me. Maybe we can get together. I have a Canisius alumni, also a JBII investor, working on tickets for the sold-out Tedx event.
Yeah I had a bid in also, but couldn't get the dip :(.
I will be there!!
I have asked these same questions and been told the same answers from folks on this board.
Answer 1. It's been sold to small customers. ( not large enough to 8k)
Answer 2. It been givin away for potential customers to test on their equipment
Answer 3. It been given to customers to test, but not for free
Answer 4. It's been trucked to the blending site for storage, for a future client.
I doubt anyone on the MB KNOWS the answer.
What I do know as fact, is that there are three full-size tanker trucks on the processor site. I also know for fact that they come and go on a somewhat regular basis.
What I don't know for certain is exactly where they are going. We can believe with quite of bit of certainty that some are going to Coco.
Beyond that it's all speculation

Unfortuanately JBII and timelines are not very reliable. It will get done, but I am not holding my breath, regardless of what the agreement says.

Yes in hamburg ny about 30 minutes away. I believe in Hamilton, Ontario also.
My guess was slightly more optimistic. 300k in p20, I do expect another customer or more, Pakit Imthink will be gone, and the RKT initial site will be known. Either scenario, yours or mine, would at least show progress. Neither is out of the realm possibility. Nor overly optimistic.

My guesstimate for q3 p2o revenue will be about 300k. I also think Pak-it will be gone. And, IMO the plan will be in place for the beginning of the RKT deal. Mind you, we are five weeks away from the end of q3.

Very well put IMO, Snow.
It's amazing how personal things get when people are frustrated because they cannot support there position with actual facts.
And yes I own ALOT of JbII and that's why I took the time to go to the processor plant this morning and have plans to return in the very near future.
The truth is most of the posters on the JBII MB Make crazy statements supported by NO facts! They make claims of numerous customers, but can only name one or two. And when you ask for facts you get answers like "well Burger King doesn't report all their sales...". And somehow that is supposed be accepted as a good answer. The 10q bears out the fact that they sold very little. Which is fine they made what I thought they would. My expectations are at least a year out.
Make no mistake about it there is a faction of people I consider "plants" on that board. There job is to convince shareholders that p2o is a fraud and that their share purchases were made due to intentional misrepresentations of the company by the company. They are fishing for clients.
I agree that doing your own DD is how you should base your decisions. But what do you do when The company ( Christine) tells you that processor is running 24/7, yet the fuel sales minimal and the fuel is not accounted for? What do you do when you are told it takes five weeks to build a processor and when IR (john z) tells you in May that the second is "almost done" yet it's almost Sept. And it still isn't done.
I am quite confident that I will be touring the plant in the near future. I cannot elaborate more than that. When I do I will post the FACTS on THIS board.
