If they are 100% compliant as far as UL then why are they still not back on Amazon? Could they have lied about that or are they inept in getting this information to Amazon? I would think that should take all of 10 minutes to submit and get listed back on. See their ad all over Ihub so they must have inventory and be selling.
Thoughts anyone?
The challenge for this stock is that the company is solely based on its patent holding up. The company itself had no revenue and there's no future products announced that could produce revenue. There are those who believe the patent is solid, I am among those, but when your're up against the giants in the industry with close to unlimited funds and legal expertise that changes the game. These large companies typically try to bleed out the little guy and even though WDDD has one legal team on contingency they are still in need of funds to defeat other legal matters such as the Bungie challenge. The latest news and PTO review has set the time-clock back a year at least and thus nothing is to be expected until at best end of 2016. Could there be a settlement out of the clear blue sky? Anything can happen but if history is any guide it has proven that ACTV will fight with all means available. Current market cap of just shy of $3M could easily shrink over the next 12 months with no news. The SJM could give a little bump but it does not stop the case.
I've seen this before with RMBS and others and more often than not Goliath wins the battle.
Best of luck to all and hope for a Happy New Year. I am monitoring closely but still believe I can enter well below 2 cents and time is not on the long side here.
all just mho, please all do your own DD
Ticket tape tells the story doesn't it?
Probably. Had buy order in at 2 cents but pulled it just now. Afraid we're going lower.
1 year price history on the stock, looks to me to be a falling knife so far:

Just like you said at 6 cents.
Let time decide, I will wait.
DEFINITION of 'Support (Support Level)'
The price level which, historically, a stock has had difficulty falling below. It is thought of as the level at which a lot of buyers tend to enter the stock.
Often referred to as the "support level".
BREAKING DOWN 'Support (Support Level)'
If the price of a stock falls towards a support level it is a test for the stock: the support will either be reconfirmed or wiped out. It will be reconfirmed if a lot of buyers move into the stock, causing it to rise and move away from the support level. It will be wiped out if buyers will not enter the stock and the stock falls below the support.
If support was at 3 cents one would not expect that be broken. What we have here, imo, is BREAKING DOWN SUPPORT.
Let's see who is right, my bet is I can still buy this stock much cheaper in the next 12 months
Looks like some support at 2.7 cents. Afraid time can take this much lower as patience is tested. God gamble entry point may be between 1 and 2 cents but still a gamble.

agreed but they might argue, based upon the 1993 events, that conceptualization started earlier than one year prior.
right. so if the invention had been practiced on prior to November 1994 it would invalidate patent no matter who practiced on it.
again I have the backfire question as the dilemma is If you use an invention publicly you have 12 months to file the patent application. i.e. the practice, if it happened in 1993-4 would invalidate the Worlds patent or?
Could they turn this into a prior art issue perhaps. That would make the strategy backfire, no?
I beg to differ but so be it
I for one would think it be a big positive getting back on amazon after proving they use real Samsung batteries (actually Bill could easily find out). It will speak to seriousness of this new business leg they have entered. should the opposite be true it will further damage their already fragile reputation - hope not for those heavily invested.
I'd be very interested in this stock when they get back on amazon as they would be one of a few, I am certain many vendors never get back on.
Look at the last link in the post you replied to, that will show you how to tell real from fake
that's great news. I assume you did the test as per the link I sent to make sure they were not the fake Samsung, right?
this should get the boards onto amazon again very quickly, surprised they are not already re-listed.
yeah, fake brand names is as old as the brands themselves. Not sure how to test but I bet the weight could be an indicator. I guess the best way is to ask samsung

maybe someone has a whizboard and can verify?
I punted and am waiting. Probably a year until it could heat back up

unfortunately - dead money for quite a while and IMHO the set dates will be moved into 2017. this could drift into trips (yes I see the somewhat larger buy orders down the bid but think it's from people unaware of the latest delay)
One of these companies copied verbatim the terms from the other (only difference is company name). The only difference is that on Whizboards terms this is added - all else is 100% identical to globaltrailer:

My opinion: Whizboards copied from globaltrailer, reason I think so is what they added which has nothing to do with the site but with the product.
Right, they need to document that they do not have the fake batteries

Hopefully VPOR does not have the fake Samsung batteries. They should in this case respond to Amazon with documentation asap to get back on
According to Houston Customs and Border Protection, the reason we're seeing so many hoverboards catch on fire has to do with counterfeit batteries infiltrating the market.
"This battery pack, which is being marketed and shown as Samsung, is not Samsung," Leslie Luczkowski said.

just curious, where do you see that they have the safety fuses?
I'm afraid a good PR will have people wanting to get out and create more sellers than buyers. A bad PR (bad financials) will have the same effect.
If they sold 10,000 whizboards and made $200 each I will stand corrected as that will certainly boost revenue/bottom line to a point that will have people believe in the future.
If they sold 10,000 whizboards it would mean that they first bought them and invested $1M in that purchase - don't think they have that kind of money but.....
Got some wholesale pricing direct from China Factory:
8inch KS103 EXW $159 usd for 100pcs
EXW $154 usd for 500pcs

a few dollars more to OEM the product, i.e put ones own logo on it

1. They got a chunk for free already, 8m shares.
2. Extremely doubtful, those guys get stock by toxic financing
No idea but between rent and employees it must cost at least $5K/month which would equal about 250 boards sold or so. From the pictures this does not look like a permanent store but maybe those where early pictures.
I would not hang my hat on this fad - there are already 100's of players in the US alone selling compatible boards and many much less expensive. Never mind that you can buy from China (done it many times, no problem) and save a lot more.
I am afraid the financials, if they ever come back out, will be bad news. I also believe the stock will have a R/S and subsequently new issue that will dilute everyone to the oblivion.
I hope I am not right as I know you have a lot invested but too many red flags for me (that's why I jumped off months ago).
REH
They can probably make upwards of $200 per board, I assume low shipping cost and the guy "fixing" was probably attaching the wheel, no duty.
BUT - do we believe Dror invested, say $100K into this and if he did he got 1000 boards, he might then make max $200K - not a lot of money.
Bill, I wish you the best but you've been drinking a lot of coolaide and my advice would be not to risk it all. Never fall in love with a stock, have made that mistake myself.
Experience is the best teacher but the tuition can be extreme

AleExpress is more money, look at AliBaba - you buy these in volume you're not going to pay over $100 (and that's high) : http://www.alibaba.com/trade/search?fsb=y&IndexArea=product_en&CatId=&SearchText=2+wheel+electric+scooter
CIF is probably maxing out at $110/board - sell at $250 and you have 50% margin
